Abstract

User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) berperan penting dalam aplikasi web. Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi dan redesain UI/UX aplikasi web Upulsa.com dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan efisiensi interaksi. Penelitian akan berfokus pada evaluasi dan redesain web Upulsa.com pada halaman beranda, order, status order, harga, dan testimonial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi berbasis pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan pada desain yang ada, seperti navigasi yang rumit dan kurangnya konsistensi pada antarmuka web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui proses redesain yang berorientasi pada pengguna, penelitian ini berhasil meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara signifikan, membuat aplikasi web lebih mudah digunakan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan situs web upulsa.com di masa mendatang dari segi UI dan UX, serta meningkatkan kualitas dan jumlah pengunjung situs web upulsa.com. Melalui evaluasi dan redesain antarmuka pengguna yang berfokus pada pengguna, diharapkan pengalaman pengguna dapat diperbaiki secara signifikan.

Abstract

During the pandemic, Indonesia experienced developments in internet use, one of which was in the world of entertainment. This increase rate reached 78.19%. The entertainment that Indonesian people like during the pandemic is watching films or TV series. One application that provides online film streaming services is Prime Video. Prime Video is a film or TV series streaming application developed by Amazon in 2006. Based on data on the Play Store for this application, the rating obtained is 3.5 out of 5. According to several reviews from users, users find it difficult to log in and complain about bad app UI. User Interface is the appearance of a product such as color, layout and writing which functions to connect the system with the user. User Experience is an experience or experience that arises from users who have used a product or application that has been developed. The aim of this research is to increase the usability value of the Prime Video application by carrying out evaluation and redesign. The method used in this research is the data collection method, this method requires researchers to collect data both from related theories and previous research, as well as data obtained from respondents. After conducting interviews, the results were obtained that this application still had several shortcomings in the user interface and user experience. After carrying out the SUS test on 5 respondents regarding the Prime Video application, this application received a score of 65.5 and received a Bad rating. After obtaining the required data, the next process is the redesign process, this process is carried out by considering previous problems. After carrying out all the tests, results can be obtained and it can be concluded that the data collection method can help researchers to carry out evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements for the application. This research also produces a design plan that can be used as a recommendation to increase the usability value of the application.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam tata kelola perguruan tinggi khususnyasistem informasi akademik di POLINUS telah memiliki blueprint sebagai pedoman dalampenerapan teknologi informasi, tetapi dirasa belum adaptif dalam menjawab solusi atas perubahanbisnis dan aplikasi secara tepat, sehingga perlu diadakan evaluasi terhadap blueprint tersebut untukdilakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan ke depannya. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan setelahmelakukan survey dan observasi terhadap system dan blueprint yang telah ada di POLINUS adalahdengan melakukan evaluasi kelengkapan komponen-komponen Arsitektur Enterprise tersebut kedalam suatu framework yang fleksibel untuk dapat meminimalkan resiko, meningkatkankemampuan organisasi dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan, serta menunjang pada prosesbisnisnya. Metode evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunkan framework zachman sebagai metodeevaluasi, dengan melakukan pemetaan kelengkapan blueprint yang telah ada ke dalam matrikframework Zachman yang hasilnya berupa Panduan Evaluasi arsitektur Interprise (AE) danprosentase kelengkapan blueprint tersebut, dan juga di lakukan Forum Discussion Group (FGD) dengan stakeholder dalam memberi masukan terhadap pengembangan organiasi di POLINUS.

Abstract

Pengelolaan toko kelontong sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam mencatat transaksi, mengelola stok, dan menangani layanan tambahan seperti BRILink, terutama jika dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini tidak hanya memakan waktu, tetapi juga berisiko tinggi terhadap kesalahan pencatatan yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja operasional toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan toko kelontong dengan memanfaatkan Google Apps Script (GAS) sebagai backend dan Spreadsheets sebagai basis data. Sistem yang dirancang dapat mengotomatiskan berbagai proses penting, termasuk pencatatan transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan data barang, serta pengolahan transaksi BRILink, pembayaran PDAM dan listrik, serta pengelolaan hutang. Dengan otomatisasi ini, diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban kerja manual dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data. Antarmuka pengguna dikembangkan dengan menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan Bootstrap untuk memastikan tampilan yang responsif dan mudah digunakan, sehingga pengguna dari berbagai latar belakang dapat mengakses sistem dengan nyaman. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur utama berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, tanpa adanya kesalahan signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi, dan memudahkan pemantauan aktivitas toko secara real-time, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan toko kelontong secara efektif dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemilik usaha.

