Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat "Inovasi Edukasi SEGARATA" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Kabupaten Klaten melalui integrasi edukasi gizi seimbang dan pengelolaan keuangan. Latar belakang program ini didasarkan pada tantangan gizi ganda, seperti stunting (14,7%), anemia pada ibu hamil (46,2%) dan remaja putri (30,4%), serta obesitas (21,3%), yang diperparah oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan (hanya 38,6% keluarga merencanakan anggaran pangan sehat). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan (edukasi dan pelatihan), evaluasi, dan penyusunan luaran (booklet "SEGARATA" dan artikel ilmiah). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 35 peserta, sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga berusia 46–55 tahun dengan penghasilan Rp 2–5 juta/bulan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan gizi seimbang (mean difference -1,343; p-value 0,000), keterampilan menyusun menu (mean difference -4,286; p-value 0,000), dan pemahaman pengelolaan anggaran (mean difference +7,914; p-value 0,000). Selain itu, 80% peserta mampu menyusun menu sehat, 70% mengidentifikasi makanan kaya zat besi, dan 50% keluarga mulai merencanakan anggaran pangan. Pendekatan partisipatif melalui diskusi dan praktik langsung terbukti efektif dalam mengubah sikap dan perilaku. Program ini juga mendorong pemanfaatan pangan lokal, dengan peningkatan konsumsi sebesar 25%. Dampak program mencakup peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga dan kesejahteraan melalui pemberdayaan berbasis edukasi. Booklet "SEGARATA" yang terdaftar sebagai HKI menjadi media berkelanjutan untuk penyebaran informasi. Kesimpulannya, integrasi gizi dan literasi keuangan dalam program SEGARATA berhasil menciptakan perubahan perilaku yang berkelanjutan, relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah ke bawah. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan selanjutnya adalah perluasan cakupan peserta dan pendampingan jangka panjang.Kata kunci: gizi seimbang, literasi keuangan, ketahanan pangan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, Kabupaten Klaten.

Abstract

Digital inequality continues to limit women entrepreneurs in rural and semi-urban areas from fully participating in the digital economy. Strengthening digital marketing literacy is essential to improve their business competitiveness and market access. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a digital marketing training in improving the digital marketing literacy of women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Klaten, Central Java. A one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design was employed with 35 participants selected through purposive sampling. The training intervention was delivered in a one-day session and measured through two key indicators: understanding of digital marketing concepts and responsible use of social media. Each indicator consisted of Likert-scale questions administered before and after the training. The results showed a clear improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills across both indicators, with higher mean scores recorded after the training. These findings suggest that even short-format, context-driven digital training can enhance both conceptual and ethical digital marketing literacy among women entrepreneurs. The study provides insights into the feasibility of replicating such interventions in other community-based empowerment programs for female MSMEs.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase of life where individuals experience significant development, including sexual changes, during the ages of 13-15. Middle school students often hesitate to discuss reproductive health with their parents, preferring instead to share information with their peers. Peers, acting as peer educators, play a crucial role in influencing adolescents' attitudes, clothing styles, and social behavior. This community service aimed to provide information on reproductive health to students at SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Klaten to enhance their ability to spread this information to others. The methods used included the development of a pocketbook, coordination with the school, a pre-test, information delivery, a post-test, and understanding the role of a peer educator. The results showed improvements in knowledge and attitudes regarding reproductive health. In conclusion, providing information about adolescent reproductive health is effective in developing peer educators.

