Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the skill of student’s science process skill of class XI MIA 9 (ICT)  SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar academic year 2014/2015 through the use of inquiry learning model. The research is considered as Classroom Action Research that performed within 3 cycles and consists of 4 phase namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of research was students of XI MIA 9 (ICT) SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar academic year 2014/2015. Data were obtained by observation, test, interview, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. Data validation used triangulation methods. The  result showed that the application of inquiry learning model could improve the student’s science process skill of XI MIA 9 (ICT) SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar academic year 2014/2015. The data showed that the mean value of all aspects had been improved from 31.41% in pracycle up to 49.14% in first cycle, than improve up to 62.05% in second cycle, and ended up by 76.45% at the final cycle. The conclusion of this research is that implementation of inquiry learning model was increasing the students science process skill in XI MIA 9 (ICT) in  SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar academic year 2014/2015.Keywords: inquiry learning model, science process skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa kelas II di MI Muhammadiyah Ceporan Tahun 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Waktu dan lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juni 2022 di di MI Muhammadiyah Ceporan, Matesih, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 45 yang diperoleh secara acak melalui teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes dengan instrumen yang sebelumnya sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diuji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas untuk selanjutnya masuk pada uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistic ANACOVA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran picture and picture terbukti berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa kelas dua MI Muhammadiyah Ceporan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menigkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pembelajaran STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) dalam pembelajaran IPAS di pendidikan dasar. Metode Model Latihan Partisipatif digunakan untuk melatih guru IPAS dalam mengintegrasikan konsep STEAM ke dalam kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah guru pendidikan dasar di SDIT Amanah Klaten yang menerima sosialisasi dan pelatihan selama satu minggu. Hasil analisisi kebutuhan menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi guru kesulitan dalam mengimpelentasikan STEAM yaitu: 1) pengalaman dalam mengimpelentasikan STEAM; 2) pengalaman mengajar; 3) kurangnya sarana dan prasarana; 4) dan kurangnya pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan STEAM dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk mendukung penerapan pendekatan STEAM dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS di tingkat pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

The explosion of information in the information and digital era requires every human being to have mastery of information literacy to select and use the information correctly and wisely. This study aims to determine the information literacy of prospective early childhood teacher students in the fourth year. The research design used a longitudinal survey with a sample size of 90 students from different academic years. The analysis results were carried out descriptively to determine the average value of student information literacy to be further categorized according to the level of information literacy. The results showed that the average information literacy score of PIAUD students in the fourth year was still not optimal, which was still in the range of 49 to 62 out of 100. Regarding the achievement of indicators, students had good abilities in evaluating information and sources critically and combining data.
