Abstract

Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, disingkat PKK, adalah organisasi kemasyarakatan yang memberdayakan wanita untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan Indonesia. 10 Program Pokok PKK pada hakekatnya merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, salah satu diantaranya yaitu pendidikan dan keterampilan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan untuk kebutuhan dasar yang menjadi program pokok ibu - ibu PKK. Penyuluhan ini berisikan bagaimana berwirausaha di media sosial.. Facebook dan Instagram yang disosialisasikan. Peluang usaha online, memberikan keuntungan bagi ibu - ibu PKK, dengan modal relatif kecil, tidak menyita waktu, dan bisa dilakukan dirumah. Hasil kegiatan abdimas ini dapat memberikan mereka kesempatan untuk berjualan (bisnis)dengan bekal etika penggunaan media sosial agar dapat untuk menarik, serta kepercayaan pelanggan. Ibu - ibu PKK selaku mitra dalam kegiatan abdimas, sangat tertarik untuk mempelajari materi yang diberikan mengenai wirausaha melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Kropcok is a typical snack of seran district which is a source of income for many entrepreneurs, but during the Covid19 pandemic there are challenges in terms of marketing and other internal and external challenges. This research uses a qualitative description method with  the aim of analyzing data descriptively to elaborate other external and internal impacts and determine marketing strategies that can be applied. The sample of this survey is  the  well-known Mafada Kropcok company in Susukan Village, Tirtayasa District.  The data collection method used is a structured  interview and analysis using the TOWS matrix with four alternative strategies. This allows businesses to get solutions such as social media advertising with engaging content and find detailed solutions to expand the delivery network, maintaining good relationships with raw material suppliers.  Based on the results of the analysis of the internal environment with  the IFAS Matrix,it is found that the most influential strength is the quality of the product free of preservatives, and the most influential drawback is the unattractive packaging design. The results of the analysis of the external environment are established using the EFAS matrix, but the most influential opportunity factor is the development of technological progress, and the threat factor is the emergence of new competitors. The results of  the analysis using SWOT show that Mafida Kropcok's position is in the first quadrant, namely through the application of an aggressive growth strategy or growth oriented strength

Abstract

The duties and responsibilities of a teacher in the current pandemic condition are increasingly difficult, not only carrying out daily tasks but also in developing their qualities to becomes a role models and also preparing digital teaching materials for their students. For that they needed a positive behaviour that can improve teacher performance and that behaviour is organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB)., where OCB itself influenced by other variables such as organizational commitment. For this reason, the study was developing by using 2nd order approach to analysis 248 sample from 29 private elementary school in Serang city. Organizational commitment measured by using 3 dimension and 6 indicators, while organizational citizenship behaviour measured by using 5 dimension and 15 indicators. This research using 9 hypothesis and from the result shown that all of hypothesis was accepted with the magnitude of the influence of commitment organizational on OCB is 79,1%, while the remaining 20,9% influenced by others variable outside the model tested. The affective commitment become is the dominant dimension that influencing organizational commitment, while the sportsmanship dimension is the most influential dimension for OCB. This research expected become a theoretical reference as development strategies to improve the teacher performance in the private elementary school at Serang City

Abstract

The extra-role behavior required for superior performance is also known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Previous research findings highlight the positive contribution of OCB to superior organizational performance, as OCB encourages employees to participate spontaneously and dedicate themselves to organizational issues, both of which increase organizational efficiency and performance without additional expenditure. The purpose of this research is to examine the structural influence between training and organizational culture, with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as Human Capital, so in particular, this study emphasizes the effect of influence on the relationship between training and organizational culture on OCB as Human Capital. The accuracy of the measures involved were checked through conducting a factor review of the scientific literature or a review of three international journal articles by relational analysis. This review begins with identifying the main topics in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The database used is Google Scholar and Harzing's Publish or Perish is limited to publication from 2017-2023. The review uses 3 articles that meet the theme criteria. This review found that training and organizational culture have a positive relationship on OCB as Human Capital which has a positive effect on improving employee and organizational performance. The implication is that corporation must invest in human resources as Human Capital, with the consequence of allocating finances and time, through training and building organizational culture, bearing in mind that the concept of human capital has brought major changes to human resource management that have a positive impact on companies or organizations

