Abstract

The logistics and supply chain is an emerging business in the world. As the "network" business process, the supply chain business depends on the critical success factor that is human resources. This research is conducted using the Rasch Model Approach to examine the supply chain employees in the telecommunication industry in Indonesia. The supply chain business performance indicates the overall success of the supply chain employees. One of the employee performances is OCB since OCB has interpersonal impacts. The research results show that supply chain employees with transformational supply chain leaders have higher measure values in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using the Rasch Model Approach, it is proven transformational supply chain leaders can be a leadership strategy in creating supply chain business performance.

Abstract

Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) give the big impact and the main power of many countries include Indonesia. They contribution of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is bigger than large companies, has a large market share and has a high labour absorption. That fact is a trigger for academics and professionals to conduct research on it, to get more information, understanding and look for what influences the MSME business performance. This study aims to analyse the role of product innovation and market orientation toward business performance of micro small enterprise in food and beverage sector in Jakarta. Data collected through questionnaire and filled by 390 owners of micro small enterprise in food and beverage sector in Jakarta. Meanwhile, for data analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). This study is quantitative study. The results are both of product innovation and market orientation has a positive effect on business performance

Abstract

— The future trend in the field of management is the increasingly applied analytic data in every management decision, both for development and investment. Data submitted by companies are processed and evaluated by investors. However, the calculation pattern that is done is still based on financial analysis. This paper is intended to develop an analytic data framework that can be used by CEOs or investors in managing and valuing an industry. The research methodology used is using historical data in the Company's annual reports for the past five years and calculate it using SEM-PLS. This data is then entered into the analytic data framework and then being evaluated to get the essential resources or critical processes that have a strategic position or value in the industry. This research is using textile industry data. In the textile industry, it is found that the critical strategic resources are raw materials that significantly affect the Company's performance. This key finding is in line with the development of technology in raw material in the textile industry. This analysis method is intended to complement existing financial-based analyses that has been done for a long time. With this new analysis framework, the CEO and Investor will get a new perspective on the industry and take advantage of additional information from its result.

Abstract

Alignment and agility are essential supply chain capabilities required to maintain and enhance performance, particularly in the current era of disruption. The research aimed to examine the impact of blockchain capabilities on supply chain resilience and company performance using quantitative and cross-sectional survey methods. Logistics service providers (LSP) were selected as the units of analysis, and individuals such as logisticians in Indonesia and Switzerland served as units of observation. Data were collected through an electronic questionnaire (Google Forms) using a quota sampling technique and analyzed using Smart-PLS software. The sample size included 60 respondents, comprising 45 and 15 from Indonesia and Switzerland based on the 10-times rule. The results show that supply chain resilience partially and fully mediated the impact of blockchain capabilities (supply chain alignment and agility) on LSPPerformance. LSP could also enhance performance and resilience by implementing blockchain technology to enhance supply chain alignment and agility. In theoretical terms, the results have implications contributing to dynamic capability theory. In practical applications, the research serves as valuable insights for government authorities and IT consultants when formulating effective plans and strategies to analyze the adoption of blockchain technology among LSP. Additionally, directors and owners of these companies are persuaded that blockchain has the potential to create and enhance supply chain capabilities, as well as increasing competitive advantage.

Abstract

The transition from fossil fuel vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs) in Indonesia is critical for reducing emissions and achieving sustainable transportation. Despite government support through policies like Presidential Regulation No. 55/2019, EV adoption remains low due to challenges such as high costs, limited infrastructure, and consumer hesitancy. This study investigates the factors influencing switching intentions to EVs in Indonesia, employing the push-pull-mooring (PPM) framework to analyze environmental concern, cost concern, perceived usefulness, financial incentives, and infrastructure readiness. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research collected data from 136 respondents in Greater Jakarta through structured questionnaires, analyzed via Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings revealed that environmental concern, cost concern, and perceived usefulness significantly positively influence switching intentions, while financial incentives showed limited impact. Surprisingly, infrastructure readiness did not significantly moderate these relationships, suggesting other barriers may hinder adoption. The study contributes theoretically by adapting the PPM model to EV adoption, identifying cost concern as a push factor and financial incentives as a pull factor. Practically, it highlights the need for targeted policies, such as enhanced public awareness campaigns and improved charging infrastructure, to accelerate EV uptake. Future research should explore additional moderators like socio-cultural influences and adopt longitudinal designs to track evolving consumer behavior. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and researchers aiming to foster EV adoption in emerging markets like Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various factors that affect the maintenance performance of heavy equipment in construction projects, with a focus on projects in Morowali, Sulawesi. Heavy equipment maintenance is a critical aspect that can affect the smooth and successful operation of a construction project. Through data collection using questionnaires distributed to workers and employees at the project site, this study evaluates the influence of work environment, employee competence, and spare parts availability on maintenance effectiveness. The results show that these factors have a significant impact on maintenance performance, which in turn affects the overall operation of the project. These findings are expected to provide insight for project managers in designing more effective maintenance strategies.
