Abstract

Character is a description of a child's behavior that can be judged from the norms that apply in society. Characters that must be formed from an early age include mutual respect, obedience, courtesy and courtesy and democracy. Efforts made to form good character in children require parenting. Positive parenting is important for parents as an effort to shape children's character, make children more communicative and support children's development to the fullest. This encourages the community service team to provide knowledge related to positive parenting to shape the character of children in Banjarejo Village, Madiun City. In community service activities, we partnered with Banjarejo Village, Madiun City, with 35 parents accompanying participants who joined the Toddler Posyandu activities. The servant provides material related to good character in children and how to form good character in children through positive parenting. The evaluation results show that after mentoring, parents gain new knowledge about character and positive parenting. This activity helps parents by providing knowledge in carrying out positive parenting for children so that children have good character. It is hoped that this new knowledge can be applied by parents in raising children so that children have good character.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the issues that is being focused on by the government. The problem of stunting is a concern and also handled collaboratively with various stakeholder elements. The issue of stunting needs to be introduced to individuals from an early age or before pre-marital age. However, the reality in the field is that there are still many teenagers who do not have sufficient knowledge regarding stunting. This research aims to see the level of students' understanding about stunting. This research uses a quantitative approach, specifically using a survey method. Data sources were obtained from primary sources and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and also using different tests. The research results show that students' level of understanding about stunting is at a medium level. And the results of different tests to see whether there are differences in the level of understanding between male and female students show trends that are almost the same or there are no significant differences. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for related parties in formulating policies to intervene in stunting prevalence.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah sebuah langkah kehidupan dalam perkembangan siklus individu, hal ini berkaitan pada dewasa yang sehat, dalam fase tersebut mengarah dengan jelas karakter pada transisi dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa. Terdapat persoalan yang terjadi pada fase remaja ini yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan yang mengarah pada pemilihan jenis pekerjaan di masa yang mendatang, hal ini perlu diperhatikan berkaitan dengan kebingungan yang dialami remaja untuk menentukan arah kariernya. Kematangan karir menggambarkan bahwa individu mengalami perkembangan dalam pemahaman dirinya tentang fase yang seiring bertambahnya usia dan pengalaman. Hal itu meliputi pada minat, nilai-nilai dan keterampilan yang relevan. Dalam aspek pada tingkat kematangan karir meliputi beberapa hal antara lain, perencanaan karir, hal itu membuat tingkat perencanaan melalui perilaku terhadap fase ke depan yang dilakukannya. Hal itu dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada kemampuan dalam pembelajaran dari pengalaman yang memberikan kesadaran bahwasanya dirinya dapat menentukan pilihan pada tingkat pendidikan selanjutnya dan mampu mempersiapkan dirinya untuk mempersiapkan. Pada persoalan yang ada, perlu dilakukan intervensi dengan salah satunya menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan memecahkan masalah dengan menerapkan teknik problem solving terhadap kematangan karir siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK), subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IX SMP Negeri 9 Madiun tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 8 siswa. Pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 9 Madiun dengan populasi sebanyak 30 siswa dan dipilih 8 siswa yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Rancangan penelitian dengan melakukan proses siklus layanan konseling kelompok dengan 2x pertemuan. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Menunjukkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon pada pengujian hipotesis. Menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,012 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa teknik problem solving efektif terhadap kematangan karir siswa dalam menentukan sekolah lanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and peer conformity on the etiquette of courtesy of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan students in 2021. The research design is an expost facto study. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. There are 3 questionnaires developed in this study, namely the religiosity questionnaire, peer conformity and ethical manners. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed the effect of religiosity on etiquette of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan. of 9.596 Meanwhile, the influence of peer conformity on the etiquette of courtesy of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan students. by 19.14%.
