Abstract

This study analyzes understanding of merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10. Understanding that examined about when sounding the call Athan all activities (sale and purchase) must be abandoned immediately and promptly carry out the Friday prayers, and back doing activities (sale and purchase) when finished doing the prayer Friday. This research used the qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection was done with interviews and observations directly to the object/subject of research. The results of this research show that the level of understanding of respective merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10 good and different so that the impact on the implementating. In addition, they believe in running the prayer Friday positively impact of sustenance, though not directly. A positive impact not only sustenance, but by hearing sermons Friday prayers will add to the sense of faithfulness to God Almighty.

Abstract

The use of video advertisements as a marketing medium is becoming increasingly popular in the current digital era. Small companies or start-ups can leverage animated video ads to promote their products at a more affordable cost compared to traditional video ad production. The objective of this research is to create an animated video advertisement using After Effects to enhance brand awareness for Buket Dikala, a flower company in Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the animated video ad created by the author can improve brand awareness for Buket Dikala. The author recommends the use of animated video ads for small companies or start-ups aiming to enhance their marketing effectiveness. Several factors that need to be considered in creating an effective animated video ad include aligning the ad's style and tone with the target audience, paying attention to the visual and audio quality of the ad, determining the appropriate duration, and including a clear call to action. By utilizing animated video ads, small companies or start-ups can effectively and affordably expand their market reach.

Abstract

Bouquet UMKM is a small business that sells fresh flowers in bouquet form. In today's digital era, marketing through digital media such as websites has become important to increase sales and expand market reach. Therefore, in this study, a website was created as a digital promotion media for Bouquet UMKM along with an explanation of the online ordering system. Additionally, this study also discusses the use of the CodeIgniter framework in creating the promotional website. In conclusion, using a website as a digital promotion media and an online ordering system is crucial in increasing sales and expanding the market reach of Buket UMKM. The use of the CodeIgniter framework as a tool in creating the promotional website can improve efficiency and website development capabilities.

Abstract

This study evaluates the potential for rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) installations on village office buildings in the Lenek District, East Lombok, Indonesia, using the PLN Mobile application. The primary objectives are to assess the potential installed capacity of rooftop solar PV systems, estimate the economic and environmental impacts of their installation, and evaluate the performance of the PLN Mobile application in simulating solar PV systems. The findings reveal that the application provided generalized recommendations, with suggested capacities of 0.6 kWp and 1.32 kWp, despite variations in electricity consumption, roof orientation, and other structural characteristics. Estimated installation costs range from Rp10,452,380 to Rp26,130,952, with potential monthly savings between Rp103,464 and Rp227,620, and a uniform reduction in carbon emissions of 0.285 kg CO2 per month. While the PLN Mobile application offers valuable preliminary insights, it lacks the necessary specificity to deliver precise assessments, leading to a potential mismatch between recommendations and the actual energy needs and structural conditions of the village offices. As a result, the study concludes that more customized evaluation methods are required to optimize the installation and performance of rooftop solar PV systems in village offices.

Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan Menjadi Kunci Utama Dalam Mencapai Tujuan Organisasi. Data Kinerja Dari PT. Globalindo Thamrin Jaya Menunjukkan Fluktuasi Dalam Pencapaian Target Bulanan, Yang Umumnya Disebabkan Oleh Ketidakefisienan Self-Efficacy Dan Tekanan Kerja. Penelitian Ini Betujuan Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Self-Efficacy, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Locus Of Control Terhadap Employee Performance PT. Globalindo Thamrin Jaya. Data Yang Terkumpul Dianalisis Dengan Metode Kuantitatif. Pengambilan Sampel Dilakukan Melalui Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Secara Simultan, Stres Kerja, Self-Efficacy, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Locus Of Control Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Employee Performance, Namun Secara Parsial, Hanya Variabel Locus Of Control Yang Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Employee Performance, Sedangkan Stres Kerja, Self-Efficacy, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Employee Performance. Disimpulkan Bahwa Variabel Locus Of Control Berpengaruh Lebih Dominan Terhadap Kinerja, Oleh Karena Itu Perusahaan Harus Lebih Menyesuaikan Pengendalian Diri Setiap Individu Untuk Dapat Memotivasi Kinerja Sehingga Dapat Tercapai Tujuan Perusahaan.

