Abstract

The global pandemic, caused by the coronavirus and now commonly referred to as Covid-19, emerged towards the end of 2019. This unprecedented pandemic has wreaked havoc on nearly all companies across the globe, leaving no industry untouched. The ability of individuals to adapt to change has proven to be a pivotal factor in the success of organizations undergoing transformation. Among the crucial determinants of one's preparedness for change lies organizational commitment. This research endeavors to examine the profound influence of organizational commitment on the readiness for change among employees at Geoff Max Footwear.co, situated in the city of Bandung. Employing a quantitative approach, the study was analyzed by regression. incorporated a sample size of 140 participants. The outcomes of this investigation illuminate the multifaceted impact of organizational commitment, comprising three distinct dimensions: affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. All dimensions demonstrated a noteworthy level of significance, with p-values of 0.000. This compellingly indicates that organizational commitment significantly affects the preparedness for change within the organization. Pandemi global terjadi pada akhir tahun 2019 yang disebabkan oleh virus corona atau sekarang biasa disebut dengan Covid-19. Pandemi ini menyebabkan hambatan hampir seluruh perusahaan di dunia. Kesiapan individu untuk berubah merupakan faktor yang penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi untuk melakukan perubahan. Salah satu faktor yang memainkan peran penting terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah yaitu komitmen organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah pada karyawan Geoff Max Footwear.co di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif. Setiap dimensi menunjukkan hasil signifikansi yang berarti adanya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of positive emotions and brand equity on impulsive buying on female consumers. The research used the quantitative method with 414 female consumers. The instruments were the Dispositional Positive Emotion Scale, Brand Equity Scale, and The Impulse Buying Tendency Scale. The data analysis techniques which is used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that positive emotions had no effect on impulsive buying. Furthermore this study also show that brand equity has a direct effect on impulsive buying

Abstract

When a company has employees with high keterikatan kerja, the company will have employees who are able to carry out and modify work according to their capabilities. The other hand, job crafting plays an important role in change management and organizational success, this is because employees will be able to overcome problems in the workplace by modifying work according to their capabilities. Job crafting is directly and positively influenced by keterampilan sosials to interact effectively and influence others in the workplace. This study used  linear regression that participated by 53 employees. The results were keterampilan sosials and job crafting had an effect on keterikatan kerja on employees by variance explained of 46.1 percent.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the locus of control effect on career maturity mediated by self-efficacy in students. This study uses a quantitative approach with the number of respondents as many as 400 students aged 18-23 years who are studying at the Indonesian Education University. The sampling technique used is quota sampling which is determined based on the population. This study uses three instruments, namely Rotter's Locus of Control Scale for locus of control, General Self-efficacy (GSE) to measure self-efficacy, and Career Maturity Inventory-Form C (CMI-C) to measure career maturity. The data analysis technique in this study uses the causal step method and the product of  coefficient analysis method. Research results showed that locus of control influences career maturity through self-efficacy as a mediating variable for undergraduates. It proves the hypothesis in this research that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between locus of control on career maturity.Keywords: career maturity, locus of control, mediation research, self-efficacy, undergraduatesAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh locus of control terhadap kematangan karir yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 mahasiswa berusia 18-23 tahun yang menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir melalui self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa. Hal ini membuktikan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini bahwa self-efficacy memediasi hubungan antara locus of control terhadap kematangan karir.Kata kunci: kematangan karir, locus of control, mahasiswa, penelitian mediasi, self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asertivitas seksual dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada perempuan dewasa awal. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 386 perempuan dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun yang berstatus menikah dan berdomisili di Kabupaten Indramayu Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, dan menggunakan teknik sampel convenience sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman. Sexual Assertiveness Questionnaire (SAQ) yang telah diadaptasi digunakan untuk mengukur asertivitas seksual. Sedangkan, untuk mengukur variabel kepuasan pernikahan, digunakan ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS) yang telah diadaptasi. Kuesioner yang digunakan berjumlah 33 item dan disebarkan secara offline dan online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa asertivitas seksual tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan.
