Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan oleh petugas di Rumah Sakit merupakan suatu kegiatan dalam rangka meningkatkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Untuk itulah pegawai harus menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan maksimal supaya bisa memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas supaya masyarakat dalam hal ini pasien dan keluarga pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dengan tetap mengutamakan keselamatan pasien. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa pokok permasalahan dapat dirumuskan yaitu : 1) bagaimanakah kinerja pegawai di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng ?;2) bagaimanakah kualitas pelayanan di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng ?. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan maksud memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang kinerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng. Pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan pemanfaatan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara sirkuler dimana analisis dilakukan sepanjang proses penelitian,dengan tahapan ;pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta simpulan dan verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara dan pemanfaatan dokumen, ditemukan fakta bahwa kinerja pegawai di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng sudah sesuai dengan indikator kinerja pegawai yaitu : kualitas, kuantitas, efektifitas, ketepatan waktu, kemandirian, dan hubungan interpersonal. Dengan tercapainya indikator kinerja pegawai tersebut, maka pegawai di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng sudah mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian juga ditemukan fakta bahwa kualitas pelayanan IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng mengacu pada tolok ukur yang disebut TERRA (Tangible, Empaty, Responsiveness, Reliability, dan Assurance ). Dengan tolok ukur pelayanan seperti itu, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai baik tenaga medis maupun non medis di IGD RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng sudah mampu memuaskan masyarakat yang datang mencari layanan kesehatan

Abstract

Roads as one of the supporting transportation processes are very important for the progress and welfare of society. By seeing the very high increase in population mobility, it is necessary to increase both the quantity and quality of roads that meet the needs of society. AC-WC asphalt concrete is a mixture used as a pavement consisting of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and asphalt whose proportions have been determined. The layer must later have waterproof properties, structural value and strong (durable).This study aims to determine the characteristics of Marshall values ​​at optimum asphalt content of AC – WC mixture using Portland Cement filler. This study was conducted by Marshall testing which was divided into two stages. The first stage was 45 test objects and the second stage of research was 9 test objects with variations in filler percentage added, namely 1%, 1.5%, and 2%. The asphalt content used in this study was 4.5%, 5.0%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5%.From this study, the optimum asphalt content (5.8%) was obtained. The Marshall characteristics used were Specific Gravity, VIM (Void In Mix), VMA (Void In Mineral Aggregate), VFB (Void Fallid With Bitumen), Stability, Flow and MQ (Marshall Quotient). The test results proved that the addition of Portland Cement filler to the AC WC mixture at the optimum asphalt content resulted in an increase in the stability value.From Marshall's test on the stability value at the variation of filler percentage of 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0% at the optimum asphalt content continues to increase. The stability value at the optimum asphalt content with the addition of 1.0% filler obtained an average value of 1025.3, a mixture with 1.5% filler 1090.9 kg, a mixture with 2.0% filler 1115.5 kg. The stability value obtained is also still within the standard specification limit of Bina Marga, which is min 800 kg.

Abstract

If planning and control are not carried out properly, temple renovation projects often experience delays. This paper examines the dangers associated with delays in temple renovation projects in Jembrana Regency. With a sample of 30 respondents, this study uses a quantitative descriptive methodology. Statistical product and service solution software, or SPSS, was used to process the data. Data analysis techniques include factor analysis, validity testing, and reliability testing. The results of the analysis of the causes of delays are: factors: Frequent work delays, Renegotiating the Implementation Time by Submitting an Addendum to the Contract Extension of the Implementation Time, Submitting Additional Contract Value Funds based on MC.0% Calculations, Inaccurate Labor Planning, (Ineffective Communication and Coordination within the Contractor Organization, Changes in the Scope of Work/Construction Details, Material Damage During Delivery, Delays in Approval of Designs/Working Drawings
