Abstract

ABSTRAK Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh akademisi dengan pendekatan lintas keilmuan dan sektoral pada waktu dan daerah tertentu di Indonesia. KKN Tematik berfokus pada Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi (KIE) serta untuk adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat membantu kondisi Nasional yang terkena dampak pandemi Covid-19. Desa Ngadiluwih, Kecamatan Matesih, Kabupaten Karanganyar merupakan salah satu daerah yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan KKN Tematik Covid-19, untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya melindungi diri dari pandemi virus corona. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penjelasan, diskusi dan praktik langsung bersama dengan masyarakat. KKN Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta tahun 2021 ini telah melaksanakan kegiatan sesuai target yaitu mencakup bidang Ekonomi (pendampingan digital marketing UMKM), bidang Kesehatan (sosialisasi Covid-19, pembagian masker, handsanitizer, membagikan sabun cuci tangan), bidang Sosial (Paser Tembak Ikan), bidang Pendidikan (pendampingan belajar siswa) dan bidang Keagamaan (mengajar TPA dan membersihkan masjid). Masyarakat merasakan manfaat adanya kegiatan KKN ini, terbukti dari antusiasme dan partisipasi setiap kegiatan. Manfaat kegiatan KKN yang bisa dirasakan mahasiswa, yaitu memperoleh pemahaman terhadap berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat serta mendewasakan pola pikir. Kata Kunci : Pengabdian Masyarakat, Digital Marketing, Usaha Menengah Kecil dan Mikro, Sosialisasi Covid-19.

Abstract

Percepatan penanganan Covid-19 melibatkan peranan dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat, dalam hal ini termasuk peranan dari perguruan tinggi. Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta menyelenggarakan program kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan antara lain: melakukan survei, menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi, melakukan perijinan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan melakukan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN dalam hal pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 antara lain: membagikan masker dan handsanitizer, membagikan tempat dan sabun cuci tangan, menempelkan poster 5M dan sosialisasi penerapan protokol kesehatan. Seluruh kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, serta masyarakat Desa Gaum telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 100 pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, dengan kriteria berusia minimal 17 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian ulang MS Glow minimal tiga kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan diukur melalui skala Likert. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri, serta secara parsial dan signifikan brand trust, inovasi produk, dan customer value berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan MS Glow di Wonogiri.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of brand image, word of mouth and service quality on purchasing decisions (Study on consumers of Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi). Keppo Resto Walikukun, Ngawi is the place for this research. This research uses quantitative methodology. This research was conducted for four months. The population in this study were all consumers of Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses probability Sampling. The research results show that brand image, product diversity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi. based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, brand image, word of mouth and service quality influence purchasing decisions at Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi with variables in the model amounting to 10.6%, while the remaining variables amounting to 89.4% are influenced by other factors not taken into account in this research .

Abstract

Good corporate governance is the key to a company's long-term survival. Many BUMDes have died because they do not implement good corporate governance. The purpose of this study is to analyse the increase in performance effectiveness as an effort to sustain Village-Owned Enterprises in the Ngargoyoso Region, Karanganyar Regency. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity techniques include credibility tests and dependability tests. The results of the study are that Good Corporate Governance has not been implemented optimally and has not experienced optimal improvement. This is indicated by the effectiveness of BUMDes in achieving goals that have not been optimal overall. Most BUMDes have not succeeded in providing village original income according to target, which is caused by several factors such as limited capital, tight business competition, and low public awareness of the role of BUMDes. The effectiveness of BUMDes in managing resources has mostly been running well, although there are some that have not been fully optimal in managing village assets, such as many assets that have not been utilized optimally. Most BUMDes have routinely conducted internal evaluations with the village government at the end of each month. This evaluation is important to assess BUMDes performance periodically and provide opportunities for operational improvement. The majority of the community has felt the benefits of programs run by BUMDes. The Berjo Village community, for example, received assistance distributed to each hamlet for the Independence Day celebration activities.

Abstract

This objective focuses on the application of good corporate governance to optimize BUMDes performance. BUMDes in the Ngargoyoso sub-district made up the study's population. Six BUMDes were collected as research samples through the use of purposive sampling. Data was obtained by observation and interviews. The research method used is qualitative research using triangulation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of good corporate governance of BUMDes in Ngargoyoso District is good in the principles of responsibility, independence and firness. However, it is still not good in applying the principles of transparency and accountability. BUMDes always applies the precautionary principle in making decisions according to and not violating the rules. BUMDes management decisions are taken objectively without interference from parties with personal interests. BUMDes is open to community participation and nondiscrimination in recruitment. BUMDes still lacks in providing adequate information as a form of transparency in BUMDes management. The application of accountability is still weak in human resources owned by BUMDes, especially the treasurer. Treasurers still lack an understanding of the application of accounting according to standards because most treasurers are not accounting graduates. Optimization of BUMDes performance can be achieved through improved implementation of good corporate governance, which not only strengthens financial performance, but also BUMDes' contribution to inclusive and sustainable village development.

Tindak lanjut dari implementasi Visi UNIBA yaitu menjadi Universitas yang akhlakul karimah dan memiliki komitmen pada risalah islamiyah, maka perlu diadakannya pembinaan dan pembimbingan baca Al-Quran yang baik, yang akhirnya mahasiswa mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai Islami dalam masyarakat dan dalam dunia kerja. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini untuk membimbing mahasiswa agar lebih lancar dan paham dalam membaca Al-Quran, serta membentuk kepribadian dan upgrade keimanan para mahasiswa UNIBA. Metode yang digunakan antara lain : melakukan survei online untuk pendataan, melakukan tes individu, pengelompokan peserta berdasarkan kemampuan, dan pelaksanaan pembimbingan baca Al-Quran rutin. Luaran dari kegiatan ini mahasiswa mendapatkan program pembinaan, sertifikat yang digunakan sebagai syarat kelulusan serta laporan kegiatan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mayoritas mahasiswa UNIBA Surakarta (76%) belum mahir dalam membaca Al-Quran, apalagi pengetahuan terhadap ilmu Tajwid. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa jenjang S1 seluruh Program Studi di UNIBA. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini mahasiswa dapat merasakan manfaat membersihkan penyakit hati (sombong, riya’, tamak dan dengki) serta mencerdaskan otak, karena aktivitas melihat, mendengar dan membaca Al-Quran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing online service quality, as well as the level of trust in consumer buying interest. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is consumers of Kabar Shekinah Mud Cake Shop in 2023-2024, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this research uses techniques purposive sampel with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection using a scale questionnaire linkert to measure respondents' answers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that partially online marketing and service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Meanwhile, the level of trust has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Purchase interest can be explained by marketing variables online, service quality, and trust level of 64%