Abstract

Providing quality healthcare is a fundamental right of citizens as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution, making healthcare a national priority as outlined in the Ministry of Health's 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. However, high patient visitation rates can lead to overcrowding, impacting service efficiency and quality. Therefore, real-time patient monitoring technology is needed. Previous studies have shown promising results, but remain limited to ideal conditions for the machine. This study uses the YOLO algorithm to detect patient congestion in real healthcare facilities using CCTV footage from waiting rooms. This study uses three instance segmentation models — YOLOv8n-seg, YOLO11n-seg, and YOLOE-seg — that are tested on a custom dataset and compared with the official model. The results of training the custom dataset model are: YOLOv8n-seg Precision 96%, Recall 97%, mAP50 98%, mAP50-95 84%, and F1-score 97%. YOLO11n-seg precision 96%, Recall 97%, mAP50 98%, mAP50-95 84%, and F1-score 97%. and YOLOE-seg precision 96%, Recall 98%, mAP50 98%, mAP50-95 85%, and F1-score 97%. In addition, this study compared predictions with the official model, which found that all custom dataset models successfully detected objects with 100% density. In contrast, the official model correctly predicted density 70%-82% of the time. Therefore, this study concludes that models trained on custom datasets can improve the accuracy of patient density predictions, thereby enhancing the quality of real-time healthcare services.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di sektor pertanian masih sering terabaikan, padahal petani menghadapi risiko tinggi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Jamaah Tani Muhammadiyah (Jatam) Kabupaten Klaten merupakan komunitas petani yang berperan dalam pemberdayaan sekaligus penguatan kapasitas kesehatan kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani mengenai K3 melalui pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Kegiatan ini diikuti 30 orang yang terdiri dari pengurus dan anggota Jatam serta perwakilan Majelis Lingkungan Hidup. Kegiatan FGD terdiri pembahasan program kerja dan penyampaian materi K3 yang meliputi pentingnya K3, jenis penyakit akibat kerja, bahaya pestisida, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), serta upaya pencegahan. Hasil kegiatan menghasilkan program kerja dan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta terhadap penerapan K3, khususnya penggunaan APD dan pencegahan paparan pestisida. Pendekatan FGD efektif karena mendorong partisipasi aktif petani dalam berbagi pengalaman dan solusi. Program ini diharapkan berlanjut yaitu perlu menyusun aturan internal atau SOP terkait cara bertani yang baik serta pentingnya penggunaan APD.

Abstract

Management functions consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising that runs properly and correctly is one characteristic of a well-functioning organization. Hospitals are healthcare institutions that provide medical services and support services to patients. Good support services in the Medical Records and Health Information (MRHI) unit at the hospital require good management to manage the unit. The MRHI unit has the responsibility of creating and maintaining patient medical records. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the head of the medical support sub-sector as a manager in implementing the management functions of the MRHI unit at PKU Muhammadiyah Prambanan Hospital. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. The results show that the manager's role is quite good in implementing management functions. This is evidenced by the well-organized planning process by the head of the medical support sub-sector so that activities can run continuously. In terms of organization, it is still quite minimalistic but already structured because the hospital has only been established for 2 years and patient visits are still not too many. In the implementation function, the manager is able to provide good guidance to the staff, although at this stage, the staff has not fully performed their duties according to procedures. The supervision function runs very well, indicated by the service provided being directed, orderly, and in accordance with established rules. The implementation of management functions can be maintained by improving the management functions that are not yet optimal.

Abstract

Community service through the Community Service Program (KKN) is one form of student contribution to addressing community problems. Community service through the Community Service Learning Programme (KKN) in Banjardowo Village aims to increase awareness and utilisation of digital technology for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The lack of digital information about important locations in Banjardowo Village, such as MSMEs and tile manufacturing sites, has become an obstacle to disseminating marketing information and providing access to the broader community. Through the Community Service Program (KKN), the service team conducted digital mapping using Google Maps to introduce and facilitate access to MSME locations, especially roof tile production sites, and to create business image boards for culinary MSMEs in Banjardowo Village. Students also provided education to children on instilling Islamic values, insights into the village's potential, and the importance of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviour (PHBS). The results of this activity are expected to increase the visibility and competitiveness of local MSMEs and support the development of Banjardowo Village as a smart tourist village.

Abstract

Abstract Completeness of medical record documentation was an essential component of healthcare quality that supported patient safety, continuity of care, and hospital legal accountability. Individual factors such as knowledge, attitude, and work experience were assumed to influence healthcare workers’ compliance with medical documentation standards. This study aimed to analyze the effect of individual factors on the completeness of medical record documentation among healthcare workers at Hospital X. A cross-sectional design was applied, involving 82 healthcare workers selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and observation sheet that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using Chi-square and multiple logistic regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had high knowledge (85.4%) and positive attitudes (75.6%). Bivariate analysis revealed significant relationships between knowledge and attitude with the completeness of medical record documentation (p=0.000). Multivariate analysis revealed that only knowledge had a significant effect on medical record completeness (OR=0.068; p=0.001), while attitude was not statistically significant. This study concludes that knowledge is the main determinant of complete medical record documentation. Strengthening knowledge through continuous training, medical record audits, and structured feedback is necessary to improve the quality of medical documentation in healthcare facilities. Keyword: medical record, knowledge, attitude, healthcare workers, documentation completeness Abstrak Kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis merupakan bagian penting dari mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang mendukung keselamatan pasien, kesinambungan asuhan, dan akuntabilitas hukum rumah sakit. Faktor individu seperti pengetahuan, sikap, dan pengalaman kerja diduga memengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan terhadap standar dokumentasi medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu terhadap kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis oleh tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 82 tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih melalui stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan lembar observasi yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan tinggi (85,4%) dan sikap positif (75,6%). Uji bivariat menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis (p=0,000). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa hanya pengetahuan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis (OR=0,068; p=0,001), sedangkan sikap tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan merupakan faktor determinan utama dalam kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis. Penguatan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, audit rekam medis, dan umpan balik terstruktur diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu dokumentasi medis di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Abstract

