Abstract

Human Resources (HR) in a companies and industry is needed to create high competitiveness based on performance results conducted on the company and the industry. In an effort to improve the quality of human resources, a company needs to conduct performance appraisals. Therefore, the Cooperative "X" necessary to assess employee performance that is objectively by 360 degreemethod feedback and Analythical Hierarchy Method (AHP). From the research results, obtained performance variable priority is adaptability and flexibility are at the sub-variables to adjust to any changes in the work environment. The highest value for employee performance by initials IM (0.64), the worker who has has initialA (0.95), the initial U (0.37) is in the variable adaptation and flexibility. The highest value for employee performance by initial Y (0.40), the initial S (0.35) that the co-operative variables and cooperation. The highest value for employee performance with the initial E (0.61), the initial N (0.60), S (0.57), and D (0.83) is in the variable reliability / accountability. The highest value for employee performance with the initial C (0.06) is in the variable and problem-solving initiatives. The highest value for employee performance H (1.07) is in the variable quality of work. Method 360-degree performance appraisal feedback integration more effectively and objectively describe the performance of employees from several sources assessor and obtain material for evaluation as a reference in the development of quality employees.

Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, in this globalization era, most of the companies develop machinery and tools supported by a sophisticated technology. They do believe that by using the technology, hope the process of production becomes faster than using pure man power. Moreover, the company can produce a huge number of products. However, on the other hands, sometimes an operator who works on a particular subject to an improper machine has skill. Therefore, it is able to cause the work accident which is in the several cases can be fatal. There was a company which has a textile business. It produced strings as an essential material for draperies and carpets. During the operators operate and the production machinery, an unexpected accident occurred. Often if it did not use the right or standard procedure. Refers to that background, the researcher does the analysis of the potential of workplace accidents in the spinning department by using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Method. The results of the research that has conducted in that department was a potential of hazards commonly occur in that workplace are as follows: the workers fingers have pinched by the machine, the workers fingers have run over by the machine, unconscious, being injured in hands, and have the material downfall. As for, the hazard that has inflicted be included into the high level of risk, the which is: the workers fingers have pinched by the machine, the workers fingers have run over by the machine, unconscious, and being injured in hands. Furthermore the medium level of risk the which is: have the material downfall and lower level of risk which is: have a shock and legs injured. In addition, refers to the results of the research, the researcher could recommended several inputs to the company, exactly to the worker, the which is : keep fit, wearing a mask during do the job, arranging a space (safe distance) between the worker and the machine, wearing safety tools (safety gloves and shoes included), checking the condition before do the job, making sure that the fiber in the balanced position. Abstract

National sugar production in the new millennium only reached 2.3 million tons per year, while the national sugar consumption reached 4.5 million tons per year. For that reason, so the government should encourage sugar mills to diversify the products immediately. In producing sugar also generates solid waste such as blothong (: Javanesse). This study discusses the implementation of the concept of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). BPR concept is used to design the sugar mill Business management in order to optimize it’s resources, so it is marketable. Under researcher observation, Lestari sugar mill, do not optimize in using of waste as a second output of sugar production yet. Solid waste utilization as briquette also helps the government in developing new renewable energy that can be optimized. As known Lestari sugar mill has not been used solid waste optimally and this research recommend for designing new business management, which reprocess blothong waste to be used as briquettes in order to increase profit. An outcome from the business management can increase profit as much as Rp 135.615.420.000,00 with the amount of total production cost as much as Rp 95.130.356.000,00 and having profit / gross loss from the Business as much as Rp 40.485.064.000,00. The proposal of the design of the business management gained more profit as pointed Rp 156.797. 670.000,00 which is included briquettes Solid waste revenue. So, the total amount of new business management cost is Rp 95.718.455.000,00 and gaining profit/gross loss as much as Rp 61.079.115.000,00. That achievement was increase as much as 22% from the previous business management. Abstract