Abstract

1 Technological advances and continuous digitalization are transforming an organization's resources and capabilities. Aligning with digitally oriented cultural archetypes is critical to successful digital transformation. This study aims to determine whether the Covid-19 pandemic impacts organizational culture change, as well as to find cutting-edge knowledge about productive-sustainable organizational culture and predict digital culture in organizations based on traditional cultural archetypes. The result is that the people-oriented cultural archetype is the most important for digital culture, while the values inherent in the cultural archetype of Norms or Goals inhibit it. The paper contributed to developing Functionalist and Structuralist cultural theories, showing the interaction of microcultures and cultural archetypes within an organization. Two frameworks on sustainable culture transformation and sustainability of organizational culture are derived from cutting-edge knowledge. Clean production requires managing the physical aspects of production and transforming organizational culture. What the author can criticize from these articles is the assumption that all organizations experience a decline in hierarchical culture and an increase in adhocracy culture and market culture. In fact, organizational culture shifts can vary depending on the industry, the size of the organization, and other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi terhadap sekolah swasta yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja dengan menggunakan variabel penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen organisasi, perilaku warga organisasi (OCB) dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas menggunakan metode Variance BasedStructural Equation Model (VB-SEM) menggunakan Smart PLS 3 dengan alat bantu analisis Smart PLS 3 terhadap 480 responden guru SD Swasta di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peneliti mengidentifikasi tiga perilaku OCB yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah yaitu masuk dan tinggal di dalam organisasi sebagai guru atau tenaga kependidikan dengan sukarela, melakukan peran khusus yang diperlukan oleh organisasi, terikat dalam kegiatan inovatif dan spontan diluar peran yang diwajibkan kepadanya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti tidak dapat membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sekolah serta peran OCB tidak mampu memediasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja organisasi

Abstract

Masyarakat sekitar wisata Pantai Gope selama ini adalah belum memahami potensi ekonomis yang terkandung dalam berbagai jenis dan bentuk limbah cangkang kerang, sehingga limbah ini hanya dianggap sebagai bahan pembuangan. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya keterampilan dasar di kalangan penduduk Kelurahan Banten dalam mengubah limbah cangkang kerang menjadi produk seni kerajinan yang unik dan bernilai ekonomi. Penggunaan cangkang kerang tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk, tetapi juga berperan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mereka dalam mengolah potensi limbah cangkang kerang menjadi karya seni kerajinan kreatif yang bisa menjadi cinderamata wisata. Mitra kegiatan berasal dari kelompok istri nelayan di wilayah Karangantu, Kelurahan Banten. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam pengembangan limbah kerang sebagai peluang usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil dilaksanakan karena peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam belajar seni kerajinan dari kerang. Hasilnya, berbagai macam produk dan model yang dihasilkan sangat beragam, termasuk kotak tisu, lonceng angin, tirai pintu/jendela, gantungan kunci, bohlam kamar, lampion, pot bunga, asbak, bros, gelang, gantungan tas, dan tali masker. Hasil dari kegiatan ini melibatkan: 1) keterampilan dalam memilah dan mengolah bahan baku cangkang kerang, termasuk teknik pembersihan, pemotongan, dan pemboran; 2) kemampuan dalam merancang bentuk dan desain, serta menghasilkan berbagai aksesori dari limbah cangkang; dan 3) respons positif dari kelompok ibu nelayan yang dengan antusias berkreasi menggunakan bahan yang tersedia. Kesimpulan dari upaya pemberdayaan ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok kerajinan yang terdiri dari istri-istri nelayan di Kelurahan Banten dalam rangka keberlangsungan kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in building the future of a nation. In the Indonesian context, the government has a significant role in ensuring access, quality and relevance of education throughout the region. This article explores the government's role based on the National Education System Law in improving education, focusing on policy implementation, curriculum, teacher training, as well as responses to the demands of the times and the needs of the global job market. This analysis also highlights the challenges faced and provides suggestions for improving the effectiveness of education policies. The results of the study show that the role of government is very important in improving human resources in the field of education, because without improving the quality of educational resources, the quality of education will not be improved. In other words, the quality of education will be able to increase when the quality of teachers and education personnel is improved in terms of educational capacity, experience, informal education, and various other learning skills. Future researchers can conduct research by looking at the role of local government in improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes or the leadership aspects of school principals, school committees and school supervisors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational citizenship behaviour, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses quantitative approaches. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis techniques. The results showed a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour and Performance. There is no significant influence between leadership styles on Performance. There is a significant influence between Motivation and Performance in Employees. There is a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour, Leadership style and Motivation on Performance in Civil Servants (PNS).

Abstract

The industrial world has entered the industrial revolution 4.0, which is all related to the internet system, and the rotation is very dynamic, requiring every industry to keep up with this new era. To be able to get a competitive advantage, companies can focus on competitive resources. Among the advantages, the company can focus on having transformational leaders and innovative work behavior from all employees. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on innovative work behavior by taking the smelter industry of PT Daiki Aluminum Industry Indonesia as a case. The sample of this study is 100 permanent employees in the production department. The analysis of this study uses SEM (structural equation model) with Smart PLS version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The result is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. Transformational leadership and organizational climate also have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior partially and simultaneously
