Abstract

Basically the goal in establishing a company is how they look for consumers as much as possible to increase sales volume, while the sales volume is the final result achieved by the company from the sale of products made by the company. For this reason, the sales volume is calculated based on the assumed target with the realization achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of advertising costs, the cost of sales promotion and personal sales of sales volume on Daihatsu Grand Max cars at Daihatsu Metro City Sales Points. This research method is descriptive qualitative, which produces descriptive data based on the results of quantitative analysis with company secondary file on research variables. File collection techniques using corporate secondary data, documentation and literature study. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results are obtained when the results of testing together that the three independent variables including advertising costs, sales promotion, and personal sales have a positive and significant effect on sales volume.

Abstract

Sepeda motor merupakan alat transportasi roda dua yang efektif, efesien dan ekonomis serta terjangkau oleh sebagian besar masyarakat indonesia salah satunya adalah sepeda motor Honda Beat merupakan sepeda motor injection yang paling diminati konsumen karena mempuyai keunggulan keunggulan lebih dibandingkan kendaraan yang lain. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan sepeda motor Honda beat perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat yaitu faktor mengenai harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Penelitian ini dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental dan mendapatkan 60 responden yang membeli sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, advertising, price perception on customer satisfaction of gojek users in the city of Metro. This type of research is a quantitative study with an unknown population. Based on calculations using the Lemeshow formula, 96 samples were used that matched the predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents using a Likert scale. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical tests, partial research shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous research shows that service quality, advertising, price perception together affect customer satisfaction.

Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (1) Ratmono, S.E., M.M. (2) H. Suwarto, S.E., M.M. Berdasarkan hasil pra survey, masih banyak teknisi atau mekanik dan juga karyawan yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri saat bekerja memperbaiki sepeda motor milik pelanggan, hal ini menyebabkan beberapa kondisi seperti kecelakaan ringan yang dialami karyawan. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut maka perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Teduh Kota Bandar Lampung?”. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explenatory survey yaitu survey yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara dua variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan atau sering disebut sebagai penelitian penjelas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana, uji t parsial, dan r2 determinasi. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Kesehatan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di PT Lautan Teduh Bandar Lampung Siawan, Anjas (2021). Abstract

Financial institutions have a very strategic role in moving the wheels of the economy, because the economic growth of a nation requires a pattern of management of available economic resources in a directed and integrated manner and can be utilized for welfare. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether the promotion variables affect customer satisfaction. 2) To find out whether product quality variables affect customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether the service quality variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. 4) To determine the effect of product quality, price, distribution and promotion variables simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use Telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 77 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on customer satisfaction 2) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, product quality and service on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The factors that influence consumer satisfaction in the State Besar District, Way Kanan Regency which will be examined by the author include product quality, price, and service. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and pricing on user satisfaction of the convection industry in Negeri Besar District, Way Kanan Regency. This type of research uses case study research. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 65 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product obtained a tcount value of 2,497> ttable 2. 000 and a significant value of 0.018 <0.05, meaning that product quality affects service user satisfaction. The service obtained a value of tcount 2,719 > ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, meaning that service has an effect on service user satisfaction. The price has a tcount value of 0.893 < ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.375 > 0.05, meaning that the price has no effect on service user satisfaction. While the results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained Fcount of 41.230 and Ftable value of 2.760, meaning that product quality (X1), service (X2), price (X3) simultaneously affect the dependent variable,namely service user satisfaction (Y). 65.3% of the role of the variable quality of product,service, price is able to explain the variable of service user satisfaction, while 34.7% isinfluenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) presents a banking application called BRI Mobile (BRIMo).The use of the Mobile Banking application also encountered various obstacles including thequality of the services provided in the application and related to features that can meet theneeds of customers in conducting financial transactions. This study aims to determine theeffect of service quality and features on interest in sustainable use with user satisfaction asan intervening variable for students using BRI Mobile Banking at Muhammadiyah MetroUniversity. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. Thevariables in this study are service quality, features, satisfaction and interest in continuoususe. The population and sample of the study were students of the Management StudyProgram, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro Batch2018 with the number of samples taken as many as 68 students. Data collection techniquesusing questionnaires. The analytical tools used are data quality analysis and Path Analysiswith the SPSS program. The results showed that service quality, features and satisfactionpartially had a positive and significant effect on the interest in sustainable use. Satisfactiondoes not significantly increase the effect of service quality and features on interest insustainable use.

Abstract

From the results of observations made by researchers, it was found that several things wereindicated to cause a lack of customer loyalty, so the researchers conducted a study of thisresearch to determine the purpose of partially or simultaneously the effect of awareness bondingand identity bonding on customer loyalty at the Salim Jaya Motor Dealer, Pekalongan Timur,Lampung. This type of research is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire asmany as a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling, while theanalytical tool used was multiple linear regression with partial test decision making (t) andsimultaneous test (f) and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis prove thatcustomer loyalty is a deep lasting customer commitment to re-subscribe or re-purchase theselected product/service consistently in the future, even though the influence of the situation andmarketing efforts have the potential to cause behavioral changes, to make it happen, customersneed bonding. So with this Awareness Bonding (X1), Identity Bonding (X2), together have aneffect on Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

Buyers can experience a feeling of satisfaction or disappointment (customer satisfaction) onproduct quality, price and location, thus the purpose of this study is to determine productquality, price and location partially their effect on customer satisfaction at Dhelitha GordynStores, Metro City. The research method uses quantitative methods through observation andquestionnaires in obtaining data to be processed using SPSS version 28 software. Theresearch method in this study is accidental sampling with sample statistics obtained bycustomers from representative respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linearregression with partial t test decisions, simultaneous f test, and coefficient of determination.The survey results show that if customer satisfaction is met in terms of the quality of theproducts sold, and at a reasonable price, as well as a comfortable and safe environment,customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The development and progress of information technology is currently growing very rapidlyand is very influential in everyday life, especially life in Indonesia.
