Abstract

ABSTRAK Soft skills mempunyai hubungan erat dengan masyarakat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan manusia, santri saat ini memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang ilmu dan teknologi. Namun santri pada saat ini tidak memiliki soft skills dalam diri mereka. Pendidikan soft skills banyak sekali sesuatu hal yang baik berguna bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain. Di Orinda, California, pada tahun 1985, seorang anak perempuan membunuh teman sekalasnya yang pintar dan populer. Saat diintrogasi polisi dan diperiksa kesehatan jiwanya, diketahui ia merasa tertekan karena dirinya noting, invisible (tak ada yang menghiraukan), dan worthless (tak bernilai). Perasaan dan pikiran yang demikian membentuk kenyakinan (belief). Matthew Mcxay dan Patrick Fanning menyebutkan bahwa banyak sekali anak didik yang memiliki keunikan menjadi prisoner of belief (narapidana keyakinan) yang membuat mereka tidak bahagia dan sulit mengendalikan diri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM bersifat pelatihan dan penyuluhan dengan integreting visual thinking method. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode visual, ceramah, diskusi, berpikir, dan menemukan solusi. Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah proses timbal balik antara pendidik, peserta didik dengan lingkungan sekitar sehingga terjadi perubahan perbuatan ke arah yang lebih sempurna. Konteks pembelajaran, peran guru yang paling urgen adalah mengatur lingkungan sekitar agar menunjang terjadinya perilaku progessif (intenalisasi diri) bagi warga sekolah terutama peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Softskill, Santri, dan Perguruan Tinggi   ABSTRACT AlQuran Education Park (TPA) has a variety of religious and public activities such as reading and writing the AlQuran, including sports. However, these activities are still considered inadequate and less specific in instilling cultural and citizenship literacy. Thus, additional learning activities can fulfil this need. As a solution, storytelling is an effective medium for students' cultural and citizenship literacy. Storytelling can be an alternative activity to stimulate creativity to work for both educators and students during the pandemic. In addition, the choice of a theme that carries the importance of cleanliness is also significant for students. This Community Services (PkM) were attended by students from kindergarten and elementary school ages 1-3. From the analysis of the results of the PkM, the students seriously and enthusiastically took part in the activities, they could demonstrate good storytelling, and therefore could practice how to clean their faces and hands, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Softskill,student and, University

Abstract

ABSTRACT The integration between religious education and entrepreneurship becomes an old concept that is renewed in the boarding school environment, the community's need for the world of work and an increase in the quality of output is very high, as one of the educational institutions in Indonesia has an obligation to innovate in order to realize these needs, one of the steps is implementing the program. enterpreuner based on religious education called the SANTRIPREUNER program. The community service team at Pamulang University in collaboration with the Roudhatul Ikhwan Islamic boarding school carried out community service activities for three consecutive days, from 11 to 13 December 2020 with the sharing session method and exposure to life skill management, while the target of this activity was the students. Roudhatul Ikhwan Islamic boarding school. The result of this activity was that the boarding schools were motivated again to implement the SANTRIPREUNER program that had been carried out, especially in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry, the lecturers also found new formulas for the future in managing the program. Keywords: Santripreuner and Religious Education ABSTRAK Integrasi antara pendidikan agama dan enterpreuner menjadi konsep lama yang diperbarui di lingkungan pondok pesantren, kebutuhan masyarakat akan dunia kerja dan peningkatan kualitas output sangat tinggi, sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki kewajiban berinovasi dalam rangka mewujudkan kebutuhan tersebut, salah satu langkahnya ialah mengimplementasikan program enterpreuner berbasis pendidikan agama yang dinamakan program SANTRIPREUNER. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Pamulang bekerjasama dengan pondok pesantren Roudhatul Ikhwan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selama tiga hari berturut-turut yaitu tanggal 11 sampai dengan 13 desember 2020 dengan metode sharing session dan pemaparan tentang manajemen life skill, adapun sasaran pada kegiatan ini ialah para santri pondok pesantren Roudhatul Ikhwan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ialah pihak pondok pesantren termotivasi kembali untuk melaksanakan program SANTRIPREUNER yang pernah dilakukan yaitu khususnya di bidang pertanian dan peternakan, para dosen juga menemukan rumusan baru untuk kedepannya dalam pengelolaan program tersebut. Kata Kunci: Santripreuner dan Pendidikan Agama

Abstract

This research aims to prove empirically the influence of Sharia Mutual Funds, Sharia Stocks and Inflation onEconomic Growth in Indonesia with Sharia Bank Size as a Moderating Variable. The type of research used isquantitative. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of Consumer Price Index reports registeredwith the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), reports on Sharia Mutual Funds and Sharia Shares registered withthe Financial Services Authority (OJK), as well as Inflation reports registered with Bank Indonesia for theperiod January 2018 - December 2022. This research uses a saturated sample with a purposive samplingmethod. Data processing using the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 Program and the Eviews 9 Statistics Program.The research results show that Sharia Mutual Funds, Sharia Stocks and Inflation simultaneously influenceeconomic growth in Indonesia. Partially, Sharia Mutual Funds, Sharia Stocks and Inflation influence EconomicGrowth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the tahlilan religious tradition as a medium for religious moderation education in the context of urban society.  Tahlilan, which is a religious tradition often practiced among the Muslim community in Indonesia, not only serves as a form of worship but also as a social space that allows interaction among residents with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.  Through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes how tahlilan serves as a means to introduce and internalize the values of religious moderation, such as tolerance, appreciation of differences, and living harmoniously in a pluralistic society.  The research results show that tahlilan in urban communities not only strengthens interpersonal relationships but also serves as informal education that reinforces values of togetherness and mutual respect in the context of religious and cultural pluralism.  Therefore, the tahlilan tradition can be viewed as one form of effective religious moderation education in addressing social challenges in urban communities.  This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of religious practices in shaping moderate and tolerant attitudes amidst diversity.

Abstract

This research examines the integration of Islamic pedagogy and 21st-century skills as an effort to establish a globally relevant conceptual framework for Islamic education. The scope of the study includes an analysis of the core principles of Islamic pedagogy, such as adab, hikmah, and tazkiyah, and how these principles can be adapted to address the challenges of modern education, including digital literacy, critical thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration. The aim of this research is to formulate an integrative model that can serve as a reference for the development of curricula and teaching methods in contemporary Islamic educational institutions. The methodology employed is qualitative research with a systematic literature review approach, accompanied by a comparative analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic education literature. The findings indicate that there are significant points of convergence between the values of Islamic education and 21st-century skills, particularly in the areas of character building, work ethics, and social competencies. The conclusion of this research asserts that such integration is not only feasible but also crucial to meet the needs of Islamic education in the era of globalization and digital disruption.