Permasalahan sampah meningkat seiring denganpertumbuhan penduduk sehingga berdampak pada buruknya kebersihan dan kesehatan serta menurunnya kesejahteraan masyarakat.TPS 3R merupakan salah satu upaya mengatasi permasalahan sampah di lingkungan Kresek desa Tempurejo, namun efektivitas dan tujuan utama pendirian TPS dengan konsep 3R belum tercapai. Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat ITN Malang membantu mencarikan solusi dengankegiatan awal berupa penelusuran partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah melaluipenyebaran kuisionerdengan hasil bahwa masyarakatbaru memiliki kesadaran akan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan dengan mengandalkan TPS dalam pengelolaan sampah, peran aktif masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah belum berjalan. Untuk itu, maka tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasidalam bentuk pemasangan banner, pamflet dan selebaran (berisikan pengetahuan tentang macam-macam sampah, cara memilahnya dan bagaimana memanfaatkannya). Penataan sarana, prasarana dan manajemen TPS 3R di lingkungan Kresek menjadi sasaran kegiatan selanjutnya, bersamaan dengan pengembangan pengolahan sampah organik dan pendampingan berbentuk workshopmewujudkan sampah bernilai ekonomis tinggi bagi masyarakat lingkungan Kresek.Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan partispasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah,kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan terjaga dan kesejahteraan masyarakatmeningkat.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid use of the internet as an impact of information technology infrastructure which in fact is able to encourage the birth of a new paradigm in the process, namely the use of the internet and information and communication technology infrastructure. In the midst of the widespread use of e-commerce technology today, it has also penetrated the MSME business sector. The purpose of this research is to implement e-commerce technology that functions as an online sales medium, to find out the obstacles faced in implementing e-commerce technology, and to know the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce implementation. The object of this research is MSME Various Foods "ALBAR", Kebonagung, Malang, East Java, which is engaged in food and baverage. The MSMEs were initially observed that this research had not yet fully started digital transformation even though they had used social media to promote products. One of the obstacles that arise is because business owners as well as business people do not fully understand the e_commerce platform and its potential. Business people not only want to promote sales, but also want to make online sales transactions. By applying e-commerce technology to MSMEs, it is hoped that it can help by providing solutions for MSME actors in selling products during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that the income from the "ALBAR" Various Food business does not drop drastically even though on the one hand it has to reduce direct contact with buyers. Abstract

Selama pandemi COVID-19 UMKM Makanan Albar yang berlokasi di Desa Kebonagung Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang mengalami penurunan angka penjualan dan kesulitan memasarkan produknya. Terlebih selama pandemic COVID-19 diberlakukan social distancing untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus COVID-19 dan jumlah penderita COVID-19. Untuk menyikapi situasi dan kondisi yang tidak menentu dan ketidakpastian dalam bisnis UMKM tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi kepada UMKM Makanan Albar untuk melakukan transformasi digital sebagai solusi bertahan selama pandemic, dengan cara memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan mengenai internet, sarana dan prasarana digital, media social serta penggunaannya untuk promosi dan menjual produknya. Adapun kendala yang muncul adalah minimnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta skill pelaku UMKM serta terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana digital yang tersedia pada UMKM tersebut. Transformasi digital pada UMKM Makanan Albar ini direalisasikan dengan memanfaatkan media social diantaranya adalah Instagram, Facebook, WA business, dan sebagainya, sebagai sarana promosi dan menjual produknya, dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kemampuan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta ketrampilan pelaku UMKM tersebut. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan pada pelaku UMKM dengan harapan pelaku UMKM mampu memanfaatkan dan mengoperasikan media sosial secara mandiri dalam melakukan promosi dan menjual produknya.

