Abstract

Tourism activities are activities that are quite influential in boosting the economy in an area because they have abundant natural resource potential, interesting culture and unique and delicious culinary delights, which will help the community to improve the economy of each tourist area, by taking advantage of technological advances, namely internet, tourism objects in Sumbawa Regency can be easily promoted through a web-based application, in which there is various information related to tourism in Sumbawa Regency. Sumbawa Regency requires a Web Application so that it can help introduce tourism in the Sumbawa Regency to the wider community, especially people who are outside Sumbawa. Waterfall is the method used for the information system. Making this application will make it easier for the public to access information about tourism in Sumbawa Regency

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan guru yang memiliki kompetensi dan kedisiplinan yang baik. Oleh karena itu, sekolah tersebut melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru. Evaluasi kinerja guru sangat penting dilakukan oleh sekolah dengan tujuan untuk menilai efektivitas kinerja mereka serta meningkatkan produktivitas guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Lape, di mana kepala sekolah mengevaluasi setiap guru. Saat ini, penilaian kinerja guru dilakukan melalui supervisi langsung dalam bentuk Penilaian Kerja Guru (PK guru), di mana kepala sekolah mengamati guru secara langsung saat mengajar di dalam kelas. Hasil perangkingan dari penilaian prestasi kerja guru akan dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi diri bagi guru. Sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk merangking dan memilih guru terbaik. Dan menggunakan pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model prototype. serta pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode pengujian black box testing dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML.

Abstract

Student academic achievement includes their achievements and performance in academic fields, such as exam results, report card scores, and achievements in certain subjects. The student's academic achievement has an effect on further study to a higher level. In this study, grouping of student data was carried out using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data used are grades VIII and IX grade report cards. The results of grouping the data showed that there were eight clusters with different numbers of students using three categories of cluster sizes, namely smart, moderate, and moderate. Based on data analysis, it was found that English needs to get special attention in learning. Students with balanced grades between science and social studies can choose a major according to their interests. Students in the moderate cluster tend to have dominant grades in the Science major, while students in the moderate cluster tend to have dominant grades in the Social Sciences major. The majority of students have grades above 80, indicating good performance. The grouping of these data forms the basis for selecting appropriate majors, optimal participation in extracurricular activities, and support for students with sufficient grades. It is hoped that the research results will become a recommendation for schools to improve students' understanding and maintain a balance between academic and extracurricular activities

Abstract

Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) adalah program pemerintah untuk menyediakan pendanaan biaya non personalia bagi satuan pendidikan dasar sebagai pelaksana program wajib belajar. BOS bertujuan untuk meringankan beban masyarakat terhadap pembiayaan pendidikan dalam rangka wajib belajar 9 tahun yang bermutu. Dana BOS harus digunakan sesuai dengan tujuannya yakni untuk pembiayaan seluruh kegiatan sekolah tanpa adanya penyalahgunaan dana. Yayasan pondok pesantren al-mutmainnah merupakan masih memakai sistem pengelolahan laporan secara manual,Masalah umum adalah pemrosesan pengelolaan datanya menggunakan teknologi perangkat excel yang menyebabkan kurang validnya data dibagian pengelolaan keuangan, memakan waktu lama karena dikelola lebih dari satu kali dan pelaporan yang sulit, Demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi rencana anggaran pendapatan biaya sekolah (RAPBS) berbasis website pada Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-mutmainnah ini sudah berhasil di buat. Sistem pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode black – box testing.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is an institution or organization in charge of organizing, managing, and facilitating blood donor activities, from collection to distribution. Based on the results of interviews with officers of the Sumbawa Regency PMI blood transfusion unit, the blood donor data management process has previously used the system, but it has not been maximized, therefore researchers created a distributed data system with the replication method. The system is built using unified modeling language (UML), laravel as a framework with PHP programming language, and MySQL as a database. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with observation, interview, and literature study stages, while the software development method uses Extreme Programming. This Extreme Programming method has advantages that allow the development team to create simple code so that it can be improved at any time. This research produces an integrated web-based system, with features of blood donor data, blood stocks, blood requests, and blood request reports.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a tourism system in Sumbawa Regency. In this research is using a qualitative approach that used model of rapid application development (RAD) for system development life circle (SDLC) method. Overall the first stage is system planning, next stage is analyzing tourism data and information that would be presented on web and android technology based. In addition, for users interface display is the attractive database design. The final stage is coding the system and produce a prototype for the implementation which is presenting on the web pages and google play store for android smartphones. The system presented could be used for evaluation, monitoring and facilitating of tourism transaction and promotion processes in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Management of distribution and sales of subsidized fertilizer is critical to support farmers' productivity and income—however, the system used by UD. Wahyu, as a subsidized fertilizer distribution kiosk, is still manual, causing several problems. This research aims to design a web-based information system for distributing and selling subsidized fertilizer using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The research method used is a web-based software development method using the RAD model. System specifications include admin, user and owner features. The data collection method uses a qualitative method with stages including observation, interviews and literature study. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The research results are a web-based application to manage the distribution and sale of subsidized fertilizer. Applications can make it easier to record stock and sales, monitor distribution, and increase the transparency of the sales process. With this application, it is hoped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer management by UD. Revelation and provide benefits for farmers.

