Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media interaktif H5P untuk panduan menulis cerita anak prodi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain 4D. Pertama, analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan telaah RPS, analisis capaian belajar mahasiswa, survei penggunaan media kepada dosen PGSD UTM, dan wawancara dengan dosen pengampu mata kuliah Kajian Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia prodi PGSD UTM. Selanjutnya produk disusun dengan desain dan materi yang telah dipersiapkan. Setelah itu, produk dikembangkan. Ada tiga orang ahli yang terlibat dalam proses validasi ini untuk memvalidasi berdasarkan dua aspek media dan bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan media interaktif H5P untuk panduan menulis cerita anak dan (2) untuk menilai daya tarik media H5P berbasis OBE untuk panduan menulis cerita anak melalui uji coba dan respon mahasiswa. Produk dinyatakan sangat layak dengan skor 90% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat layak. Kemudian, diujicobakan kepada mahasiswa di Prodi PGSD UTM. Hasil respon mahasiswa dengan skor 90, 32% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat positif.

Abstract

Information and communication technology development has entered the era of Industry 4.0, requiring the educational sector to adapt more rapidly and efficiently. Thus, information technology has been integrated into various learning activities. However, the monitoring of information on students' learning progress is mostly carried out by the schools, while parents typically receive report cards at the end of the term. This does not provide effectiveness, as it limits parental involvement in early supervision. This research is designed to help both teachers and parents in supervising students more directly. This research utilizes NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for recording student attendance at school. Based on the results of application testing, users gave high ratings to the system in terms of interface design, NFC card reading accuracy, ease of managing student permissions, recording student behavior and academic grades, as well as the tool’s completeness and functionality. The average success rate of horizontal NFC card reading reached 100%, while vertical reading achieved 90%. The maximum reading distance was 4 cm for Samsung A50s (version 10.0) and Samsung A30s (version 10.0), and 3 cm for the Redmi Note 8 Pro (version 9.0).

Abstract

This study presents the development of a Web-based Geographic Information System (Web GIS) aimed at mapping historical tourism sites in Sumenep Regency. The system integrates Location-Based Services (LBS) to enhance the delivery of spatial information and support tourism promotion. A prototype-based methodology was used in designing and building the application, which includes planning, requirements analysis, system design, data collection, and testing. The system architecture was modeled using UML diagrams, including use case, activity, and entity-relationship diagrams to ensure functionality and data integrity. Spatial and attribute data were collected through literature reviews and transformed into an interactive web platform that allows users to search for and visualize historical tourism locations. The system supports administrative features for data input and updates, alongside public-facing features such as maps and visitor statistics. Testing was conducted using black-box methods to verify the system’s performance and reliability. The final output is a fully functional Web GIS platform that enhances public access to tourism information and assists local authorities in managing tourism data effectively. This research contributes to the advancement of digital tourism infrastructure and promotes cultural heritage visibility in the region.

Abstract

Dalam rangka kegiatan pentingnya bahasa inggris di Desa, Bahasa Inggris adalah salah satu bahasa asing yang digunakan sebagai bahasa komunikasi seluruh dunia yang dikenal sebagai bahasa internasional. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih siswa-siswi dalam menggunakan bahasa inggris,  untuk membangun kepercayaan diri berbicara bahasa inggris, dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris. Selain itu, memberikan pemahaman dan motivasi terhadap peningkatan belajar bahasa inggris. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi dan praktik mengenai cara agar bisa belajar berbahasa inggris dengan cepat dan mudah agar lebih percaya diri.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa inggris dan memberikan solusi dengan praktik secara langsung dalam melatih berbicara bahasa inggris dengan membuat grup antara siswa-siswi MA Darul Hasan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dapat membantu siswa-siswi dalam meningkatkan potensi kemampuan bahasa inggris

Abstract

Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is one of the most commonly used materials in the fabrication of artificial hip joints due to its excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and wear resistance. Despite its advantages, the wear of UHMWPE components over time leads to the generation of wear particles, which are responsible for osteolysis and implant failure. The Finite Element Method (FEM) has emerged as a powerful tool to simulate the wear mechanisms of UHMWPE in hip implants, providing a deeper understanding of the stress distribution, wear prediction, and optimization of implant designs. This review explores the current state of FEM applications in UHMWPE wear analysis, focusing on the material properties, wear mechanisms, FEM simulation models, and future directions in this research area.

