Abstract

This study aim is analyze influence of responsibility accounting, budgetary participation, and strategic implementation to manajerial performance at PDAM Tirta Pakuan Town of  Bogor.  Data in this study is a primer data that is questionair and interview with relevan parties. Sample in this study is 42 respondents are the lower managers until the middle managers. Instrument in this syudy are analized by validities, reliabilities,and classical assumption. The analyze techniquesed is multiple regression analyzed and hypothesis testing with t test. The result is indicated that responsibility accounting, budgetary participation, strategic implementation have a positif significant impact to manajerial performance particially and simultan.Key words:  Responsibility accounting, budgetary participation, strategic implementation, manajerial performance.

Abstract

Perangkat lunak dibutuhkan hampir disetiap bidang untuk membantu proses bisnis. Salah satu bentuk perangkat lunak adalah website yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi keseluruh dunia dengan bantuan internet. Website fakultas teknik universitas jenderal soedirman merupakan merupakan salah satu sarana untuk memberikan informasi tentang kegiatan yang berjalan didalam fakultas. Sebagai sarana untuk memberikan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat baik internal maupun external maka dibutuhkan sistem yang cukup reliable. Untuk membuktikan bahwa system dikatakan reliable atau tidak maka perlu dilakukan testing yang salah satunya berupa performa testing. Proses pengukuran dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya pengukuran secara otomatis menggunakan bantuan tool testing. Tool untuk mengetes performa menggunakan tool gratis yang cukup baik diantaranya menggunakan tool Loadimpact dan JMeter. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan kedua tool tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa website masih dapat digunakan secara baik dan cukup untuk menampung banyak request dari user

Abstract

Retail industry or retail business is a fast-growing business in the midst of global competition conditions. One strategy to attract more consumers are Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The successful implementation of CRM in the enterprise is influenced by several environmental perspectives, strategies, customers and products / services, processes, participants, infrastructure, and information technology are integrated in the framework of Work System (WS). This research was carried out by applying the method of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) that is able to accommodate the outer and inner linkage from multiple nodes / indicators are considered, namely the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to rank the quality of implementation CRM in retail companies and strong influential node / indicator of the best retail among three alternative the consisting of Alfamart, Indomaret and Smesco mart. From the results of application ANP method, obtained the rank quality of implementation CRM in retail companies with first rank is Indomaret the value of 1.0000; and the second is Alfamart with a value 0.9575; and the third is Smesco mart with a value of 0.8034. While node / indicator strong influence on the the best retail is level of chaos, long and short term planning, customer service, system integration, appropriate skills, technical infrastructure, easily of use and accessibility of information.   Keywords: Ritel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Analytic Network Process (ANP), Kerangka Work System (WS).

Abstract

Background: Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan kepada pihak sekolah, Sebagian besar lulusan dari SMP N 2 Kalimanah ingin melanjutkan sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di wilayah Purbalingga yang memiliki berbagai jurusan sehingga membuat para siswa kesulitan dalam menentukan jurusan sesuai dengan pola minat siswa masing-masing. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi penentuan jurusan SMK yang sesuai dengan pola minat masing-masing siswa SMP secara otomatis untuk membantu para siswa dalam menentukan jurusan di SMK. Metode: Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini secara umum terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu : implementasi pengembangan aplikasi, pelatihan kepada guru sekolah, serta simulasi pelaksanaan tes kepada siswa. Hasil: Keberhasilan yang diterapkan  aplikasi rekomendasi jurusan SMK yang sesuai dengan pola minat masing-masing siswa, yang diterapkan di SMP N 2 Kalimanah. Kesimpulan: Dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang penerapan aplikasi rekomendasi jurusan SMK sesuai pola minat siswa di SMP N 2 Kalimanah ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi siswa di SMP N 2 Kalimanah dimana siswa dapat dengan mudah menentukan jurusan SMK yang dipilih sesuai pola minat mereka.