Abstract

Laporan ini membahas pengembangan website penerimaan peserta didik baru untuk SDN Manggungharja 01, Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung. Di era digital, keterbatasan penyebaran informasi menyulitkan masyarakat dalam mengakses data penting sekolah, termasuk proses penerimaan siswa baru. Tujuan proyek ini adalah meningkatkan visibilitas sekolah, memudahkan akses informasi, dan mengoptimalkan proses penerimaan siswa. Menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan Bootstrap, website ini berhasil menyediakan portal informasi terpusat, sistem pendaftaran online, dan fitur komunikasi efektif. Metode pengembangan waterfall diterapkan, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur website berfungsi sesuai harapan, termasuk aspek keamanan, kinerja, dan kompatibilitas. Implementasi ini mendukung perkembangan SDN Manggungharja 01 di era digital, menciptakan landasan kuat untuk interaksi dengan pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

In today's digital era, video editing skills have become essential for professionals in the creative industry to enhance the competitiveness of digital content. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve video editing skills using CapCut Desktop among staff and managers at Media Creative Solutions (MCS), Bandung. The program was conducted through an interactive training method that combined theory, demonstrations, and project-based simulations. The results showed significant improvements in participants' abilities to independently edit videos more professionally, as well as a better understanding of CapCut Desktop features. In conclusion, the practice-based training proved effective in enhancing participants' digital competencies, and it is recommended that similar training be conducted regularly to maintain and further develop their skills.

Abstract

Tea is one of the top ten export products sent from Indonesia to foreign countries. However, in recent years, the amount of tea leaf exports from Indonesia has decreased, although the value of the export impacts the country’s economic structure. In addition to market competition, Indonesia must maintain tea leaf production so that the increase in export decline is not significant or even increases tea leaf export production. To improve production quality and reduce production costs, early detection of tea leaf diseases is necessary. This study aims to classify tea leaf images for early detection of tea leaf disease so that appropriate treatment can be carried out early. This study compares machine learning algorithms to determine the best algorithm for detecting tea leaf diseases. The algorithms tested as performance comparisons in classifying tea leaf diseases are random forest (RF), support vector classifier (SVC), extra tree classifier (ETC), decision tree (DT), XGBoost classifier (XGB), and convolutional neural algorithms. Network (CNN). As a result, the average accuracy performance generated by ETC produces a higher value than other algorithms, i.e., getting an average accuracy performance of 77.47%. Another algorithm, SVC, has an average accuracy of 76.57%, RF of 76.12%, DT of 65.31%, XGB of 71.62%, and the lowest is CNN of 59.08%. ETC has been proven to be the most superior machine learning algorithm for detecting tea leaf diseases in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat video animasi iklan 3D sebagai media promosi bagi usaha kecil dan menengah, khususnya Santi Collection, sebuah usaha di bidang fashion. Dalam era digital saat ini, iklan animasi 3D menjadi alat yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan dan meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data, serta teknik deskriptif kualitatif untuk analisis data. Proses pembuatan video animasi mencakup tahap modeling, texturing, rigging, animasi, dan rendering menggunakan Blender, serta tahap editing menggunakan Filmora Wondershare 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan animasi 3D mampu meningkatkan daya tarik visual dan efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran melalui media digital dan sosial. Implementasi teknologi animasi 3D dalam strategi promosi terbukti memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan produk. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan iklan animasi 3D dapat menjadi strategi yang inovatif dan efektif dalam mempromosikan produk, khususnya bagi usaha kecil dan menengah yang ingin meningkatkan daya saing di pasar digital

Abstract

Kondisi perdagangan di pasar loak Porong setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, hal ini dapt dilihat dari semakin banyaknya jumlah pedagang di pasar loak dan pada saat ini juga fasilitas berdagang juga semakin memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of contorl terhadap kinerja usaha dan mengetahui efek moderasi orientasi pasar pada pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja usaha. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 16.0 sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 82 pedagang di pasar loak Kecamata Porong. persamaan regresi pertama pada penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Y = 1,294 + 0,671X1, hasil uji hipotesa kesatu menunjukkan hipotesis diterima, artinya locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, sedangkan persamaan regresi kedua adalah Y = 3,997 + 0,310 ZX1 + 0,042 ZX2 + 0,026 AbsZX1 -ZX2 untuk uji hipotesis kedua, hasilnya ditolak artinya orientasi pasar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja usaha, dari hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa orientasi pasar merupakan homologiser moderation, karena b2 dan b3 samasama tidak signifikan pengaruhnya.
