Abstract

Telah dilakukan karakterisasi semikonduktor dan pengukuran  konduktivitas resistor menggunakan Empat Point Probe (4-PP). Instrumen menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam mengukur konduktivita resistor. Tingkat tertinggi keakuratan konduktivitas resistor naik sekitar 98,11% dibandingkan instrumen standar dari SANWA CD 800A yang naik 85,30% dengan presisi yang baik. 4-PP ini juga dirancang untuk karakterisasi semikonduktor. Penelitian ini resistancy, resistivitas dan konduktivitas semikonduktor. Perilaku fisik ini sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan Cell Solar Organik. Konduktivitas yang tinggi sangat potensial untuk meningkatkan tingkat efisiensi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel tungsten. Tungsten adalah semikonduktor yang banyak kemiripan dengan lapisan lain yang digunakan dalam fabrikasi sel surya organik. Tungsten adalah semikonduktor yang banyak kemiripan dengan lapisan lain yang digunakan dalam organik fabrikasi sel surya. Hasil pengukuran resistensi sampel tungsten sekitar 1,4 Ω, resistivitas 0,44 Ω.mm dan konduktivitas 2,27 S.mm-1. Konduktivitas masih dalam kisaran referensi.  Terdapat beberapa fitur-fitur seperti sumber arus eksternal, teknik pengukuran, voltmeter dan amperemeter eksternal sehingga instrumen ini kompatibel dengan instrumen lain yang tergantung pada kondisi sampel. Kata kunci: 4-PP, resistancy, resistivitas, konduktivitas, semikonduktor

Abstract

Student Center Learning (SCL) menuntut aktivitas pembelajaran dua arah. Tidak hanya segi kognitif namun psikomotor dan afektif juga menjadi penilaian. Namun sayangnya kegiatan pembelajaran terutama laboratorium masih minim dilakukan. Kasus ini terjadi pula di MA Al Iman Bulus Purworejo. Meskipun memiliki peralatan praktik yang cukup memadai namun, laboratorium sekolah nyaris tidak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan optimalisasi laboratorium melalui kegiatan pengabdian “back to your lab”. Kegiatan ini merupakan pendampingan terhadap peserta didik di laboratorium yang dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu observasi, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi sikap ilmiah dan keterlaksanaan aktivitas laboratorium. Analisis data dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui kegiatan ini didapatkan hasil ada peningkatan sikap ilmiah peserta didik yang linier dengan peningkatan aktivitas laboratorium.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of enhancing students' comprehension of physics concepts. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method use ADDIE model. This research was conducted in Physics Education of Muhammadiyah Purworejo University with the research subjects of 4th semester students in a limited trial of 5 students and a broad trial of 8 students. The instruments used in this study were lesson plan validation sheet, media validation sheet, lesson plan implementation sheet, student activity sheet, physics concept understanding test sheet, scoring rubric, student response questionnaire, and notes on educational activities. Data evaluation techniques were quantitative, N-gain, and T-Test. The results of the study obtained (1) the validity of the application of the AFL model assisted by macromedia flash software was declared valid, (2) the practicality of the application of the AFL model assisted by macromedia flash software, as seen from the implementation of the lesson plan obtained an average of 3.72 in the good category and the reliability test was 93%, (3) the effectiveness of the application of the AFL model assisted by macromedia flash software, as seen from the results of increasing concept understanding obtained N-gain value of 0.68 which is included in the moderate category, response questionnaire with good category, and student activity with good category. It is concluded that the application of AFL model assisted by macromedia flash software is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media by utilizing the TikTok application with the PBLA model on the topic of measurement and to determine the enhancement of participants' argumentation skills. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study employing the ADDIE development procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects were 36 students from class X-E of MAN Purworejo in the academic year 2023/2024. The research instruments used were validation sheets, participant response questionnaires, observation sheets, pretest-posttest questions, and learning implementation sheets. The data analysis results show that the physics instructional video media utilizing the TikTok application with the PBLA model meets the "valid" criteria, with material expert validation scoring 3.45, equivalent to 86.30%, categorized as "good," and media expert validation scoring 3.58, equivalent to 89.58%, categorized as "very good." The developed physics instructional video media using the TikTok application with the PBLA model received a score of 85.5% with the predicate "very good" from participant response testing. Meanwhile, the observation data on learning implementation achieved a Percentage Agreement (PA) score of 99% with the predicate "reliable," meeting the "practical" criteria. Utilizing the TikTok application with the PBLA model is effective according to trial results using a paired sample t-test, which produced a calculated t-value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating an improvement in argumentation skills after using physics learning media with the TikTok application. Thus, the developed physics learning media is considered "effective" for improving students' argumentation skills based on pretest and posttest scores with a normalized gain of 0.71, which falls into the "high" category.

