Abstract

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. berusaha mengarahkan semua unsur yang terlibat dalam pelayanan untuk memperhatikan nasabah secara optimal melalui pelayanan yang prima melalui daya tahan dan daya saing bank dalam berkompetisi dengan bank-bank lain. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai “Hubungan Komunikasi Pelayanan Publik (X) dengan Kepuasan Nasabah (Y)”, maka manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang terbaik bertitik tolak pada pelayanan, komunikasi, kejujuran dan kepedulian terhadap nasabah untuk menciptakan kepuasan dan kemenangan dalam persaingan secara profesional yang berorientasi pada kepentingan dan kebutuhan nasabah, sehingga mampu memberikan kepuasan yang optimal.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the impact of internet technology on the political attitude of the public affects politicians in Indonesia. Politics is now a product that needs to be marketed as well as in commercial marketing. Through the imagery is expected to move the opinion to a better direction. With positive public opinion, the decision to vote becomes a necessity for politicians who are fighting in the political arena. Public opinion itself is a method of persuasion with a communication system through digital media that is direct and massive and can provide viral effects. Imagery becomes a very important part of the political marketing system. Political marketing itself is a practical method in the context of political communication, so it needs a media literacy movement designed to increase individual control over the media they use in interpreting the message.

Abstract

Communication Cross-culture is the process by which diverted the idea or the idea of a culture of the culture of the other and vice versa, and it can be between two cultures associated or more, in order to influence each other, whether it's for the good of a culture or to destroy a culture, or it could be an initial step of the process of acculturation (the merger of two cultures or that generate new culture). "culture is a complex whole, which has in it the knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, customs, other capabilities and habits acquired by man as a member of society.

Abstract

Employers should strive to close the gap that lies between the producer with the consumer society as a buyer or user of goods and services produced. Duties and responsibilities as an entrepreneur to always be able to influence the level of demand for goods production company, always trying to find a buyer produces. Abstract

Communication can be seen as a means to channel the social input into the social system. Communication is also a suggestion to modify behavior, affect change, memproduktifkan information and means to achieve the goal. In an organization today, information flows faster. Congestion is very short even in fast moving production lines can lead to large losses due to loss of production. Another important element is the amount of information that is increasingly bloated and often causes the burden of information overload, which is actually needed is not more information, but the information is relevant. Thus necessary to determine the type of information required in the framework of an organization for effective decision making. Organizational communication refers to the patterns and forms of communication that occurs within the context and the organization's network. Organizational communication involves forms of interpersonal communication and group communication. Discussion of organizational communication, among others concerning the structure and functioning of the organization, human relations, communication and organizing processes and organizational culture. Organizational communication is defined as the flow of messages in a network of interdependent nature of his relationship with one another include vertical and horizontal communication flows. How to talk to the other person and how one behaves in front of others is a work style and communication style. Style concept shows that we are dealing with a combination of language and actions, which seem to describe a fairly consistent pattern.

Abstract

Motif tujuan budaya ngopi di café pada remaja di Bandung adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gaya hidup milenial remaja perkotaan. Café menjadi ruang publik bagi remaja dengan tujuan yang berbeda yaitu untuk minum kopi, menunggu seseorang, bertemu dengan teman, mengerjakan tugas, diskusi dengan rekan bisnis, brainstorming, berkumpul dengan keluarga, reuni, sekedar arisan, chatting, bermain game online, streaming film youtube, nongki, melarikan diri dari aktifitas yang melelahkan, menghindari terjebak kemacetan lalu lintas dan me time. Motif penyebab budaya ngopi di café pada remaja di Bandung karena lokasi café yang strategis, lahan parkir, ruangan ber-AC, sofa yang nyaman, fasilitas steker listrik dan free wi-fi, smoking area, kehandalan barista dalam menciptakan varian rasa kopi olahan, harga terjangkau, desain interior dan eksterior ruangan yang instagramable, warna, furniture, musik, toilet. Remaja di café menghabiskan waktu selama 1 jam hingga 2 jam. Suasana yang nyaman membuat remaja betah dan berlama-lama di café

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertema interaksi simbolik pembelajaran daring/online selama masa pandemik Covid-19 yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam komunikasi interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Fisip) Universitas Langlangbuana (Unla) Bandung. Hasil penelitian terkait pemanfaatan TIK menjelaskan bahwa perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, dan keterampilan pihak pengajar dan pembelajar dalam menghadapi kelas online harus terus dikembangkan dan diperbarui. Terkait metode dan teknik pengajaran online, perlu disepakati dan dikembangkan teknik pengajaran khusus dengan dukungan alat bantu pengajaran berupa fisik maupun virtual. Begitupun juga dengan sistem pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi untuk memudahkan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM). Terakhir, bahwa pengajar harus memiliki pemahaman memadai dalam menyampaikan simbol-simbol ketika berkomunikasi dengan pembelajar yang memiliki latar belakang kultural yang berbeda. Sebagai pisau analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teori modal sosial dimana terjalin kerjasama antara individu dan kelompok sosial untuk mencapai tujuan serta memecahkan suatu masalah melalui nilai-nilai sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Diharapkan pembelajar serta institusi penyelenggara dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan program belajar-mengajar baik dari segi teknis, metode, dan pemahaman antarbudaya.
