M-commerce muncul berkat pesatnya perkembangan teknologi sebagai alternatif dalam melakukan bisnis. Kini m-commerce semakin berkembang dan menjadi fenomena di media sosial di Indonesia. Salah satu fenomena menarik adalah perilaku impulsif konsumen dalam m-commerce, yang telah dibuktikan meningkat oleh beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Meskipun demikian, studi terkait faktor pembelian impulsif dan pengaruhnya dalam m-commerce masih terbatas, khususnya di Indonesia. Berdasarkan stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R), penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor situasional yaitu pengaruh interpersonal (interpersonal influence), daya tarik visual (visual appeal), portabilitas (portability), variasi pilihan (variety of selection), dan atribut harga (price attribute) dalam m-commerce untuk meneliti pembelian impulsif. Mengikuti literatur sebelumnya tentang penelusuran dan teori motivasi, studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti penelusuran hedonik dan utilitarian sebagai dua pendorong utama pembelian impulsif konsumen dalam m-commerce. Studi ini mengadopsi estimasi partial least squares untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner online dengan teknik judgemental dan snowball sampling. Tiga temuan utama dalam penelitian ini: yang pertama, daya tarik visual, variasi pilihan dan atribut harga pengaruh interpersonal dan daya tarik visual berpengaruh positif terhadap penelusuran hedonik dan utilitarian namun portabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keduanya, kedua pengaruh interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap penelusuran utilitarian, dan ketiga penelusuran hedonik dan utilitarian berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelian impulsif. Secara teoritis, temuan penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru terhadap teori motivasi konsumen online dengan melihat penelusuran hedonik dan utilitarian sebagai dua motivasi yang berbeda. Secara praktis, perusahaan m-commerce di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kualitas faktor-faktor situasional untuk meningkatkan kecenderungan pembelian impulsif konsumen.

Purpose – This research aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employees’ performance in mothers and children hospitals in Indonesia, particularly in East Java Province. Design/Methodology/Approach – The research samples are 89, i.e. 89 nurses and midwives who work in 3 mothers and children hospitals in East Java. The sampling technique uses a population study. The analysis data method used is path analysis. Findings – The research results conclude that: (1) the transformational leadership style significantly influences OCB; (2) the organizational culture significantly influences OCB; (3) the transformational leadership significantly influences employees’ performance; (4) the organizational culture insignificantly influences employees’ performance, and (5) OCB significantly influences nurses’ performance in mothers and child hospitals in East Java. Originality/value – This study is among the few studies that take into account the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior, particularly within the context of the nurse working in mother and children hospitals.

There are many issues of infastructure especially in the remote area in the islands of Indonesias and goes viral about collapsed bridges and how students and teachers transported to their school by crossing the collapsed bridges where is the only way to go to their school in the cross of their village. Although the government authority and Standard Operation Procedure are in ruled and structured but still collapsed bridges happened in Indonesia. The main objective of this study is to analyze why the monitoring are failed, learning from the case of the collapsed bridge happened in Nusa Lembongan island in Bali. This study employed the qualitative descriptive methodology. The data collection techniques used were literature study, observation, and interviews with the goverrnment authority in PUPR Department and Klungkung Municipality and stakeholders in Nusa Lembongan Island. The study results shows that due to unclear division between central and local government role and budget, the division of monitoring and maintenance of bridge infrastructure has become unclear resulting in an accident. The unclear owner of the assets of the bridge caused the maintenance of the bridge to be displaced. The cased of collapsed bridge in Nusa Lembongan happened because of the unclear distribution of authority in the monitoring and maintenance between the Bali Provincial and Klungkung Municipaity Government.

Border areas both on land and at sea as a border of national sovereignty universally have a very important and strategic role, both for national interests and for relations between countries (international). However, the problem that is cross-border in nature is global, especially facing transnational crime that is far more dangerous than military threats. Therefore, solving the problem across borders is not enough to be handled by the Republic of Indonesia itself, but rather by countries in the world to combat transnational crime. A practical and simple step is the need for an agreement between countries at the border to agree to safeguard and maintain cross-border boundaries safely and orderly. Standardization of Integrated PLBN Development includes technical standardization of PLBN buildings and standardization of Integrated PLBN management. In this activity, work will be carried out on the preparation of Integrated PLBN management standardization, which is standardization of the more popular PLBN work mechanism with the term Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Fixed Procedure (Protap) to facilitate PLBN officers in understanding PLBN SOPs and at the same time as a base line for basic improvements Future PLBN SOPs.

