Abstract

Paper ini berusaha membahas permasalahan ketenagakerjaan dan pengangguran. Masalah pengangguran perlu dikurangi dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dalam rangka meningkatkan dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi negara ini. Dengan menciptakan pasar tenaga kerja adalah kunci kemudahan dalam berbisnis. Implementasi kebijakan di Indonesia sejauh ini tidak memberikan kemudahan bagi swasta dan dunia dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Sejumlah hal yang menjadi kendala yaitu perizinan yang panjang, biaya yang mahal dan waktu pemrosesan yang lama karena hal tersebut dapat mengganggu penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan yang berkualitas. Aspek kelembagaan adalah elemen kunci yang perlu diperbaiki dalam upaya menurunkan pengangguran. Disampng itu, pentingnya aspek institusional dalam menyelesaikan masalah pembangunan dengan menciptakan dan dan memperluas peluang kerja. Aspek hukum kelembagaan perlu dibuat pengaturan untuk barang publik dalam aturan formal dan non-formal.

Abstract

The Tunas Mandiri farmer group in the Cinyurup village is a group of residents, some of whom are mothers, who manage the taro beneng chips business, but the management is still simple and not managed systematically and well planned, so it has not been able to provide maximum results. The purpose of this training to increase competitiveness for small and medium-sized industrial entrepreneurs of taro beneng chips towards independent small industries. The implementation method is through: seminars for delivering material, discussions, practices, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training show that independent tunas farmer groups are managing the taro beneng chips business in Cinyurup village, has not been able to manage the business properly, has not taken care of distribution permits, halal certificates, produces product innovations and online marketing, due to limited funds and human resources.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the factors that play an important role in Indonesia's economic growth and has the second largest foreign exchange contribution in Indonesia after foreign exchange from palm oil exports. Circular issued by the government on March 18, 2020, all indoor and outdoor activities in all sectors involved related to tourism and the creative economy was temporarily postponed in order to reduce the spread of the corona. Likewise, the tourism sector in Serang Regency, Banten, was temporarily paralyzed because there were no visitors coming, both local and foreign tourists, thus affecting people's income and also income. the area of ​​Serang Regency itself. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the implementation of promotional strategies applied by the Serang Regency Tourism and Creative Economy Office in tourism development in Serang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic and what policies should be implemented. This research was prepared by the Serang Banten Regency Government so that it can be used as a guide for stakeholders in the tourism world in Serang Banten Regency to jointly realize tourism recovery and be able to bring in large numbers of tourists during this COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was done by interview, direct observation, and documentation. Abstract

In an effort to maintain the sales performance of Youc 1000 drinks, there are many things that must be observed, among others, the more aggressiveness of several other beverage brands in marketing activities. The purpose of this study is to conduct research on the You C. regarding the acquisition process of new consumers, considering that there are many vitamin beverage industries on the market. Develop a marketing strategy that is deemed appropriate to carry out the acquisition of potential customers of You C 1000, through a large-scale promotional program that is right on target. Develop a marketing strategy that is deemed appropriate to reward loyal customers of You C 1000. The marketing strategy of You C 1000 health drink at PT Asia Sejahtera Perdana Pharmaceutical in the SWOT matrix analysis (figure 4.1) shows that the strategy is in an aggressive strategic position or is in the quadrant I or the growth quadrant where the company has the strength to face competition and has good opportunities. Strategic analysis illustrates that PT Asia Sejahtera Perdana Pharmaceutical has excellent strength. The weakness obtained from the analysis shows a weakness that is not difficult to repair or improve by PT Asia Sejahtera Perdana Pharmaceutical. Besides that, health drinks are also growing along with the increasing welfare and level of public awareness of health and stamina. One of the threat factors is the emergence of competitors with the same brand.

Abstract

Housing is a significant need for society. All products developers offer to consumers must be oriented to consumer needs. One factor that is often considered by consumers when buying a house is price. Companies must determine the right price to target consumers interested in purchasing the marketed products. Currently, the price is still occupying the top spot. Location is also essential because a strategic location will make consumers feel comfortable. With a reasonable price and location, it is hoped that consumers will be satisfied with the products they buy. This study examines the partial effect of cost, location's partial impact on customer satisfaction, and their simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Griya Sutera Balaraja Housing. The population in this study was 110 heads of families, with a total sample of 55 charges of families. The results showed that the price variable based on the results of the t-test obtained a t-count value of 3.564 > t table (2.007), the results of the location t-test got a t-count value of 5.899 > t table 2.007, and the F test results obtained an F count value of 46.893 > F table 3.17. It means that partially and simultaneously, price and location affect consumer satisfaction