Abstract

Malang is the second largest city after Surabaya in East Java, and is one of the best colonial city planning results of the Dutch East Indies. This can be seen from the many relics of colonial architecture that still stand majestically and environmental systems that have historical value. Malang City Center in 1914 was located in kajoetangan area to Malang city square. Kajoetangan area of Malang city is located on Jalan Basuki rahmat gang VI, Kauman Subdistrict Klojen. Since April 22, 2018 Kajoetangan village has been designated as a heritage area by the Malang city government. Kampung Kajoetangan offers cultural tourism with historical education, by showing the architecture of dutch colonial heritage houses that are still preserved to this day. There are about 60 houses identified as colonial buildings. Not only the architecture of buildings, equipment or antiquities that exist there but also kajoetangan village still holds many remnants of past civilizations such as the tomb of Honggo Kusumo mbah, tandak cemetery, krempyeng market, Dutch irrigation, waterways, thousand stairs and other points that have high historical value in Malang. With all its advantages as a heritage village has a social impact on the economic development in the village. Now the village is visited by many local tourists and there are also foreign tourists. Based on this, a website was created to be able to publish kajoetangan village. Abdimas activities aim to train and assist kampung heritage youth in filling the content of this website so that they can update the website with the latest circumstances of the development of kampung heritage. The expected benefits of this training are: Kampung Heritage can be more famous and it is expected that the economy of the community will increase with the number of tourists visiting.

Abstract

Pada PT. SKK., bahan baku yang ada sering kali tidak bisa mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, tenaga kerja dan fasilitas produksi yang ada tidak sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Begitu juga dengan kapasitas produksi, output yang dihasilkan tidak bisa memenuhi permintaan supplier yang bersifat naik turun (fluktuatif). Akibatnya, produktivitas perusahaan menurun karena banyaknya permintaan (order) yang ditolak oleh perusahaan. Maka tujuan diakannya penelitian ini adalah mengestimasikan (meramalkan) permintaan pasar dimana bisa dijadikan dasar untuk membuat suatu perencanaan produksi, dengan menentukan berapa jumlah produk yang akan dihasilkan, kapan dan berapa jumlah bahan baku yang harus disediakan untuk mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, mendayagunakan sumberdaya yang terbatas secara efektif, dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi guna memenuhi naik turunnya (fluktuatif) permintaan, sehingga produktivitas perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan. Setelah dilakukan peramalan melalui bantuan perangkat lunak Software QM for Windows khususnya untuk Metode Regresi Linier diperoleh nilai yang lebih kecil, dimana untuk masing – masing itemnya adalah sebagai berikut: untuk MAD = 8.812, MSE = 146.237.392, Bias = 0, untuk periode berikutnya diramalkan permintaannya sebesar 63.291,6 unit. Sedangkan jika menggunakan metode Exponential Smoothing diperoleh nilai-nilai sebagai berikut: untuk MAD = 13.374,1484, MSE = 235.115.376, Bias = -549,8485, untuk periode berikutnya diramalkan jumlah permintaannya adalah sebesar 54.922,2266 unit. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa nilai dari Metode Regresi Linier lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode Exponential Smoothing yang memiliki nilai ukuran akurasi kesalahan yang lebih kecil baik secara manual maupun dengan menggunakan software QM for Windows. Abstract

Profesionalisme tenaga kerja serta kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang produktif dan berkualitas dapat memberikan kontribusi pada suksesnya sebuah perusahaan dan organisasi. Work Ability Index yaitu bagaimana para pekerja dapat bekerja dengan baik pada masa sekarang dan pada masa yang akan datang, dan bagaimana para pekerja mampu menghormati pekerjaannya sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan, kesehatan, dan sumber daya fisik & mentalnya. Work Ability Index (WAI) dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dari beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk memperkirakan kemampuan kerja karyawan dan juga dapat digunakan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa tingkat kesehatan pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan didapatkan besarnya poin rata-rata untuk tiap divisi karyawan UPT Makarti Pomosda adalah 38 poin yang berarti bahwa kemampuan rata-rata karyawan UPT Makarti Pomosda berada pada level good (baik), dengan batas usia 18–51 tahun. Kemudian tingkat kemampuan dan produktivitas kerja paling tinggi yaitu sebanyak 1 orang yaitu usia karyawan 29 tahun dengan poin WAI sebesar 47, sedangkan tingkat kemampuan dan produktivitas kerja paling rendah atau untuk kategori poor sebanyak 1 orang yaitu pada usia 19 tahun dengan poin WAI sebesar 21. Dari penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan untuk jumlah karyawan tiap kategori dalam work ability index yaitu 9.8% (5 orang) untuk kategori excellent, 39.2% (20 orang) untuk kategori good, 49% (25 orang) untuk kategori moderate,dan untuk kategori poor sebanyak 2% (1 orang).