Abstract

The Kampus Merdeka program, launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2020, aims to enhance students' skills through hands-on work experience. Considering the rising significance of social media, particularly Twitter, in gauging public opinion, this research focuses on analyzing the sentiment towards the Kampus Merdeka program. The primary objective is to classify the sentiments expressed in tweets related to the program and compare two feature extraction techniques—TF-IDF and FastText—to identify the best approach for transforming text data into numerical vectors. The sentiment classification model was built using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, a machine learning technique known for its accuracy in text classification. A total of 16,730 tweets were collected and analyzed, yielding an accuracy of 73% for FastText and 72% for TF-IDF. Results show that FastText is more effective in capturing semantic relationships, leading to higher accuracy in sentiment classification. Findings indicate that the public sentiment towards the Kampus Merdeka program is predominantly positive (60.7%), with negative and neutral sentiments at 33.5% and 5.8%, respectively. The success of the FastText method underscores the importance of advanced feature extraction techniques in text classification. The novelty of this research lies in its use of FastText for educational policy evaluation, providing a new perspective on using sentiment analysis to assess public perception of educational programs.

Abstract

The monkeypox outbreak, which was previously only found in Africa, has now spread to other continents, including Asia, causing public concern as it occurred shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic was declared over. This disease has symptoms similar to cowpox, chickenpox, and measles, making early detection based on visual observation difficult. To address this issue, various studies have developed Deep Learning (DL)-based classification models using datasets such as WSI, MSID, MCSI, and MSLD v2, which are also utilized in this research. This study proposes a pruned ResNet-50 model using the Global MP method for pruning and QAT for quantization. These modifications not only maintain the model's performance with an accuracy of 94.44%, precision of 94.12%, recall of 94.71%, and F1-score of 94.16%, but also significantly reduce the model size to just 20.993 MB. As a result, the model can be implemented on Android devices with limited resources, enabling rapid and practical early detection of monkeypox in the field without requiring large-scale servers. Blackbox testing results show that the Flutter-based application utilizing this model performs well, potentially providing tangible support for medical personnel and the public in monitoring the spread of monkeypox in a more efficient and accessible manner.

Abstract

Climbing mountains in Indonesia requires careful preparation, especially in understanding safe hiking routes and related information. A hiking route information website serves as a practical solution for hikers to access data easily and quickly. This study compares the performance and SEO optimization between Laravel Blade and Laravel Inertia in the development of the muncak.id website, which provides information on mountain hiking routes. The performance indicator tested is execution time, measured using Laravel Dusk. One of the test results for the hiking route access feature shows that Laravel Inertia Vue.js has an average execution time of 1.56 seconds, which is faster compared to Laravel Blade, which reached 3.89 seconds. In terms of SEO, both websites show good quality with no issues found. However, there are still opportunities for improvement in some areas marked as warnings and opportunities. Overall, Laravel Inertia with Vue.js proves superior in performance and consistency, as well as more effective in SEO optimization, making it the better choice for developing informative websites.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 2 Kalimanah adalah sebuah sekolah lanjutan pertama yang berada di daerah Kalimanah, Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan dari para siswa di SMP N 2 Kalimanah tersebut sangat tergantung pada masukan dan sejumlah variabel dalam proses pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing siswa. Keberadaan instrumen pengukuran dan deteksi potensi belajar siswa agar sukses dalam pembelajaran yang diberikan pun menjadi sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menerapkan tes potensi belajar berbasis website yang mampu memprediksi keberhasilan pendidikan bagi siswa di SMPN 2 Kalimanah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini secara umum terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu: implementasi aplikasi, pemaparan aplikasi kepada mitra, simulasi aplikasi kepada siswa, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mendeteksi potensi belajar siswa yang diterapkan di SMPN 2 Kalimanah. Selain itu, telah dilakukan sosialisasi kepada guru pendamping serta simulasi kepada siswa di SMPN 2 Kalimanah. Di akhir kegiatan, pengabdian ini dapat membantu dan mendeteksi potensi dari setiap siswa di SMPN 2 Kalimanah.

Abstract

Motorcycle users in Indonesia continue to increase every year. This has implications for the increasing need for motorcycle repair or maintenance service providers. This need is an emergency, but this is a problem because the lack of information regarding the location of the nearest workshop makes the process of finding a repair shop consuming a lot of time and energy. This study aims to develop an Online Workshop application that can present a map with the nearest repair shop location using Mapbox and the Geolocation API to make it easier for motorbike users to find a repair shop. In addition, this application allows users to be able to call a mechanic to come to the location. The Bengkel Online application is built using Firebase as a database and applies progressive web apps technology. The results of this study indicate that the online workshop application can be used to order repair services and call a mechanic to the location properly and accurately as indicated by the results of application testing which shows that all features function properly.