Abstract

This study evaluates the user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) of the website for the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Sleman in Indonesia. Digital transformation has made the library's website an essential resource for public information. However, issues related to UI and UX design often hinder the user experience, causing difficulties in finding information and interacting with online features. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the website and provide recommendations for innovative improvements. The methods used include the creation of user personas, user stories, and user journeys, followed by testing with selected participants through observation, interviews, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Findings reveal deficiencies in the interface design that impact efficiency and accessibility. Test results indicate that participants had difficulty finding the information they needed, and interviews revealed obstacles in executing the tasks given. Recommendations for improvements include simplifying navigation, enhancing visual aesthetics, and refining the interface to improve user satisfaction and experience.

Abstract

Human Resource (HR) development is a key element in improving the quality of institutions, whether in the education sector or other organizations. However, manual management of HR funding can lead to errors in budget allocation and process delays. This research aims to develop an information system that automates the HR funding management process using Google Apps Script (GAS). GAS was chosen for its ability to integrate with Google Workspace services, facilitating automation and providing more transparent access to budget management. The system is also designed to simplify the management and manipulation of data directly from Google Sheets. The method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system can accelerate the funding submission and approval process, reduce human errors, and improve transparency as well as real-time monitoring of submission status. In conclusion, this information system was developed using Google Apps Script with the Vue.js, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS frameworks, following the waterfall method. The system is expected to enhance efficiency and transparency in HR funding management across various organizations.

Abstract

Information systems are vital for the collection, storage, and management of data to support decision-making. With technological advancements, serverless computing has emerged as an efficient solution, eliminating the need for manual server infrastructure management and allowing developers to focus on core applications. This study explores the application of serverless technology to enhance administrative efficiency in managing village population data, identifying its benefits and challenges. The research methodology employs an Agile approach, ensuring iterative development and responsiveness to user needs. The results show that serverless computing improves operational efficiency and service quality in population data management. Firebase enables real-time data synchronization without a relational schema. Village officials can manage population events, admins handle user data, and the village head monitors and generates reports. Additionally, system testing confirms that good security and performance enhance data quality. The study provides insights for village governments to adopt serverless technology to improve public services, despite challenges like complex security requirements and managing evolving cloud resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of cost accounting (unit cost) through the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method in establishing service rates at Regional Public Service Agency Hospitals (BLUD Hospital). Among the unit costs studied at the BLUD Hospital, the focus was on the surgical service unit. Despite its potential, the ABC method is still underutilized for calculating unit service costs in BLUD hospitals. The evaluation compared traditional tariff calculations, based on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 3 of 2023, with calculations derived from the ABC method. The study's findings revealed that activity-based surgical service units incur unit costs of Rp. 1,205,171.55 for special surgeries, Rp. 935,780.27 for major surgeries, and Rp. 510,425.60 and Rp. 283,569.78 for medium and small operations, respectively. These unit costs serve as the foundation for determining rates by adding the direct costs of each unit. In accordance, service rates will be generated. Notably, the determined tariffs in INA-CBGs are IDR 4,250,000 for special surgeries, IDR 3,300,000 for major surgeries, IDR 1,800,000 for medium surgeries, and IDR 1,000,000 for small surgeries. Consequently, this study recommends the BLUD Hospital management to adopt the ABC method in calculating unit costs as it revealed that the costs attributed to patients in the surgical service unit were lower than the traditional costing method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada situs web Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (Diskominfo DIY). Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan penilaian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa situs web memiliki beberapa kekurangan, terutama dalam hal tata letak, navigasi, dan tampilan visual yang menyebabkan pengalaman pengguna kurang optimal. Skor SUS rata-rata yang diperoleh mengindikasikan kualitas yang rendah, menekankan perlunya perbaikan signifikan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup penataan ulang tata letak, peningkatan navigasi, serta perbaikan visual untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna.