Abstract

The aim of this interactive media development research is to determine its feasibility in terms of validity, practicality and effectiveness in increasing understanding of physics concepts and the profile of Pancasila students. The ADDIE research method, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation, was used in this research. The research subjects used were a narrow trial on 12 students and a wide trial on 36 students carried out at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo. The tools used are validation sheets, physics concept understanding test sheets, student reaction questionnaires to the media, independent Pancasila student profile questionnaire sheets, and learning implementation sheets. The research results show: 1) The validity of interactive teaching materials created with SAC (Smart Apps Creator) software. 2) The average value of the application of science through the media is 97.95%, included in the very good category. 3. Evaluation of the survey results of student responses to print media produced an average score of 87.4% in the very good category. The Pancasila student profile questionnaire which was answered independently via pretest-posttest produced an N-gain of 0.7 in the medium category. and the results of this research show the effectiveness of interactive learning media using SAC (Smart Apps Creator) software. Creating interactive learning materials using Pancasila student profiles and SAC (Smart Apps Creator) software to improve understanding of physics concepts has proven to be practical, efficient and practicable.

Abstract

The Self-Study Activity Unit Electronic (E-UKBM) is a small learning unit that orderly arranged from easy to difficult level based on e-learning using kvisoft flipbook maker application as the development of teaching material through interactive teaching media to improve students problem solving skill. E-UKBM has the characteristic of learning tool to achieve competency of knowledge and skill on teaching process using Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS). The aim of the use of E-UKBM is to improve students problem solving ability. This type of research develops the result of Plomp’s research design model, (1) Preliminary Investigation, (2) Design, (3) Realization/Contruction, (4) Tes, Evaluation, and Revision, (5) Implementation. The sample of this research is students of X MIA 3 SMA N 1 Purworejo. This data analysis was done by using the validity and reliability test, the problem solving ability test using the pre-test and post-test. The result of this study indicate that E-UKBM is valid, practical, and effective so that it is feasible to improve students problem solving ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Scratch assisted physics learning media to improve students problem solving abilities. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this study amounted to 12 students participating in the limited trial and 21 students participating in the wide trial. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained: (1) the results of the validation test of the Scratch assisted physics learning media were stated in the very good category assessed by two expert validators, (2) the developed media was declared practical as seen from the results of the implementation of the lesson plan which obtained a score of 95.1%, and (3) the media is said to be effective as seen from the results of the problem solving ability test which has increased in each indicator and the N-gain is 0.44 in the medium category. It was concluded that the Scratch assisted physics learning media in the study was declared valid, practical, and effective so that it was feasible to use it to improve students' problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pelatihan model pembelajaran BAGJA (Buat Pertanyaan, Ambil Pelajaran, Gali Mimpi, Jabarkan Rencana, Atur Eksekusi) untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi guru. BAGJA merupakan adaptasi dari konsep atau kerangka berpikir inkuiri apresiatif yang digunakan dalam manajemen perubahan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo yang beralamat di Alamat: Jl. Magelang km 7 Loano Purworejo pada tanggal 21 Nopemberi 2024 dan diikuti oleh 28 guru. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara pendampingan membuat perangkat BAGJA pada mitra yaitu guru-guru SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo. Materi pelatihan adalah menyusun langkah-langkah BAGJA dengan visi meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi guru. Hasil dan capaian pelatihan adalah guru mampu menyusun langkah-langkah BAGJA untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi guru. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo untuk segera menggunakan model BAGJA untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi guru. Dengan meningkatnya keterampilan kolaborasi guru, maka guru dapat belajar dari pengalaman satu sama lain, mengembangkan keterampilan baru, dan menemukan cara-cara inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pendidikan. Kolaborasi antar guru dapat membuka peluang untuk berbagi dan mengembangkan ide-ide kreatif sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
