Abstract

AbstractBad behavior committed by an employee in an organization will hinder communication amongits members. Bad behavior that often occurs at a company is blackmail, bribery, bullying, cheating,dishonesty, intimidation, invasion of privacy, sexual harassment, threats, theft, discrimination,misinformation. In the Purchasing Department of Sumi Rubber company there are a variety of badbehaviour that were found including the crime of aggresion, deceit, licentiousness, sabotage and theft.Communication means providing information and distributing to the members of the organization, ifthe distribution is hampered because of the bad behavior committed by a person or one of the employeesof the communication that exists becomes ineffective. In the long term ineffective communicationswill result in the emergence of misunderstanding interpretation giving rise to prejudice and ultimatelylead to internal conflicts within the company or organization. Role management is urgently neededto resolve the conflict because of the impact of impact of the conflict will impact on the performanceand effectiveness of the work in the company especially in Sumi Rubber company

Abstract

This paper will analyze the method of determining mustahiq zakat through the mustahiq center at BAZNAS Wonosobo Regency. In this study the writer will use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data source used is the method of determining mustahiq zakat through the mestahiq center used by the Wonosobo National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). The results of this study can be concluded that the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Wonosobo Regency in determining mustahiq zakat by developing an integrated national Mustahiq database system (Mustahiq Data Center). This system is presented in an effort to sharpen the target of zakat recipients by utilizing existing poverty data in Wonosobo district.

Abstract

Perencanaan bangunan bisa digunakan untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengingat banyaknya masyarakat yang memerlukan renovasi dan pembangunan untuk bangunan sosial. Makam kyai Mbah Masruh merupakan makam yang memerlukan renovasi agar memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung. Perencanaan bangunan makam dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen dengan menggunakan software gambar arsitektur. Metode yang digunakan adalah koordinasi dengan perangkat desa dan tokoh masyarakat, survey awal, survey pengukuran dan pembuatan gambar kerja arsitektur. Gambar denah, tampak dan tiga dimensi menjadi gambar yang disajikan dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil yang didapat adalah gambar perencanaan bangunan tempat ziarah makam berupa gambar denah, tampak dan tiga dimensi yang bisa memberikan gambaran bangunan yang akan dibangun. Perangkat desa dan tokoh masyarakat mempunyai gambaran yang jelas dengan adanya gambar perencanaan bangunan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the edutainment method using songs to enhance third-grade students’ ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary (mufrodat) of body parts at MI Zainur Ridho Wonorejo. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that using songs created a fun learning atmosphere and improved students’ memory of Arabic vocabulary. Singing combined with movements enhanced emotional and sensorimotor engagement. Students were more enthusiastic, recalled vocabulary better, and demonstrated improved mastery of the material. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan lagu dalam pembelajaran menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan daya ingat siswa terhadap kosakata bahasa Arab. Aktivitas bernyanyi disertai gerakan memperkuat keterlibatan emosional dan sensorimotor siswa. Abstract

: The focus of the study in this article is to find out and analyze the positive characters in Javanese lessons and the role of teachers in strengthening character in Javanese lessons. The method used by researchers in this article is qualitative with a case study type. Data was obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out in three simultaneous steps, namely data condensation, data display, and verification. The results of the research state that positive characters in learning Javanese include tolerance, compassion, mutual cooperation, respect, humanity, respect, gratitude, good manners, respect for friends and others, understanding self-placement, and honesty. These positive characters can be found in Javanese language lessons both implicitly and explicitly. Teachers have a major role in implementing positive character in Javanese language lessons. By example, the teacher not only conveys the material but also masters a lot of vocabulary in the Kromo language so that it can provide examples and role models.