Stone carving in Magelang Regency holds significant potential to enhance community welfare through industrial and tourism development, but it also presents health risks due to PM10 dust exposure exceeding safe limits. This study aims to identify respiratory health risks of stone craftsmen due to dust exposure with the incident of respiratory diseases, using a quantitative approach with observations and primary data collection from 60 respondents. Dust levels were measured using LVDS and HVDS, while the prevalence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) was determined through health examinations. Environmental Health Risk Analysis (ARKL) with the Risk Quotient (RQ) was applied to evaluate long-term exposure. Results showed dust concentrations of 12.941 mg/m³ in Sedayu and 17.647 mg/m³ in Banyudono, both above the threshold, with respiratory disorders more prevalent in Sedayu (53.3%) than in Banyudono (33.3%). RQ values above 1 in both villages indicate significant health risks, highlighting the need for improved PPE use, ventilation, routine air quality checks, and health monitoring to prevent respiratory issues.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan pelayanan yang bermutu menjadi indikator keberhasilan rumah sakit dalam menjamin bahwa pelayanan kesehatan berjalan dengan adil, efektif, efisien serta berorientasi kepada kepuasan pasien. Pentingya penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan yang berbasis mutu menjadi tuntutan bagi pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk mencapai mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang baik, pentingnya untuk menyusun strategi kebijakan internal rumah sakit guna mencapai sasaran mutu pelayanan pasien. Penelitian ini disusun dan difokuskan dalam Upaya mendapatkan strategi kebijakan internal yang memiliki pengaruh penting dalam pelaksanaan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu merumuskan masalah penelitian, menelusuri literatur, menilai kualitas penelitian, menggabungkan hasil dan meletakkan temuan dalam konteks. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Artikel yang dipilih dalam rentang waktu tahun 2021 hingga tahun 2025. Proses pencarian data dilakukan melalui beberapa basis data terindeks, yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed dan Science Direct. Seluruh proses ini kemudian sajikan menggunakan alur Diagram PRISMA Flow. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 16 Artikel yang dilakukan analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan patient safety yang sesuai standart, pelaksanaan akreditasi pada pelayanan Kesehatan dan penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di RS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi Kebijakan Internal yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam Upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dibagi menjadi tiga aspek ( patient safety, akreditasi dan Rekam Medik Elektronik). Ketiga aspek hasil penelitian ini relevan sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan internal rumah sakit dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan melalui penguatan patient safety, pemenuhan standar akreditasi, dan optimalisasi penerapan rekam medis elektronik. The importance of providing quality-based healthcare services has become a demand for health services. To achieve good quality in healthcare services, it is crucial to develop internal policy strategies within the hospital aimed at meeting the quality objectives for patient care. This research is organized and focused on efforts to obtain internal policy strategies that significantly influence the implementation of quality healthcare services. The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The stages of this research include formulating, searching the literature, assessing the quality of research, combining results, and placing findings in context. This study uses PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). The selected articles span the years 2021 to 2025. The data search process is conducted through several indexed databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. The entire process is then presented using a PRISMA Flow Diagram. The research identified 16 articles for analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of patient safety that meets standards, the implementation of accreditation in health services, and the application of Electronic Medical Records influence the quality of healthcare services in hospitals. The conclusion of this research is that internal policy strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of healthcare services are divided into three aspects ( patient safety, accreditation, and Electronic Medical Records).  The findings provide empirical support for hospital management in formulating internal policies aimed at enhancing service quality through strengthening patient safety practices, meeting accreditation standards, and optimizing the use of electronic medical records.   Keywords: Quality, Healthcare, Hospital
