Abstract

The monkeypox outbreak, which was previously only found in Africa, has now spread to other continents, including Asia, causing public concern as it occurred shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic was declared over. This disease has symptoms similar to cowpox, chickenpox, and measles, making early detection based on visual observation difficult. To address this issue, various studies have developed Deep Learning (DL)-based classification models using datasets such as WSI, MSID, MCSI, and MSLD v2, which are also utilized in this research. This study proposes a pruned ResNet-50 model using the Global MP method for pruning and QAT for quantization. These modifications not only maintain the model's performance with an accuracy of 94.44%, precision of 94.12%, recall of 94.71%, and F1-score of 94.16%, but also significantly reduce the model size to just 20.993 MB. As a result, the model can be implemented on Android devices with limited resources, enabling rapid and practical early detection of monkeypox in the field without requiring large-scale servers. Blackbox testing results show that the Flutter-based application utilizing this model performs well, potentially providing tangible support for medical personnel and the public in monitoring the spread of monkeypox in a more efficient and accessible manner.

Abstract

Climbing mountains in Indonesia requires careful preparation, especially in understanding safe hiking routes and related information. A hiking route information website serves as a practical solution for hikers to access data easily and quickly. This study compares the performance and SEO optimization between Laravel Blade and Laravel Inertia in the development of the muncak.id website, which provides information on mountain hiking routes. The performance indicator tested is execution time, measured using Laravel Dusk. One of the test results for the hiking route access feature shows that Laravel Inertia Vue.js has an average execution time of 1.56 seconds, which is faster compared to Laravel Blade, which reached 3.89 seconds. In terms of SEO, both websites show good quality with no issues found. However, there are still opportunities for improvement in some areas marked as warnings and opportunities. Overall, Laravel Inertia with Vue.js proves superior in performance and consistency, as well as more effective in SEO optimization, making it the better choice for developing informative websites.

Abstract

Motorcycle users in Indonesia continue to increase every year. This has implications for the increasing need for motorcycle repair or maintenance service providers. This need is an emergency, but this is a problem because the lack of information regarding the location of the nearest workshop makes the process of finding a repair shop consuming a lot of time and energy. This study aims to develop an Online Workshop application that can present a map with the nearest repair shop location using Mapbox and the Geolocation API to make it easier for motorbike users to find a repair shop. In addition, this application allows users to be able to call a mechanic to come to the location. The Bengkel Online application is built using Firebase as a database and applies progressive web apps technology. The results of this study indicate that the online workshop application can be used to order repair services and call a mechanic to the location properly and accurately as indicated by the results of application testing which shows that all features function properly.

Abstract

The selection of recruits is a crucial stage for the continuity of the existence of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU). This selection process consists of several stages, one of which is the academic stage conducted with a paper-based test model. This model requires a lengthy conventional process, indicating the need for a computer-based system to expedite the selection process. Therefore, this study proposes a solution for the academic selection of TNI AU recruits by implementing a Computer Based Test (CBT) system, aiming to enhance the efficiency of the selection process. The development of the CBT system utilizes the Waterfall method, with PHP programming language and MySQL. The research results in a CBT system designed for electronic academic selection of TNI AU recruits, equipped with Safe Exam Browser (SEB) to reduce cheating during the selection exams. According to testing results, the CBT system meets the requirements and is deemed suitable for use.

Abstract

Conventional application development often faces challenges like extensive code writing, long development times, high costs, and difficulties in maintenance and customization. Low-code programming offers an innovative solution by minimizing manual coding and enabling application creation through visual interfaces and drag-and-drop logic. This research explains the application of low-code programming technology in developing a petty cash transaction recording application at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, specifically in the Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility Division. The low-code approach allows for faster, more efficient, and easier-to-maintain application development. The research uses the agile method, covering plan, design, develop, test, deploy, review, and launch stages. This case study, using the OutSystems platform, shows significant benefits such as increased development time efficiency, ease of maintenance, and flexibility in meeting dynamic business needs. The developed application can be integrated into the company's existing IT environment, improving the accuracy of petty cash transaction recording and reporting, and providing easy user access. In conclusion, low-code programming technology proves to be an effective solution for developing complex business applications efficiently in terms of time and cost.