Purpose: The government's efforts in developing the economy of low-income communities in the city of Surabaya require high participation support. The low community participation in the incubation facilitation program for independent businesses is a problem that needs a solution Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is descriptive quantitative and case study methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses inferential analysis and analysis of data characteristics. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the novelty at the level of community participation is arranged into three steps, namely: Stairs 1 (Basic Need Participation), 2 (Learning Encouragement), and 3 (Participation for growth). Saat ini desa sebagai unit pemerintahan terkecil memiliki peran strategis dalam kemajuan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk mendorong percepatan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, salah satu program yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintahan desa yaitu melalui peningkatan kualitas administrasi pemerintahan. Persoalan utama yang dihadapi oleh banyak pemerintahan desa di berbagai tempat adalah kurangnya kemampuan untuk mengakses informasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan akibat kurangnya kompetensi SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) yang dimiliki. Perguruan tinggi sebagai institusi pendidikan dapat berkontribusi dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan maupun penyelenggaraan FGD (focus group discussion). Beberapa desa di wilayah Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk juga menghadapi persoalan tersebut. Persoalan yang dihadapi oleh perangkat desa di desa Talun dan desa Jintel dalam memberikan pelayanan publik di bidang adminstrasi kependudukan berkisar pada faktor: fasilitas SIAK, selesainya proses pelayanan tidak tepat waktu dan kurangnya sosialisasi perubahan data kependudukan. Penataan ruang tunggu dalam pelayanan publik relatih sederhana dan perangkat desa masih lamban dalam memberikan pelayanan adminstrasi kependudukan serta tidak adanya kotak saran dan papan pengumuman belum tersedia secara teratur serta belum memadai termasuk S.O.P Pelayanan Publik. Keinginan pemerintah desa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik terkendala oleh kurangnya kompetensi SDM dalam memenuhi tuntutan tugas pekerjaan. Oleh karenanya Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (Untag) Surabaya ikut serta memberikan bantuan berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan guna peningkatan kualitas admistrasi pemerintahan desa melalui program Pengabdian Masyarakat. Sebagai langkah pertama dilakukan kegiatan FGD untuk memetakan persoalan yang dihadapi dalam upaya mencari solusi yang terbaik. Selanjutnya dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan terhadap perangkat desa sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing.

Kegiatan endorsement dan berbagi ulasan mengenai pengalaman pribadi dalam menggunakan produk sudah menjadi trend di aktivitas pemasaran sosial media di Indonesia. Melalui survei terhadap responden Indonesia yang telah melihat konten endorsement serta product review melalui media sosial Instagram dan Youtube, berusia 18-35 tahun, dan berdomisili di JABODETABEK dan Bandung, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatan endorsement dan product review terhadap intensi pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Vivo V7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan endorsement dan product review yang diukur dengan 2 aspek (endorser credibility dan content quality) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian konsumen. Terbukti bahwa kualitas dari konten seorang endorser influencer tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi pembelian, sedangkan aspek endorser credibility memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Berbeda dengan kegiatan endorsement, kedua aspek content quality maupun endorser credibility pada kegiatan product review memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terdapat intensi pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Vivo V7.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the pentahelix of disaster management and the paradigm shift to find obstacles and develop an ideal and practical disaster management model. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and data triangulation. Findings: The results showed that the pentahelix management as a disaster management policy in Bojonegoro Regency was not optimal. Research limitations/implications: The theoretical implication is that the collaboration model that reflects pentahelic management has not been optimally formed, the role of each element of non-governmental organizations is not optimal. Practical implications: The practical implication is the application of disaster pentahelix management in Bojonegoro Regency. Originality/value: The originality of this research is an added value for researchers. Paper type: a Research paper

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui implementasi Klampid New Generation terhadap masyarakat kelurahan wonorejo, serta untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Klampid New Generation. Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif berbasis PERMENPAN no 14 tahun 2017 menggunakan medium kuesioner yang akan disebarkan melalui google form, form tertulis dan wawancara. Sehingga dengan adanya pengambilan data di kantor kelurahan wonorejo, maka dapat dihasilkan gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan dan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat mengenai implementasi Klampid New Generation.

Public service as a form of service, both in the form of public goods and services which in principle is the responsibility of and is carried out by central or regional government agencies in the context of efforts to meet community needs and in the framework of implementing statutory provisions. Public services, especially in population administration services, are still a problem that needs comprehensive attention and resolution. In this context, if it is related to public services, population administration services are the obligation of the state through the administration of the existing government to provide services for population administration rights that are owned by every citizen. On the basis of the considerations described above, this research was conducted to find out the implementation of optimizing administrative services and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing population administration services in Wonokusumo village, Semampir sub-district, Surabaya city government. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research method focuses on the discussion by comprehensive the entire data obtained into a research result based on a qualitative descriptive theory. The results of this study indicate that the aim of optimizing population administration services in the Wonokusumo sub-district is to achieve excellent service for each population administration service. In service work tools, it is necessary to add work tools to maximize population administration services so that people feel comfortable when application services are in progress in the population administration field, as well as other supporting attributes such as cleanliness of waiting rooms, air conditioning and others that can support good service congestion. In handling service complaints, it is necessary to improve the performance of its employees. Because it is very unfortunate if the facilities in the complaint service are complete but the service officers are still lacking in skills
