Abstract

Recently, creative industries growth significantly. However, this growth is still constrained by various factors, one of which is the funding. This aspect has not been solved well although there has full government support. This is due among other things: 1) there is no form of financing schemes in accordance with the creative industries; 2) the amount of commitments lending by financial institutions is not adequate. 3) have not been socialized and performing well. This constraint requires more detailed analysis of the aspects most and very influential on the growth of the creative industries. This research was conducted through analysis of the logical framework approach as well as industrial cluster approach to the object in the fashion and design , which is well established in Bandung. Outcomes were include: 1) identification of critical success factors (CSF) in small industry based on the demand and the potential of the locality; 2) the mapping capitalization model of stimulus and treatment of the CSF; 3) analysis of products value-added based on demand and market; 4) analysis of capital policy for the creative industry.

Abstract

Disaster management includes distributing logistical assistance to disaster victims. The implementation of this distribution must occur at the right time, at an appropriate location, on target and be appropriate to the needs of the victims. This research aims to design an information system to improve the performance of disaster relief operations by managing the information while monitoring and evaluating humanitarian relief operations.Consequently, understanding the primary determinants of user acceptance behavior has become a vital aspect in the successful implementation of the information system. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is a tool to investigate and give a better understanding of the factors that affect the potential users’ acceptance and use of an information system. This research used 131 different informants from different groups of potential users to measure performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The results have shown strong relationships between four aspects of the measurements for the acceptance of all parties involved in humanitarian relief operations.

Abstract

PT.Iron Bird merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa Trucking yaitu perusahaan yang melayani jasa penyewaan mobil truck untuk pengangkutan cargo atau container. Dalam melayani keinginan dan memenuhi kepuasaan customer PT Iron Bird juga memiliki beberapa kantor cabang dan salah satunya adalah kantor cabang di kawasan Cikarang Barat atau lebih sering disebut dengan Pool Cikarang. Pool Cikarang bertugas dalam melayani 6 customer yang salah satunya adalah Cikarang Dry Port (CDP). Kendala yang dialami di Pool Cikarang dalam melayani customer Cikarang Dry Port adalah sudah tuanya umur dari 20 truck yang digunakan untuk melayani kebutuhan pengangkutan dari pihak Cikarang Dry Port sehingga menyebabkan menjadi tidak optimalnya pelaksanaan order yang diberikan oleh pihak customer dikarenakan sering terjadinya kerusakan pada truck pada saat sedang melaksanakan order yang diberikan oleh pihak customer atau dikarenakan sulitnya mendapatkan spare part pada saat truck sedang melakukan perbaikan dan harus mengganti spare part yang mengakibatkan perbaikan truck menjadi terhambat dan membutuhkan waktu lama. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis untuk pengadaan truck trailer di PT Iron Bird Pool Cikarang yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelian truck baru yang akan dibeli oleh pihak PT Iron Bird. Analisis pengadaan truck trailer ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode penentuan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) yang digunakan untuk mencari besarnya Biaya investasi pembelian truck dan mengetahui keuntungan yang akan didapatkan oleh perusahaan dan metode Payback Period (PPB) merupakan metode analisis keuangan dalam menentukan periode dari pengembalian modal investasi. Setelah melakukan analisa, pengadaan truck trailer ini membutuhkan biaya investasi awal sebesar sebesar Rp 2.850.971.000,00 dengan keuntungan Rp 2.636.195.100,00 per Tahun. Biaya investasi awal tersebut adalah hasil dari pertambahan antara biaya yang dihasilkan dari nilai jual 22 truck lama dan tambahan biaya investasi dari perusahaan, dan jumlah optimum untuk truck baru yang akan digunakan untuk customer Cikarang Dry Port adalah sebanyak 7 unit truck. Periode pengembalian dari biaya investasi untuk pembelian 7 mobil truck baru adalah selama 1 tahun.

Abstract

Industri kreatif pada perkembangan terakhir menunjukan pertumbuhan yang signifikan lk 8% dari PDB. Pertumbuhan ini masih terkendala dengan berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah permodalan. Namun aspek ini belum terpecahkan dengan baik walaupun sudah ada dukungan penuh pemerintah melalui kebijakan-kebijakan dan Inpres No.6/2009 (BN No. 7853 hal. IB - ISB) tentang Pengembangan Industri Kreatif. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain: 1) belum ada bentuk skema pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan industri kreatif; 2) jumlah komitmen penyaluran pinjaman oleh lembaga keuangan belum memadai kebutuhan usaha industri ini. 3) belum tersosialisasi dan terlaksana dengan baik. Kendala ini membutuhkan analisis lebih rinci tentang aspek yang paling dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan industri kreatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui analisis LFA (Logical framework approach) serta pendekatan Cluster industri dengan objek pada fashion dan desain yang merupakan industri kreatif cukup mapandi Kota Bandung. Luaran yang diharapkan antara lain: 1) Identifikasi Critical Success Factors pada industri kecil berbasiskan demand dan potensi lokalitas; 2) Terpetakannya model stimulus Pemodalan dan treatment terhadap Critical Success Factors (CSF); 3) Analisis nilai tambah produk berbasiskan demand dan pasar (lokal dan internasional); 4) Analisis kebijakan modal bagi industri kreatif secara umum (berdasarkan kebijakan pemerintah pusat dan daerah).

