Abstract

 AbstrackThis research aims to the discribe students mathematical representation ability of student in complilation in class VIII SMPI Hunsul Yaqin Pontanak. The method that was use in this research is desciptive methode with survey research. The subject of this research are 31 students. The instrument of  data collecting are written test to  in the essay and interview as the follow-up acitivity. The result of data analysis show that the mathematical representation abality of the student with visual learning style have precentage of reach 96,77% and it was categorized as high. The mathematical representation of the students with verbal leraning style have a percentage of reach 66,12% and it was categorized as medium. The mathematical representation of the students with symbolic leraning style have a percentage of reach 53,22% and it was categorized as medium. Abstract

This research aims to produce physics learning videos on the YouTube channel assisted by Powtoon application on temperature and heat subject that meets valid criteria. To make learning interesting, learning videos need to be developed, one of the interesting learning videos is the Physics Learning Video on the YouTube Channel assisted by the Powtoon application. The research method used in this research is Research and Development with the Borg and Gall model. Based on the results of the research, the validity score of the Learning Video assisted by the Powtoon application based on expert judgment is in very valid criteria, with the percentage of validation from media experts is 84%, from material experts 92%, and IT experts 89%. Teachers and students responded positively to the attractiveness of Learning Videos assisted by the Powtoon application as a learning media, with the percentage of teacher response scores reaching 85%, small group tests 79%, and field test results 82%. Development of Learning Videos assisted by the Powtoon application is very valid and gets positive responses to be used as learning media.

Abstract

Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok rawan dalam penularan Covid-19, meskipun sebagian besar tidak menunjukkan gejala pada saat terpapar. Penerapan Adaptasi Tatanan Kebiasaan Baru dilakukan untuk menghindari terjadinya penularan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya penerapan adaptasi tatanan kebiasaan baru pada ibu hamil di Kecamatan Sungailiat dan kondisi gizi ibu selama Pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan metode deskriptif korelatif dengan desain potong lintang. Ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar responden telah menerapkan penggunaan masker, cuci tangan pakai sabun dan menjaga jarak, namun hanya 17,6% yang menghindari kerumunan. Adanya perbedaan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dirasakan oleh 41% responden yang beranggapan tidak leluasanya mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan, karena harus menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Konsumsi makanan utama secara teratur dilakukan oleh 85% responden, namun hanya 35% responden yang mengkonsumsi makanan selingan. Kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) terjadi pada 8,8% responden dan anemia dialami oleh 20,6% responden. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah adaptasi tatanan kebiasaan baru telah dilakukan sebagian besar responden dan kondisi gizi secara umum telah cukup baik, meskipun perlu diberikan perhatian pada terjadinya kasus KEK pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of price, service quality, facilities and promotions on customer satisfaction which was carried out at Taqwa Mulya Stores Batanghari, East Lamping Regency. Where in the development of the company's sales experienced a drastic decline due to the covid 19 pandemic and the sales target had not yet reached the target. The analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is customers who shop at Taqwa Mulya Bentanghari Store, East Lampung Regency. The total population is 49 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing the requirements for testing the instrument requirements, testing requirements for analysis and testing hypotheses. The conclusion is that the four variables simultaneously show significant and significant influence on customer satisfaction, so in this case discussing prices, service quality, facilities and promotions on customer satisfaction is very important in a company or organization.Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Facilities, Promotion and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax avoidance. The variables tested in this research are sales growth and transfer pricing as independent variables. The dependent variable used is tax avoidance. The population used in this research is 72 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2021. The sample in this research was 9 companies selected based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partial sales growth has a positive effect. Transfer pricing partially has a negative effect. The research conclusion is that simultaneously sales growth and transfer pricing influence tax avoidance.

Abstract

The desire to establish a tourist village aims to empower the community to play a role in increasing the potential and attractiveness of tourism in their area. This study was conducted to describe the role of the village government in developing Setigi tourism in Sekapuk Village into an international tourist village. Qualitative research approach. The focus of the study is the role of the village government in internationalizing the Sekapuk tourist village. The research location is in Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik. The research subjects were five people consisting of Abdul Halim, Mundhor, M. Lutfi Tsalis Af Hami, Asjudi, and M. Ubaidillah. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman technique through four stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions correlated with the theory of the role of the village government according to Blakely. The results of the study show that the village government, BUMDesa Sekapuk, Pokdarwis Pelangi, the Miliader Village Training Center (PDDM) and BPD have succeeded in building and introducing the Sekapuk tourist village through the famous Setigi tourism in world tourism. The purpose of building the Setigi tourism which utilizes the former limestone mining land has succeeded in opening up employment opportunities for the Sekapuk community so that it has received appreciation from various ministries and several countries. The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (PDTT) chose the Sekapuk tourism village to represent Indonesia to become part of an international organization. Activities carried out by the village government during the development of the Sekapuk tourism village include preparing human resources, participating in various tourism village competitions, and attending international organization conferences.

