Abstract

Abstract The condition of the economic crisis in Indonesia, which has continued to the present, has resulted in higher unemployment rates. The government, through its teaching staff at higher education institutions, provides alternative solutions to solve problems through Community Service (P2M) activities designed by universities in Indonesia to provide skills training that can motivate entrepreneurial communities. This activity aims to assist certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward, as an effort to develop the welfare and progress of the Indonesian people, including in the West Bekasi. On this occasion the P2M activity was carried out in the form of practical haircut skills training for teenagers and housewives in the Jakasampurna, West Bekasi with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of the community in doing haircuts so that they can be of economic value and efficiency. The methods used is presentations, discussion, and demonstrations through video tutorials that were broadcast online through zoom meetings and attended by 32 participants and the date of activity was held on Saturday, August 8, 2020. The results of the evaluation of P2M activities showed that 34% of participants stated that the activities were very useful, 42% useful and 22% quite useful. Meanwhile, the data from the evaluation results of the tutorial video display that was broadcast during online activities showed that 19% of the participants stated that the tutorial video display was very easy to understand, 56% easy to understand and 25% quite easy to understand. Therefore, community service activities regarding practical haircuts are very beneficial for the people in the Jakasampurna, West Bekasi Abstrak Kondisi krisis ekonomi Indonesia yang terus berkelanjutan hingga saat ini, berdampak pada makin tingginya tingkat pengangguran. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah melalui tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi memberikan alternative solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P2M) yang dirancang oleh berbagai universitas yang ada di Indonesia untuk memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan yang dapat memotivasi masyarakat berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini secara umum bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun, sebagai upaya mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia tak terkecuali di wilayah Bekasi Barat, dimana pada kesempatan kali ini kegiatan P2M dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan keterampilan pangkas rambut praktis bagi remaja dan ibu rumah tangga dilingkungan Kelurahan Jakasampurna, Bekasi Barat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam melakukan pangkas rambut sehingga dapat bernilai ekonomi dan berdaya guna. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, presentasi, tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi melalui video tutorial yang ditayangkan secara daring melalui zoom meeting dan diikuti oleh 32 peserta. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan P2M menunjukkan bahwa 34% peserta menyatakan kegiatan sangat bermanfaat, 42% bermanfaat dan 22% cukup bermanfaat. Sedangkan data dari hasil evaluasi tampilan vidio tutorial yang ditayangkan pada saat kegiatan daring menunjukkan bahwa 19% peserta menyatakan tampilan video tutorial sangat mudah dipahami, 56% mudah dipahami dan 25% cukup mudah dipahami. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang pangkas rambut praktis dirasakan sangat bermanfaat oleh masyarakat diwilayah kelurahan Jakasampurna Bekasi Barat.

Abstract

The development of beauty trends in the world, especially hair makeup, has changed and increased. Through technological developments, the world of beauty can be easily understood, one of which is through the use of modified Toba Batak bridal bun video tutorials using the pineapple fiber technique. This final project aims to produce a Modified Toba Batak Bridal Bun Tutorial Video with Modern Pineapple Fiber Technique which is suitable for reference and learning resources. Making videos uses 3 stages, namely Pre-production, Production and post-production stages. The feasibility test was carried out by 2 people, namely, material experts and media experts. On the results of the overall assessment and suitability of this Modified Toba Batak Bridal Bun Video Tutorial, it resulted in an assessment of 95% for material experts and 97% for media experts who were in the very good category in overall results. Based on these results, it is concluded that the video tutorial is very suitable to be used as a reference and learning resource for students of Jakarta State University and the general public.

Abstract

Lingkungan sosial merupakan hal yang tidak akan luput dari kehidupan bersosial seseorang. Sebagai makhluk sosial, manusia pasti akan melakukan interaksi pada sebuah lingkungan sosial. Lingkungan sosial dapat dibagi menjadi lingkungan sosial mikro dan makro. Lingkungan sosial yang beragam dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif seseorang. Salah satu perilaku konsumsi yang dapat dilakukan oleh manusia adalah perilaku perawataan kecantikan laser photorejuvenation. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan sosial dengan perilaku perawatan kecantikan laser photorejuvenation. Ditinjau dari lingkungan sosial dalam skala mikro dan makro. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling yaitu, Systematic Random Sampling (teknik sampel acak sistematis). Berdasarkan populasi sebanyak 104 orang dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% maka didapatkan jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 51 orang yang merupakan klien Klinik Kecantikan Oriskin Kedoya yang melakukan perawatan laser photorejuvenation. Data diolah menggunakan Uji Korelasi Product Moment dan Uji T. Berdasarkan Uji Korelasi Product Moment didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 15.396 > nilai t tabel 1.6765, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat Hubungan Lingkungan Sosial dengan Perilaku Perawatan Kecantikan Laser Photorejuvenation secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna untuk meningkatkan kualitas video pembelajaran pangkas rambut yang sudah ada dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE melalui lima tahapan, yaitu: (1) Analisis; (2) Desain; (3)Pengembangannn; (4) Implementasi; dan (5) Evaluasi. Video pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa skala likert dengan memberikan angket dengan tiga tahapan yaitu uji validitas oleh ahli materi, uji validitas oleh ahli media, dan uji praktikalitas menggunakan instrumen uji praktikalitas yang disebar kepada mahasiswa yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Pangkas Rambut. Dari hasil uji kelayakan sebesar 94% video pembelajarann dinyatakan sangat valid oleh ahli materi, 98,6% sangat valid oleh ahli media, dan 86,2% sangat praktis digunakan sebeagai media pembelajaran oleh mahasiswa