Abstract

Preservation of Sumbawa Regional Language (Basa Samawa) through E-Learning Platform in Learning Innovation for Teenagers is an application that has been successfully created using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method which includes the requirement planning phase, use design phase, construction phase, and cutover phase. The design model used in developing the application is the Data Flow Diagram (DFD). This application can be optimized for use by the Sumbawa Regency Education and Culture Office (DIKBUD), teachers, and students in the Sumbawa Regency area. The use of the application can be maximized by teenagers to learn the Sumbawa language according to the learning model available in the application. The learning models include batuter (storytelling), maca ke nulis (reading and writing), aksara, lawas (poetry), balawas (rhyming), basakeco (developing poetry), speeches and writing short stories in Samawa or Sumbawa language. All Sumbawa language materials are available in the application which is also equipped with learning videos. To be able to access the material presented, users must first register and then be able to take part in learning, quizzes and post-tests. After the testing process was carried out on the application using black box testing on three actors, namely the Dikbud admin, teachers and students, it was stated that all application functionality in the twelve tables could function properly.

Abstract

Dalam Pengolahan data administrasi surat menyurat Kesekretariatan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kantor Cabang Dinas Dikbud Sumbawa Barat yang dilakukan oleh subbagian umum dan tata usaha masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu berkas-berkas surat masuk dan keluar belum teroganisir dengan baik. Tidak efisiennya proses pencarian berkas surat masukdan keluar. Staf bagian umum dan kepegawaian harus mencari satu persatu surat yang disimpan dalam map, belum lagi jika ada berkas yang hilang atau tercecer maka akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mencari berkas tersebut. Tujuan daripenelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat aplikasi monitoring dan evaluasi surat menyurat di Kesekretariatan Dinas Pendidikandan kebudayaan berbasi web di Kantor Cabang Dinas Dikbud Sumbawa Barat sehingga dapat mengefisienkan waktu dalampencarian, pendataan surat menyurat dan pembuatan laporan surat masuk dan keluar. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode RAD (Rapild Applicatilon Devellopment). Sistem ini berbasis Web. Pemodelannya menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan diuji dengan metode pengujian blackbox. Dan hasil dari pengujian blackbox berdasarkan pengujian langsung pada sistem dan telah sesuai seperti yang diharapkan. Dengan aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan dalam pengolahan data surat menyurat, proses pembuatan laporan, serta data dapat tersimpan dengan baik yang akan memudahkan dalam proses pencarian data.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam tata kelola perguruan tinggi khususnyasistem informasi akademik di POLINUS telah memiliki blueprint sebagai pedoman dalampenerapan teknologi informasi, tetapi dirasa belum adaptif dalam menjawab solusi atas perubahanbisnis dan aplikasi secara tepat, sehingga perlu diadakan evaluasi terhadap blueprint tersebut untukdilakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan ke depannya. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan setelahmelakukan survey dan observasi terhadap system dan blueprint yang telah ada di POLINUS adalahdengan melakukan evaluasi kelengkapan komponen-komponen Arsitektur Enterprise tersebut kedalam suatu framework yang fleksibel untuk dapat meminimalkan resiko, meningkatkankemampuan organisasi dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan, serta menunjang pada prosesbisnisnya. Metode evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunkan framework zachman sebagai metodeevaluasi, dengan melakukan pemetaan kelengkapan blueprint yang telah ada ke dalam matrikframework Zachman yang hasilnya berupa Panduan Evaluasi arsitektur Interprise (AE) danprosentase kelengkapan blueprint tersebut, dan juga di lakukan Forum Discussion Group (FGD) dengan stakeholder dalam memberi masukan terhadap pengembangan organiasi di POLINUS.
