Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal di karimunjawa Jawa tengah menjadi kebutuhan pokok sebelum pandemi, terlebih setelah pandemi covid19. Adapun pokok masalah penyebab penelitan perlu dilakukan adalah bagaimana masyarakat lokal di Karimunjawa dapat memanfaatkan potensi yang ada sebagai upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan masyarakat lokal yang diberdayakan dalam mengembangkan potensi sumber daya yang ada di kawasan strategis Karimunjawa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatatif studi kasus (Case Study). Penelitian Studi kasus dilakukan secara mendalam terhadap satu kelompok ekonomi rakyat di Karimunjawa. Studi kasus menghasilkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, menggunakan teknik cuplikan snowball ke beberapa informan terkait masalahnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat lokal di Karimunjawa sudah memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang ada melalui patriot desa emas. Keberadaan patriot desa emas di Karimunjawa diharapkan dapat menjadikan desa - desa tidak berdaya menjadi desa berdaya, bermartabat, sejahtera, dan mandiri.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about many changes in all fields, including education. Starting from elementary school education to college education. Before the Covid19 pandemic hit Indonesia and the rest of the world, learning was done face-to-face (offline). However, since the 2020 Covid19 pandemic hit Indonesia, the learning system has changed. Face-to-face meetings (offline) have turned into virtual meetings, also known as online. The virtual learning system (online) in higher education is actually an easy thing for students and lecturers to teach courses. This is the concern of the author to take classroom action on the brave learning system for event management students. The research was conducted on event management students at Bina Sarana Informatika University Bekasi West Java. In this study, the author uses the action method. The research data was obtained by using the technique of observing student behavior during the observing. The author uses a meaningful qualitative analysis based on the problems found during online learning. This study shows that the online learning system for event management students is inappropriate and ineffective. Students are not yet fully able to use LMS both theoretically and practically and have not been able to focus on online or face-to-face learning systems. The author hopes that there will be continuous research in providing the best learning system for students on campus. So that students who take event management courses can apply and be competent in the event industry. ABSTRAKPandemi covid19 membuat banyak perubahan di segala bidang, termasuk dalam pendidikan. Mulai dari pendidikan sekolah dasar sampai dengan pendidikan perguruan tinggi. Sebelum Pandemi Covid19 melanda Indonesia dan seluruh dunia, pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka (luring). Namun sejak Tahun 2020 Pandemi Covid19 melanda Indonesia, sistem pembelajaran mengalami perubahan. Pertemuan tatap muka (luring) berubah menjadi pertemuan secara virtual atau dikenal dengan istilah daring. Sistem pembelajaran secara virtual (daring) di perguruan tinggi ternyata bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi para mahasiswa maupun dosen pengampu mata kuliah. Hal inilah yang menjadi perhatian penulis untuk melakukan penelitian tindakan terhadap sistem pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa mata kuliah event manajemen. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa mata kuliah event manajemen di Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Bekasi Jawa Barat. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode tindakan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan perilaku siswa selama di kelas daring (observing). Penulis menggunakan analisa kualitatif bermakna berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan saat pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem pembelajaran online untuk mahasiswa event management tidak sesuai dan tidak efektif. Mahasiswa belum sepenuhnya mampu menggunakan LMS baik secara teoritis maupun praktik dan belum mampu untuk fokus dengan sistem pembelajaran daring atau tatap maya. Penulis berharap ada penelitian berkelanjutan dalam memberikan sistem pembelajaran terbaik bagi mahasiswa di kampus. Sehingga mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah event management mampu mengaplikasikan dan kompeten di dunia industri event.

Abstract

Socialization of health protocols in the month of Ramadan is very much needed by the community. The implementation of community service was attended by 150 residents representing RW 007 Perwira Village, North Bekasi. Based on the news from the website Bekasi.bps.go.id. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The method used in this activity is by direct exposure to socialization on the page of the University of Bina Sarana Informatika, Kaliabang Campus. The implementation of crowd restrictions by regulating arrival times, implementing social distancing, wearing the right masks, washing hands with soap and running water, and reducing mobility is given during the distribution of Ramadan gifts. This is done to remind the camp to the public regarding the implementation of health protocols in the month of Ramadan. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the community still does not understand the importance of implementing health protocols and the lack of socialization related to health protocols. Community service implementers hope that during worship, iftar together or gathering with extended families, they will continue to apply health protocols to break the chain of COVID-19 in the community and family. ABSTRAKSosialisasi protokol kesehatan di bulan Ramadhan sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 150 warga yang mewakili RW 007 Kelurahan  Perwira, Bekasi Utara. Berdasarkan berita dari website bekasi.bps.go.id. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan cara pemaparan sosialisasi secara langsung pada Halaman Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Kampus Kaliabang. Penerapan pembatasan kerumunan dengan mengatur waktu kedatangan, pemberlakuan jaga jarak, memakai masker yang benar, cara mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan air mengalir, dan mengurangi mobilitas diberikan saat pembagian bingkisan Ramadhan. Hal ini dilakukan guna mengingatkan kem kepada masyarakat mengenai penerapan protokol kesehatan dibulan Ramadhan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat masih belum memahami pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan kurangnya sosialisasi terkait protokol kesehatan. Pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat berharap pada saat ibadah, buka puasa bersama maupun berkumpul dengan keluarga besar tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk memutus mata rantai COVID – 19 di lingkungan masyarakat dan keluarga.