Abstract

Video tutorials as learning media can improve learning accuracy because students can see the learning process visually so that they can better understand the material delivered. This research is a type of research Research and Development (R & D) using a 4D development model namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This development research is through a process of validation testing by the Materials Expert, Data Analysis Engineering using a mix of methods, where the collection and analysis of data is carried out with a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The total score obtained from the Material Expert validation test at stage I and stage II was 77,5% where the presentation falls into the category "Worthy". Thus the video tutorial “Fresh Make up Look” Bride can be used as a learning medium on the International Bride Makeup Course.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media in the form of video tutorials that are used as 3-dimensional nail art learning media in hand and foot care courses, so that it can be an additional motivation and reference for students and students in the learning process so that it can facilitate learning without being limited by space and time. The method used is research and development (R&D) which is used to produce and develop a product. This study uses the ADDIE model (but limited to the implementation stage). The researcher conducted a validation test on lecturers, material experts, and media experts to determine the feasibility of the video tutorial developed. The results of the research and development of this tutorial video have been said to be very feasible. The feasibility was obtained from the results of the validation test from material experts with a score of 82.5% and the results of the validation test from media experts with a score of 86.66%. The researcher conducted a practicality test on students who have taken the Hand and Foot Care course (nail art material) in the Cosmetology Education Study Program class of 2020 and 2021. The results of the practicality test on students with 30 respondents, received a score of 88.2% in the category of Very Practical for learning. So it can be concluded that the development of Flora-themed Nail Art 3D tutorial video learning media is very feasible and practical, so that it can be used in learning without being limited by space and time, because it can be used for independent learning.

Abstract

The result of the research carried out is a video tutorial that will be used as a learning medium in the Makeup Course. The video tutorials used have the aim of helping students to be able to properly understand the material being taught because these video tutorials can be watched and studied repeatedly without being hindered by limited time or space. The method used in the research carried out is the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model, ncludes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research and development has passed validation test by material and media experts, and practicality test by students. In the results of the validation test carried out by material experts, a score of 82% was obtained, which was in the "very worthy" category. Meanwhile, the validation test carried out by media experts obtained a score of 71.6% and was included in the "worthy" category. Then, a practicality test was carried out on 40 students of Jakarta State University, Cosmetology Education Study Program class of 2022, obtaining a score of 95.3% which was in the "very practical" category. Based on the results of a series of tests that have been carried out, the video tutorial "How to Use Face Tape for Geriatric Makeup" was declared suitable and practical to be used as a learning medium in the Makeup Course.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of digital flashcards based on Quizlet, which are feasible and practical to use for Anatomy and Physiology subjects for class X students of the Beauty and Spa vocational program at SMK Negeri 1 Kemang.The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study indicated that the developed digital flashcards were deemed highly practical, with a score of 92% in the one-to-one trial, 89.2% in the small group, and 91.52% in the large group test. Consequently, this Quizlet-based digital flashcard media is deemed feasible and practical as a learning media, with the potential to enhance students' comprehension and memorization of Anatomy Physiology terms in an interactive manner.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-Module as learning media for nail art for grade X and grade XI of SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong in “Student Day” learning activity. The background of this study is the limitations of the previously-existing learning media that were less interactive and did not support independent learning. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Product validation was carried out through a feasibility test by material experts and media experts. The results of the validation of material experts in stage 1 were 89.01% and stage 2 were 93.33%. The results of the validation of media experts in stage 1 were 89.33% and stage 2 were 96%. Then, the researcher also conducted practicality test for the chosen students as the representatives of grade X and grade XI as many as 37 students out of 55 students in total that was carried out in two stages, namely a small group test (10 students) with a result of 92.7% and a field test (27 students) with a result of 97.2%. The results of the study indicate that this E-Module has been valid, feasible and practical to use as a learning medium.
