Abstract

The rapid population growth in Central Lampung Regency has increased the demand for equitable access to educational facilities. This study aims to analyze the spatial distribution pattern of educational facilities to determine whether their placement is clustered, random, or dispersed. The analysis uses the Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) method, a spatial analysis technique that measures the average distance between each facility and its nearest neighbor to assess spatial patterns. A total of 397 educational facilities, including junior high schools, senior high schools, and Islamic boarding schools, were analyzed using shapefile data obtained from the official geoportal of the Republic of Indonesia. The ANN results show an index value of 0.520875 with a z-score of -17.1969, indicating that educational facilities are clustered in specific regions. This clustering can lead to accessibility challenges for populations in underserved or rural areas. Therefore, it is recommended that the local government and the Central Lampung Education Office prioritize the development of new educational facilities in sparsely served districts to ensure more balanced spatial access to education services.

Abstract

Saluran drainase memiliki peran penting sebagai sarana pengaliran air untuk mencegah luapan genangan air di permukaan tanah, sehingga optimalisasi saluran drainase merupakan salah satu upaya dalam penanggulanagan bencana banjir yang terjadi di Kelurahan Way Dadi.. Upaya tersebut dilakukan dengan cara konsolidasi tanah pada system saluran drainase. Konsolidasi tanah merupakan suatu kebijakan penataan ulang pertanahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan seperti sistem saluran drainase pada daerah terdampak banjir yang didasarkan pada analisis hidrologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan intensitas hujan untuk menghasilkan debit perencanaan dalam analisis hidrologi yaitu metode mononobe dengan distribusi Log Pearson Type III. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model konseptual konsolidasi tanah berupa perencanaan penambahan dimensi yaitu pada lebar dan kedalaman saluran dengan jenis saluran terbuka. Pelebaran saluran drainase yang dilakukan membutuhkan adanya lahan yang tersedia sebesar 676  m2 dari kedua ruas jalan di Jalan Jambu sepanjang 155 meter dan Jalan Manggis sepanjang 183 meter. Pengadaan tanah dilakukan dengan menggunakan harga nilai tanah per  sebesar Rp. 1.000.000 - Rp. 10.000.000 yang menghasilkan total biaya ganti rugi pada pengadaan tanah sebesar Rp. 1.916.000.000 - Rp. 3.832.000.000 dari dua zona nilai tanah.

Abstract

Indicators of sustainable development include equal access to education. However, when administrative region and population density are taken into account, educational resources are still unevenly distributed throughout Indonesia's numerous provinces. Lampung was chosen as the research location due to its rapid population growth over the last two decades, which has influenced demand for educational services and the distribution of other public resources. Lampung has 9.52 million people and covers 33,570 km². The importance of this study stems from the necessity to understand the geographical link between these variables in order to facilitate spatial data-based regional planning that is more equitable and efficient in terms of educational distribution. This study used statistical analysis, namely Pearson correlation analysis, to establish the degree of relationship between variables. The study discovered that the area has a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.674 on the number of educational institutions. The Pearson correlation between population density and the number of educational facilities is -0.139, indicating a very weak relationship. The multiple correlation calculation of the relationship between area and population density with educational facilities provides a strong result of 0.745, suggesting that the larger the area in a region and the denser the population, the more educational facilities are required. Lampung's major districts are Way Kanan, Tulang Bawang, and Pesisir Barat, which rank third, fourth, and sixth respectively. However, in terms of educational facilities, Way Kanan, Tulang Bawang, and Pesisir Barat rank sixth, ninth, and fourteenth, respectively. Lampung province's population facilities and administrative areas remain significantly different.

Abstract

Infrastruktur memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan nasional, salah satunya adalah infrastruktur jalan. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas jalan dengan adanya penataan ulang kondisi sekitar jalan seperti pembebasan lahan, pengadaan lahan, maupun konsolidasi tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis jalan yang terletak di Jalan Khatib Sulaiman Situjuh Batua yang di dekat Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Situjuh dan menganalisis potensi dilakukannya konsolidasi tanah. Analisis ini mencakup penentuan luas area jalan yang perlu dikonsolidasi, estimasi biaya pengadaan tanah, serta proyeksi kenaikan harga tanah di masa mendatang berdasarkan konsep time value of money. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual berupa estimasi luasan jalan yang dikonsolidasi dan data hasil biaya ganti rugi serta peramalan kenaikan harga tanah, yaitu berupa konsolidasi lahan dengan 71 bidang yang terdiri dari bidang hak milik sebanyak 40 bidang dan sebanyak 31 bidang akta jual beli, dengan estimasi pelebaran jalan yaitu 6 m dengan 3 m jalan bagian kanan dan kiri. Biaya ganti rugi dengan harga tanah dari website bhumi.atrbpn memiliki rentang harga Rp1.083.787.288-Rp2.709.468.220, sedangkan dari harga tanah survei memiliki rentang harga Rp4.335.148.151-Rp6.502.723.727.