Abstract

PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) atau PT. INTI adalah Badan Usaha milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. PT. INTI berperan sebagai pemasok utama pembangunan jaringan telepon nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Masalah yang sering dialami oleh PT INTI adalah tidak sesuainya jumlah pengadaan dengan permintaan user yang menyebabkan penumpukan atau kekurangan barang di Gudang. Salah satu Material yang mengalami penumpukan adalah Drop Cable Aerial G.657 2SC/UPC 35M yaitu salah satu material yang dibutuhkan untuk proyek Instalasi Kabel Rumah (IKR). Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir terjadinya penumpukan Drop Cable Aerial G.657 2SC/UPC 35M, penulis merekomendaikan sebuah penelitian untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Probabilistik Sederhana. Metode Probabilistik Sederhanan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan persediaan dengan data permintaan yang fluktuatif dimana informasi yang diketahui hanya pola permintaan saja yaitu harga rata-rata, simpangan baku, dan bentuk distribusi kemungkinan permintaannya. Sebelum menggunakan Metode Probabilistik Sederhana, perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu peramalan permintaan untuk masa yang akan datang agar hasil perhitungan bisa diterapkan untuk periode berikutnya. Berdasarkan metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ukuran lot pemesanan ekonomis adalah sebesar 12.189 unit per sekali pemesanan, safety stock sebesar 406 unit, pemesanan ulang dilakukan setelah sisa persediaan digudang sebesar 2.940 unit. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan Probabilistik sederhana ini diketahui tingkat pelayanan yang dapat dicapai adalah sebesar 99,7%. Penerapan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode ini juga mampu mengurangi biaya inventori per tahun sebesar Rp. 49.679.210,5.

Abstract

The basic concept of general logistics and halal logistics are actually the same, the difference is that halal logistics is carried out by ensuring that processes in the supply chain separate halal cargo from non-halal cargo. This needs to be done to avoid cross-contamination and ensure that as long as the logistics system of the product is guaranteed halal, therefore halal logistics can be expressed as the application of the halal concept throughout the supply chain activities of suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and product distribution to ensure the halal status of a product. If this is done, it will produce halal logistic output according to the standards of the customer's wishes. The research will be carried out through interviews and surveys, the results will be used to identify business processes and find out what business activities are carried out and who are the business actors involved, from the business process a business model is then created to develop ordinary logistics to halal logistics based on a Business Model. Canvass (BMC). The Business Model Canvass (BMC) consists of 9 elements, namely customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and cost structures. The result of this research is to obtain a canvas-based halal logistics model that can be applied at PT Iron Bird, which is divided into 4 categories, namely: 1) Customers who have potential in halal logistics are industries engaged in fast moving, consumer goods, retail. , raw material and pharmacy 2) Value propositions, namely offers to customers regarding delivery that guarantees halal products, distribution to return goods or return, segregation for Less than Truck Load (LTL), re-packaging for contaminated goods, labels and documents halal, cleaning units according to standards, completeness of safety, transparency and trust, on time delivery, and costs in accordance with the services provided 3) Resources by managing main resources through a special team to handle contaminated goods, availability of vehicles, services provided , packaging for contaminated goods and labels and documents h alal 4) Financial through the services provided. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in accordance with halal logistics standards which consist of: Quality, Time, Cost and Risk.

Abstract

PT SML merupakan perusahaan jasa pengiriman yang menyediakan jasa express, regular, trucking dan Ekspor impor. PT SML adalah jasa pengiriman yang berfokus pada pengiriman alat kesehatan, farmasi, dan kosmetik.Permasalahan yang dihadapai saat ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengiriman barang di PT SML, sehingga kewalahan dalam menangani pengiriman barang. Peneliti melakukan analisis kelayakan untuk memiliki angkutan sendiri atau sewa dengan komponen utamanya, yaitu Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK). Metode BOK adalah perbaikan atau peningkatan kualitas prasarana dan sarana transportasi, biasanya bertujuan untuk mengurangi biaya. Kajian perhitungan BOK terdiri dari hasil penjumlahan antara biaya tetap kendaraan, biaya variable/biaya tidak tetap, dan biaya overhead.Selanjutnya adalah untuk menentukan apakah armada layak dibeli atau tidak. Strategi apa yang dapat dikembangkan untuk pengembangan perusahaan dengan menggunaka SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dengan IRR sebesar 38%, biaya operasional kendaraan per tahun untuk rute Jakarta-Bali adalah Rp.376.000.000,00. Hasil dari pada penelitian ini menyarankan untuk membeli mobil operasional baru yang akan mengembalikan modal dalam waktu sekitar 2,5 tahun, lebih cepat dari umur ekonomis mobil selama 5 tahun.Strategi pengembangan ke depannya adalah  PT.SML dapat mengembangkan bisnisnya untuk memiliki layanan tambahan dalam penyimpanan dan pengelolaan persediaan peralatan Kesehatan dan farmasi.
