Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dengan karakteristik tersendiri yang memerlukan berbagai macam sumber daya dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Salah satu yang terpenting adalah alat-alat kesehatan. RSUD Simpang Lima Gumul merupakan Rumah Sakit Milik pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kediri. RSUD Simpang Lima gumul dari survey yang telah dilakukan dengan kepala IPS-RS adalah Sumber Daya Manusia yang masih kurang, yaitu hanya memiliki empat orang teknisi elektromedik, Belum terlaksana secara optimal pelaporan alkes yang rusak. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung, kemudian melakukan analisa fishbone untuk menentukan faktor-faktor penyebab masalah, menentukan prioritas penyelesaian masalah dengan analisa USG (urgency, seriousness, growth) dilanjutkan penyusunan strategi dengan analisa SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threats).. Penyusunan regulasi SPO dan sosialisasi pelaporan alkes yang rusak merupakan strategi yang dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation on the performance of nurses at the Jayapura Papua Regional General Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses at the Jayapura Regional General Hospital, Papua, totaling 348. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling technique to measure the sample size to be studied. After doing calculations with the slovin formula, the number of samples used after being rounded up is 100 nurses. The data source for this research is primary data, namely data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test Leadership and motivation have a positive but not significant effect on Nurse Performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance and the results of the simultaneous test Leadership, Work Environment and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance.

Abstract

From the results of hypothesis testing it has been proven that competence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of nurses at the Jayapura Papua Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

Hospitalisasi pada anak memiliki dampak jangka panjang dan dampak jangka pendek. dampak jangka pendek berupa ketakutan dan kecemasan sehingga bila tidak ditangani segera anak akan melakukan penolakan terhadap perawatan dan pengoobatan yang akan diberikan, selain itu dampak jangka pendek yang mungkin muncul adalah susah tidur, menangis dan takut dengan tim kesehatan sehingga anak menolak tindakan perawatan yang diberikan kepada anak, hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap lamanya hari rawat, memberat kondisi anak dan menyebabkan kematian. kecemasan akan menimbulkan respon fisiologis yakni perubahan sistim kardiovaskuler dan perubahan pola nafas yang terengah-engah. Ketakutan dan kecemasan merupakan gangguan terhadap terpenuhinya kebutuhan emosional anak, yang diperlukan penanganan sesegera mungkin karena berdampak pada pertumbuhan den perkembangan . Terapi bermain (Play Therapy) merupakan salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang dapat menurunkan tingat kecemasan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Play Therapy sebagai intervensi untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan anak yang mengalami hospitalisasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 anak yang dirawat inap di ruang srikandi RSUD Jombang pada bulan Juni-Juli 2021. Kegiatan Play Therapy dengan memberikan gambar dan anak dibebaskan mememilih gambar yang disukai untuk diwarnai. Sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kecemasan anak dengan menggunakan Face Anxiety scale (FAS) dan data dianalisis dengan dengan uji statistik paired t-test dengan bantuan spss 16 dengan tingkat kemaknaan α< 0,05. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan tingkat kecemasan anak sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan Play therapy Coloring dimana setelah terapi bermain terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasan anak. Kegiatan terapi bermain efektif untuk diterapkan sebagai salah satu metode intervensi dalam penurunkan tingkat kecemasan anak yang mengalami hospitalisasi.

Abstract

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Health Care Associated Infections (HAIs) often occur in hospitals. Infections classified as HAIs are surgical site infections. Compliance with wound care according to SPO, application of SSI budles and SC patient factors, namely: age, blood sugar levels and albumin levels contribute to the incidence of surgical site infections. This study aims to explain the relationship between SPO adherence to wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in sectio caesarea patients. Methods: This study uses a literature review. Search strategy on ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed. The journal reviewed is research on the relationship between SPO compliance with wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in cesarean section patients published in 2016-2023. Journals that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded, so that 5 journals were reviewed. Results: there is a relationship between adherence to SPO wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, age, blood sugar levels, and albumin levels of SC patients to the incidence of SSI. Discussion: Research recommends that nurses adhere to SPO and implement SSI bundles strictly in a compliant manner, as well as monitoring patient factors, such as: age, blood sugar levels, patient albumin levels are very important in preventing infection in the operating area.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation as a mediating variable from Supervision and trust on work involvement in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The location in this study was carried out at the Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The objects in this study were work motivation, Supervision, Trust, and work involvement of the employees of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. As for the research object, the independent variable is Supervision and Trust as variable X, the dependent variable is work involvement as variable Y, and the mediating variable is work motivation as variable Z. Meanwhile, the subject in This research is a health worker in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The population used as the object of this research was the health workers of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri, totaling 380 people. The sample in this study were Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Hospital employees, namely employees who provide services to patients. Using the Krejcie and Morgan tables, the total population (N) was 380, so the sample (n) required was 191 people. This study uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. Based on the results of the analysis using smart-pls, it was found that Supervision has no significant effect on work involvement, Trust has a significant effect on work involvement, Work motivation has a significant effect on work involvement, Trust has no significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Motivation mediates the effect of Supervision on work involvement, Motivation mediates the effect of Trust on work involvement.

Abstract

Hospitals often have difficulty in accurately assessing the performance of a nurse. One of the ways taken by hospitals in improving the performance of their nurses, for example, is through education, training to improve nurse competence, providing appropriate compensation, providing workload, and creating a conducive work environment. The success or failure of a nurse in working will be known if the hospital concerned implements a performance appraisal system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job fatigue, workload and competence on nurse performance at RSUD Tora Belo. This research is quantitative in nature using multiple linear regression tests. Samples were collected by proportional simple random sampling, totaling 104 respondents. The statistical test results showed that nurses' work fatigue did not affect nurses' performance with a p value = 0.425 > 0.05, workload affected nurses' performance with a p value = 0.19 < 0.05, and nurses' competence did not affect nurses' performance with a p value = 0.354 > 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the workload variable greatly affects the performance of nurses at Tora Belo Hospital, while the variables of fatigue and nurse competence do not show any influence on the performance of nurses at Tora Belo Hospital.