Abstract

Mocktail drinks are a type of non-alcoholic drink made by mixing fruit juices and other soft drinks. Spices are parts of plants that are used as seasonings, flavor enhancers, fragrances, and food preservatives that are used on a limited basis. The PKK RW 09 Prima Harapan Regency organization is part of the Family Welfare Empowerment Movement (PKK) which operates in the Rukun Warga (RW) 09 area, they carry out various activities and programs, such as skills training, health counseling, education, environmental management, and programs other social programs. Through the activities and programs implemented, PKK RW 09 Prima Harapan Regency strives to create a clean, healthy and environmentally friendly environment, as well as increasing the capacity and skills of community members so that they can be independent and contribute positively to local development.

Abstract

The density of visits to tourist destinations by tourists, both local tourists, domestic tourists, and foreign tourists, shows that tourism has moved faster than predicted by the Governments. Facing this, the Governments took the initiative to increase the capacity of human resources (HR) for each tourist destination in Indonesia. In reality, not all human resources (HR) are fulfilled and adequate. This condition attracts researchers to examine the development of tourism destinations through increasing integrated human resource capacity in Kudus Regency. The research was conducted to develop tourism destinations through integrated human resource capacity building. The research used interpretive ethnographic methods and collaborative action research methods chosen as a measure of the success of suitability of the abilities possessed by human resources in tourism destinations by conducting direct interviews with training participants, understanding tests, site surveys, and facility analysis. Then take action based on the training by conducting a competency test from a Professional Certification Institution (LSP). The results show that human resources (HR) in tourism destinations in Kudus Regency are partially integrated. It can be from their knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards tourists. So far, human resource capacity building has been limited to training and outreach, so it has not fully integrated. The renewal in this research is in the form of training with the output of a competency test of cooperation between the government and Professional Certification Institution (LSP) by utilizing the facilitation of the Ministry of Tourism of the World Bank program capable of producing complete integration.

Abstract

The establishment of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park as 10 Priority Tourism Destinations by the Ministry of Tourism, caused Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park to experience a significant increase in visits and also has implications for tourism development in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and its surroundings. This shows the weakness of natural tourism management whose success is only measured by the number of visitors. Green Marketing which is carried out sustainably is the result of corrections to the development of mass tourism which has had many negative impacts on the natural environment and local communities. This research aims to identify the impact of tourism on the environment, analyze the market, apply the marketing mix, and develop a Green Marketing strategy for preservation in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Abstract

Homestay tourism is an activity in a homestay located in a traditional village environment. Homestay tourism is a special attraction for visiting tourists. Homestay tourism has not been widely utilised by homestay owners and managers. Homestay tourism is a new challenge for residents in meeting the needs of tourists. This is one of the causes of the researcher's interest in conducting research related to Homestay Tourism as a tourism development. The research aims to obtain information on the needs of homestay tourism in facing the challenges of tourism development, contributing to improving the economy of local communities, preserving local culture, preserving local culture and the surrounding environment, and being able to find novelty in the world of hospitality to increase the economic value of local communities. This research uses a qualitative action research method using a problem approach by mapping tourism objects, making observations, and taking documentation of homestay owners and managers. The results of the study show that homestay tourism is capable of standardised tourism development, increasing the economic value of local communities, helping local economic development, and preserving their cultural heritage. The researcher hopes that there will be ongoing and continuous research

