Abstract

Objectives expected of this research is to design a CMS information system for rural banks (BPR). This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used is the in-depth interviews with management and direct observation processes that occur in BPR. CMS development easier for the BPR to provide the latest information to its customers, making it easier marketing. Testing the success of the CMS system show that the quality of the CMS system is determined by the design layout of the interface and the required forms is well defined. Quality of information is determined by the ease of CMS, understood by users and customers. A lot of quality process is determined by the quality of information produced CMS. Analysis of costs and benefits of the CMS information system stated that the CMS information system project feasible and able to provide benefits to the BPR.

Abstract

Essential oil is one of the high foreign exchange earning export commodities for Indonesia. Unfortunately, the high world market demand for essential oils has not been fully supplied by Indonesia. In Indonesia, essential oils generally come from farmers who have relatively small land and are then processed using simple distillation equipment. The same thing also happened in Kab. Bangkalan, Madura. This condition is the main reason why Indonesia's essential oil production is not optimal. To find out the distribution potential of essential oil-producing plants in Bangkalan Regency, it is necessary to have a step in building a system that can group the distribution areas of essential oil-producing plants, for this we need a clustering method. This study uses the K-Means Clustering method and uses the Euclidean algorithm to group the distribution areas of essential oil-producing plants, especially in Bangkalan Regency, so that later they can be identified based on clusters and displayed in visual form, namely in the form of digital maps using the Geographic Information System (GIS) application. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be able to find out the distribution area of essential oil-producing plants in order to make it easier for local governments to monitor the potential of essential oil-producing areas in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia that increases every year, encourages people to meet their basic needs, such as housing. Along with this, it encourages developers to offer various types of housing. The problem that is often faced is that consumers often feel confused in finding housing that will be chosen as a residential house that fits the criteria. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based decision support system that can provide housing recommendations that suit buyers by applying the FAHP method. This method is known for its ability to process weighting from several criteria and categories to produce several good alternative choices. There are five criteria that will be used in this study, including price, land area, building area, number of rooms, and number of floors taken from 4 developers in the city of Gresik. The results of the study show that this decision support system can help buyers in providing good housing recommendation solutions. System testing with the black box method shows that this system able to display good information. Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to buyers, it can be concluded that the existence of this system provides benefits and positive impacts for buyers in choosing housing, with a satisfaction value of 97.2%.