Abstract

This research develops an ethnoscience physics infographic using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model as an innovative solution to support the learning process. This systematic and structured development model aims to produce a valid and practical infographic capable of presenting physics material information accurately in a simple and easily digestible format. The validation process was conducted through expert assessment using validation sheets, while practicality was evaluated through student response questionnaires. Research results showed that the ethnoscience physics infographic achieved a highly valid category, indicating its suitability as a supporting medium for introductory physics lectures. Student responses were highly positive, with high ratings on attractiveness, ease of understanding, and practical usage. The research significantly contributes to developing innovative and effective learning strategies in higher education.

Abstract

Perkembangan hukum Islam di Indonesia mengalami pasang surut mengikuti arah politik yang ada pada masa pra kemerdekaan, pasca kemerdekaan, orde lama, orde baru dan juga masa reformasi. Meskipun demikian, secara historis hukum Islam telah mengalami perkembangan secara berkesinambungan. Perkembangan hukum Islam di Indonesia dapat dilihat dari penerapan hukum Islam itu sendiri. Secara normatif, hukum Islam dipedomani dalam kehidupan keseharian karena diyakini adanya sanksi hukum bagi setiap muslim yang melaksanakannya. Demikian juga secara yuridis formal, merupakan bagian dalam struktur hukum nasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana sejarah dan perkembangan Hukum Islam di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk kepustakaan dengan pendekatan teori historis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam di Indonesia ada sejak fase pra kemerdekaan (fase kerajaan atau kesultanan dan zaman penjajahan) sampai masa pasca kemerdekaan dalam tiga masanya (orde lama, orde baru, dan orde reformasi). Ketiga orde tersebut mempunyai perkembangan dan pergolakan dalam hukum Islam di Indonesia. Adapun perkembangan hukum Islam di Indonesia, meliputi: hukum Islam sebagai sumber hukum nasional, adanya Kompilasi Hukum Islam sebagai produk hukum nasional, dan pengembangan kompetensi Peradilan Agama ke depan.

Abstract

Banyak bentuk dan cara penulisan yang dapat ditemukan dalam berbagaipedoman penulisan. Bentuk luarnya bisa berbeda namun jiwa dan  enalarannya sama. Dengan demikian yang paling penting bukan saja mengetahui teknik-teknik pelaksanaannya melainkan memahami dasar pikiran yang melandasinya. Pemilihan bentuk dan cara penulisan dari khasanah yang tersedia merupakan masalah selera dan preferensi perorangan dengan memperhatikan berbagai factor lainnya seperti masalah apa yang sedang dikaji, siapa pembaca tulisan ini dan dalam rangka kegiatan keilmuan apa karya ilmiah ini disampaikan.Berdasarkn pemikiran tersebut maka akan coba dibahas alur-alur jalanpikiran yang terdapat dalam penelitian ilmiah yang dikaitkan dengan penulisan ilmiah. Dalam makalah ini juga akan coba dibahas mengenai tema pokok sebuah proses penelitian. Tema pokok ini akan dijabarkan secara logis dan kronologis dari metode keilmuan.

Abstract

Distribusi Maxwell-Boltzmann adalah salah satu dari tiga distribusi partikel yang dikenal pada sistem partikel. Distribusi Maxwell-Boltzmann, masih dalam kategori pada sistem partikel klasik, dimana partikel-partikel didalamnya masih dapat terbedakan.Salah satu penerapan distribusi Maxwell-Boltzmann yang ada disekitar kita adalah distribusi partikel pada tabung gas rumahan baik yang 3 kg maupun 12 kg. Dengan  memahami distribusi Maxwell-Boltzmann, kita dapat mengetahui bagaimana kecepatan molekular yang terjadi pada tabung gas.Pada tulisan ini dipaparkan akan dipaparkan aplikasi distribusi Maxwell-Boltmann dalam menentukan kecepatan molekular, visualisasi ruang kecepatan, kecepatan gas dalam tabung gas, dan juga fenomena ledakan tabung gas.