Abstract

Penjamah makanan merupakan profesi seseorang untuk menjamah makanan dimulai dari pemilihan bahan mentah, memproduksi bahan olahan sampai dengan makanan siap saji yang akan disajikan kepada tamu.  Penjamah makanan memperlakukan bahan pangan mulai dari bahan mentah sampai dengan makanan siap disajikan kepada pelanggan. Dalam memilih bahan mentah, seorang penjamah makanan harus memperhatikan faktor - faktor keamanan pangan, diantaranya kesegaran, kebersihan, dan kemasan. Pada saat penjamah makanan akann memproses bahan pangan, maka ia wajib memperhatikan kebersihan diri sendiri, mulai dari kuku kaki sampai dengan rambut. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kelompok UMKM Teluk Pucung belum paham tentang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja penjamah makanan (Foodhandler). Metodologi pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada UMKM Teluk pucung adalah metodelogi deskriptif kualitatif berupa tindakan. Pendekatan ini menggunakan teknik pelatihan dan wawancara secara langsung selama pelaksanaan terhadap para peserta.  Pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan produk makanan yang mereka produksi dan sajikan. Kegiatan dilakukan tanggal 21 bulan Oktober tahun 2023 berlokasi di Wisma Asri Bekasi Utara. Mitra berpartisipasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan berdasarkan arahan, instruksi dan modul kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh panitia. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat berdasarkan pengisian evaluasi peserta pelatihan terkait pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengelolaan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja penjamah makanan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM Teluk Pucung dalam memperlakukan bahan pangan meningkat. Pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja penjamah makanan sudah dinyatakan efektif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang transformasi pariwisata dan kesehatan berbasis potensi pengembangan destinasi wisata tradisional di Desa Cireundeu sebagai upaya masyarakat desa melestarikan adat, tradisi, dan budaya lokal yang dimiliki. Pemanfaatan kearifan lokal oleh warga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mereka sebesar 54%, bahkan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif pada pendapatan anggaran daerah Pemerintah Daerah, dan devisa negara. Pengemasan paket produk wisata yang unik mampu menciptakan pengalaman yang autentik bagi wisatawan lokal dan wisatawan mancanegara melalui kekayaan alam dan tradisi lokal yang ada sebagai tindakan dari transformasi pariwisata. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif evaluatif dengan teknik analisa data terdiri dari pengumpulan data observasi awal, pengumpulan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Kegiatan penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat lokal melalui transformasi pariwisata berbasis  potensi destinasi wisata yang masih bersifat tradisional. Kebaharuan dalam transformasi pariwisata dan Kesehatan menyatukan wisata yang ramah budaya, ramah lingkungan, dan peduli kesehatan baik bagi wisatawan maupun masyarakat lokal yang mampu meningkatkan nilai perekonomian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa desa wisata Cireundeu telah berhasil menciptakan destinasi wisata tradisional yang menarik dengan pengemasan produk wisata yang unik dan tetap menjaga dan melestarikan adat, tradisi, dan budaya yang telah ada berdasarkan kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat lokal, meningkatkan nilai ekonomi pendapatan Pemerintah Daerah, menambah devisa negara, dan peduli pada kesehatan wisatawan maupun masyarakat lokal di Desa Wisata Cireundeu. Penelitian memerlukan kolaborasi dari berbagai bidang keilmuan. Sehingga desa Cireundeu dapat lebih berkembang dan dikenal di kalangan Wisatawan mancanegara.Keywords:  destinasi wisata tradisional; ekonomi kerakyatan; kearifan lokal; Kesehatan; transformasi pariwisata. ABSTRACT This study aims to provide an overview of the transformation of tourism and health based on the potential for developing traditional tourist destinations in Cireundeu Village as an effort by the village community to preserve local customs, traditions, and culture. The use of local wisdom by residents can increase their economic income by 54%, and can even make a positive contribution to the regional government's regional budget revenue and state foreign exchange. The packaging of unique tourism product packages can create authentic experiences for local and foreign tourists through the natural wealth and local traditions that exist as an action of tourism transformation. The study uses an evaluative qualitative method with data analysis techniques consisting of collecting initial observation data, collecting documentation, interviews, and literature reviews. Research activities aim to improve the economy of local communities through tourism transformation based on the potential of tourist destinations that are still traditional. The novelty in tourism and health transformation unites culturally friendly, environmentally friendly, and health-conscious tourism for both tourists and local communities that can increase economic value. The results of the study showed that the Cireundeu tourist village has succeeded in creating an attractive traditional tourist destination with unique tourism product packaging and still maintaining and preserving existing customs, traditions, and culture based on local wisdom in increasing the economic income of local communities, increasing the economic value of local government income, increasing foreign exchange, and caring about the health of tourists and local communities in the Cireundeu Tourist Village. Research requires collaboration from various scientific fields. So that the Cireundeu village can develop further and be known among foreign tourists.Keywords:  health; local wisdom; people's economy; traditional tourist destinations; tourism transformation
