Abstract

Government organizations today face unprecedented challenges in carrying out their vital mission and in an environment marked by shrinking budgets, strict regulations, and changing workforce status.  The business process map is a diagram that shows the working relationship between organizational units that generate added value to all respective stakeholders. While there is some independent guidance available on how various tools support different aspects of business process mapping initiatives, organizations still need to determine what their specific needs are and be able to establish how information gathered on tool functionality can be evaluated against these needs.  This study will explore the practices of implementation business process mapping in 10 government institutions in Indonesia using 3-dimentional framework approach. The research employed a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and study documents were performed for collecting and analysis data.  The framework was succeeding to describe a paradigm shifting to encourage people move from a silo thinking to cross function team. Finally, business process map as a foundation of organizational bureaucracy movement shows an improvement in institutional capacity to encourage administrator in operational consistency.

Abstract

Brown paper and white paper are the two primary products manufactured at PT XYZ Mobile Shop Work Area, which is one of the supporting heavy industry operations engaged in the manufacturing of industrial goods. The finding of problems in the work area revealed that heavy equipment, specifically forklifts and trucks, has been damaged and is being stored together with normal ones. It is being done on purpose because there are parts that can cannibalize. Consequently, the space available to workers is limited, and neither management nor supervisors can regulate the working environment or ensure worker safety. In this study, we will compare the 5S design to the conditions that are currently in place. For this study, a qualitative approach known as the 5S method choose to conduct the research. As part of designing the layout for the seiton stage, the goods classify according to the shape they assume. The seiketsu location designing to provide visual control through labelling, marking, and area boarding to facilitate functionality. The shitsuke stage design carries out through activity execution by incorporating the 5S rule into the company's standard activity system. Following the completion of the maintenance, the working time can be reduced from 420 minutes to 405 minutes, representing a 4% reduction in total working time. Otif data to see work productivity in September and October 2022 averaged 96.15%, whereas the productivity / Otif value was only 91.60% in April 2022. Productivity increased slightly in September and October 2022, reaching 96.23% and 96.08%, respectively

Abstract

Housing is a significant need for society. All products developers offer to consumers must be oriented to consumer needs. One factor that is often considered by consumers when buying a house is price. Companies must determine the right price to target consumers interested in purchasing the marketed products. Currently, the price is still occupying the top spot. Location is also essential because a strategic location will make consumers feel comfortable. With a reasonable price and location, it is hoped that consumers will be satisfied with the products they buy. This study examines the partial effect of cost, location's partial impact on customer satisfaction, and their simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Griya Sutera Balaraja Housing. The population in this study was 110 heads of families, with a total sample of 55 charges of families. The results showed that the price variable based on the results of the t-test obtained a t-count value of 3.564 > t table (2.007), the results of the location t-test got a t-count value of 5.899 > t table 2.007, and the F test results obtained an F count value of 46.893 > F table 3.17. It means that partially and simultaneously, price and location affect consumer satisfaction

Abstract

A marketing Strategy is a series of integrated actions towards a sustainable competitive advantage. Meanwhile, marketing strategies and tips from the seller's point of view (4P) are a strategic place (place), quality product (product), competitive price (price) and vigorous promotion (promotion). Total customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal and marketing strategy concept (Total Customer Statistics). Flower bouquet marketing strategy by utilizing social media the study aims to find out how the marketing strategy for a digital flower bouquet business through social media is to increase sales and what are the obstacles and challenges to marketing flower bouquets by utilizing social media. The research method used is qualitative, The results of the study explain that increasing the sales results of flower bouquet entrepreneurs in Serang City with social media marketing strategy steps for small-scale businesses using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, namely: social media marketing strategies by building credibility, attracting potential customers, building relationships on social media, sharing content, create valuable content, use good and interesting images, crowdsource interesting and authentic content, participate in online groups and communities, use social media as a space to have interesting conversations and limit social media platforms

Abstract

This research was conducted using the correlation statistical method to determine whether other variables, namely transformational leadership, empowerment, work motivation, and trust have a positive relationship with teachers' commitment to the profession. Based on these results, an analysis was carried out using the Sitorem Method to make recommendations and determine which indicators should be repaired, maintained or developed immediately. Order of priority improvements that need to be made. The study was conducted at Bekasi City Public High School teachers, with a study population of 536 teachers and the sample of 145 teachers. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership, empowerment, work motivation, and trust on teacher’s professional commitment with the strength of the relationship ry1 = 0.476 and there was a positive relationship between work motivation and teacher professional commitment. The strength of the relationship ry2 = 0.264 is the strength of the relationship between transformational leadership and the commitment of the teaching profession, ry3 = 0.242 in trust towards the commitment of the teaching profession, and ry4 = 0.042, namely empowerment of the commitment of the teaching profession. This shows that the commitment of the teaching profession can be increased through transformational leadership, empowerment, work motivation, and trust. The results of the Sitorem Analysis show that there are 14 sequences of indicators that must be repaired immediately and 16 indicators that can still be maintained or developed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational citizenship behaviour, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses quantitative approaches. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis techniques. The results showed a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour and Performance. There is no significant influence between leadership styles on Performance. There is a significant influence between Motivation and Performance in Employees. There is a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour, Leadership style and Motivation on Performance in Civil Servants (PNS).