Abstract

A marketing Strategy is a series of integrated actions towards a sustainable competitive advantage. Meanwhile, marketing strategies and tips from the seller's point of view (4P) are a strategic place (place), quality product (product), competitive price (price) and vigorous promotion (promotion). Total customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal and marketing strategy concept (Total Customer Statistics). Flower bouquet marketing strategy by utilizing social media the study aims to find out how the marketing strategy for a digital flower bouquet business through social media is to increase sales and what are the obstacles and challenges to marketing flower bouquets by utilizing social media. The research method used is qualitative, The results of the study explain that increasing the sales results of flower bouquet entrepreneurs in Serang City with social media marketing strategy steps for small-scale businesses using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, namely: social media marketing strategies by building credibility, attracting potential customers, building relationships on social media, sharing content, create valuable content, use good and interesting images, crowdsource interesting and authentic content, participate in online groups and communities, use social media as a space to have interesting conversations and limit social media platforms

Abstract

The beautiful coral cadets of Pasir Peuteuy Village as a forum for guidance and development and empowerment in an effort to develop creative economic activities in Pasir Peuteuy Village have not been able to make a maximum contribution to the development of tree root crafts business management, so that the existence of tree root crafts businesses managed by coral members Karang Indah cadets have not been able to provide maximum results. The problems faced are: Karang Indah cadet members have not been able to develop tree root craft business management, have not been able to develop product promotion and marketing, have not been able to create interesting and contemporary handicrafts, many have do not yet understand the presence of Information Technology, there is no role from Pasir Peuteuy Village in assisting the development of tree root craft business management. The purpose of this service is to help improve the ability of Karang Indah Youth Organizations in implementing business management, making attractive tree root crafts and online marketing (e-commerce). Training methods: developing business management, making interesting and up-to-date tree root crafts, online marketing and product promotion assistance (e-commerce) and assistance from the beautiful coral youth organization to the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in business management, members of the Karang Indah Youth Organization can create interesting and contemporary tree root crafts and can market products online (e-commerce).

Abstract

Villages that have the potential to be made into pesantren-based tourism villages or Islamic religious education in Pandeglang Regency are Ciliang Village RT.04.RW.01, Kadumerak Village, Karangtanjung Pandeglang District, The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the application of tourism village potential development strategies in Ciliang Village, and also analyze the role of several related parties so that the management of the potential of pesantren-based tourism villages is more optimal. The research method that researchers do is descriptive qualitative research. The research is a research whose data is qualitative. Data was obtained through, observation, interviews, and SWOT Matrix Analysis, to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Ciliang Village has in the development of rapid-based tourism villages. The results of this study show the need for tourism village development through the formation of tourism awareness groups, cooperation between the tourism village community and the Kadumerak village apparat and the Pandeglang Tourism Office and the right strategy in developing pesantren-based tourism villages in Ciliang Kadumerak Pandeglang village is through the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which reflects the diversity of cultures, traditions, natural beauty,  crafts and the number of pesantren and educational institutions that become the identity or characteristic of Ciliang village then become a concentration of pesantren-based tourist village tourist destinations in Pandeglang Regency, Banten

Abstract

Masyarakat sekitar wisata Pantai Gope selama ini adalah belum memahami potensi ekonomis yang terkandung dalam berbagai jenis dan bentuk limbah cangkang kerang, sehingga limbah ini hanya dianggap sebagai bahan pembuangan. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya keterampilan dasar di kalangan penduduk Kelurahan Banten dalam mengubah limbah cangkang kerang menjadi produk seni kerajinan yang unik dan bernilai ekonomi. Penggunaan cangkang kerang tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk, tetapi juga berperan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mereka dalam mengolah potensi limbah cangkang kerang menjadi karya seni kerajinan kreatif yang bisa menjadi cinderamata wisata. Mitra kegiatan berasal dari kelompok istri nelayan di wilayah Karangantu, Kelurahan Banten. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam pengembangan limbah kerang sebagai peluang usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil dilaksanakan karena peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam belajar seni kerajinan dari kerang. Hasilnya, berbagai macam produk dan model yang dihasilkan sangat beragam, termasuk kotak tisu, lonceng angin, tirai pintu/jendela, gantungan kunci, bohlam kamar, lampion, pot bunga, asbak, bros, gelang, gantungan tas, dan tali masker. Hasil dari kegiatan ini melibatkan: 1) keterampilan dalam memilah dan mengolah bahan baku cangkang kerang, termasuk teknik pembersihan, pemotongan, dan pemboran; 2) kemampuan dalam merancang bentuk dan desain, serta menghasilkan berbagai aksesori dari limbah cangkang; dan 3) respons positif dari kelompok ibu nelayan yang dengan antusias berkreasi menggunakan bahan yang tersedia. Kesimpulan dari upaya pemberdayaan ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok kerajinan yang terdiri dari istri-istri nelayan di Kelurahan Banten dalam rangka keberlangsungan kegiatan pelatihan.