Abstract

Essential oil is one of the high foreign exchange earning export commodities for Indonesia. Unfortunately, the high world market demand for essential oils has not been fully supplied by Indonesia. In Indonesia, essential oils generally come from farmers who have relatively small land and are then processed using simple distillation equipment. The same thing also happened in Kab. Bangkalan, Madura. This condition is the main reason why Indonesia's essential oil production is not optimal. To find out the distribution potential of essential oil-producing plants in Bangkalan Regency, it is necessary to have a step in building a system that can group the distribution areas of essential oil-producing plants, for this we need a clustering method. This study uses the K-Means Clustering method and uses the Euclidean algorithm to group the distribution areas of essential oil-producing plants, especially in Bangkalan Regency, so that later they can be identified based on clusters and displayed in visual form, namely in the form of digital maps using the Geographic Information System (GIS) application. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be able to find out the distribution area of essential oil-producing plants in order to make it easier for local governments to monitor the potential of essential oil-producing areas in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Kompetisi merpati pos di Indonesia masih banyak menggunakan metode pencatatan waktu manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan manipulasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem Electronic Timing System (ETS) berbasis Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Pomsi Live, guna mencatat waktu kedatangan merpati secara otomatis dan real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler Wemos Lolin S2 Mini sebagai pusat kendali, dengan dukungan RFID reader RDM6300, modul GPS GY-NEO6MV2, dan RTC DS3231 untuk memperoleh data identitas, lokasi, dan waktu secara akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa RFID reader dapat membaca ring chip pada jarak efektif hingga 2,5 cm dengan waktu respon rata-rata 130–140 milidetik. Modul GPS menunjukkan akurasi lokasi dengan deviasi ±1–2 meter, sementara RTC menjaga kestabilan waktu dengan presisi tinggi. Data yang diperoleh berhasil dikirim ke server Pomsi Live secara otomatis melalui koneksi Wi-Fi. Sistem juga mendukung mode semi-offline dan memberikan umpan balik visual serta audio melalui LED dan buzzer. Implementasi sistem ETS ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pencatatan waktu kompetisi merpati pos. Sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi teknologi yang tepat dalam mendukung digitalisasi komunitas merpati pos di Indonesia.

Abstract

Meddelan village in Lenteng sub-district, Sumenep district, is an agricultural area where the majority of residents work as farmers. Despite the large production potential, the farmers in this village, especially the Makmur Jaya Farmers Group, face various problems in increasing the selling value of their agricultural products. One of the main challenges is limited access to markets that still rely heavily on conventional methods such as middlemen, who often offer prices below market value. In addition, the low level of digital skills among farmers is an obstacle in utilizing e-marketplace technology that can expand market reach and provide more competitive selling prices. This condition is exacerbated by the lack of a structured marketing strategy and supporting infrastructure such as limited internet access. To overcome this problem, a community service program focused on optimizing the use of e-marketplace as a means of marketing agricultural products was implemented. This program includes intensive training for farmers in the use of e-marketplace platforms, improving digital skills, and forming effective digital marketing strategies. In addition, Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) students are also involved in this activity to assist farmers in every stage of implementation, from training to evaluation. This activity is expected to become a technology-based farmer empowerment model that can be applied in other areas with similar situations.

Abstract

Smart Home systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) offer modern solutions to enhance efficiency, comfort, and security in managing household appliances. This research aims to develop a smart home system using Arduino Mega as the main controller and the ESP32 module as a Wi-Fi network connector. The system is designed to control devices such as lights, fans, automatic doors, and a plant watering system through an Apache-based web server connected to a MySQL database. The methods used include the design of a smart home miniature hardware prototype, the development of a web interface for manual and automatic control, as well as the integration of a voice command feature based on Google Text-to-Speech. Testing was conducted by measuring Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as delay, throughput, packet loss, and jitter, along with functional testing of devices through manual, automatic, and voice command operations. The results show that the system can operate properly with an accuracy rate of 100%, an average delay of 4–5 seconds for device control, and an average QoS index of 1.5. Some minor delays were observed, mainly due to the use of a web server and internet connection. With affordable development costs, this system provides a practical solution for small-scale IoT-based smart home implementation.
