Abstract

AbstractThe population of Indonesia in 2019 reaches 267 million and 87 percent are Muslims. Most of the residents of muslin are women who are a part of a large market segmentation in fulfilling the needs, especially cosmetic products and uses. The rapid progress of science and technology in the fields of food, medicine and cosmetics has become very important for halal products. Some of the active ingredients used in the manufacture of cosmetics and used goods are suspected to be derived from the body of pig animals consisting of feathers, placenta skin, blood, meat, fat, skin and even bones. In the Qur'an consume halal and thayyib (good) because there are things that endanger health. Activities aimed at Empowering Majlis Taklim mothers in Nabawi mosque, Banjar Wijaya, Tangerang City in the form of counseling and examples to be able to provide more information about cosmetic products and halal uses. The results of the Activity succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge. Keywords: cosmetics, use goods, halal. AbstrakJumlah penduduk Indonesia tahun 2019 Mencapai 267 juta jiwa dan 87 persen adalah muslim. Sebagian besar penduduk muslin adalah perempuan yang merupakan suatu bagian segmentasi pasar yang besar dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan terutama produk kosmetik dan barang gunaan. Pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang pangan, obat-obatan, dan kosmetik menjadi sangat penting terhadap produk halal. Beberapa bahan aktif yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kosmetik dan barang gunaan diduga haram berasal tubuh hewan babi yang terdiri dari bulu, kulit plasenta, darah, daging, lemak, kulit bahkan tulang. Dalam Al-Qur'an mengonsumsi halal dan thayyib (baik) karena ada hal yang membahayakan kesehatan. Kegiatan bertujuan Pemberdayaan ibu-ibu majelis Taklim masjid Nabawi Banjar Wijaya Kota Tangerang dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan contoh agar dapat memberikan informasi lebih dalam mengenai produk-produk kosmetik dan barang gunaan halal. Hasil Kegiatan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Kata kunci: kosmetik, barang gunaan, halal.

Abstract

Stock exchange investment gives return more than saving money in bank. For instance, in form of a deposit with average of 6 % per annum. But investor must be analyze carefully in buying shares. Using one analytical share techniques, the price earning ratio (PER) method. Investor will easily know which share they should buy. Price earning ratio method in analyzing the share of food and beverage company in Indonesian stock exchange use three alternative (k*= 11%, k*=16% and k*=21%). From 15 company on listing, only 6 companies give dividend to investor every year. Company share to buy only one share company, because for three alternative PER < PER* so the return from the share to more than 11%, 6% or 21% and price from the share is cheap. There are share 5 companies that are not good to buy, but good to sell to investor, because three alternative PER>PER* meaning advantage from share smaller than 11%, 6% or 21%.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian bertujuan memudahkan pegawai Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Karawaci dalam mencari bukti dalam arsip maploeg yang dibutuhkan. Sistem register Maploeg di BTN masih bersifat konvensional yang tidak tersusun dengan baik sehingga rentan kehilangan arsip terutama sulit dalam pencarian sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Sistem ini dibuat agar dapat mengontrol alur register Maploeg baik agar lebih efisien dan memudahkan pegawai saat membutuhkannya. Perancangan Sistem menggunakan Use Case dan Sequence Diagram.
