Abstract

ABSTRACT Electricity supply is very important to improve people's lives. In Indonesia electricity is mostly generated by PLN as the state company that provide electricity for the entire people of Indonesia. PLN’s load is very high to provide electricity and to reduce the load of PLN, the potential of the electricity source should be utilized. One of the locations that have been built and used for micro-hydro power plant is the irrigation canal in the Tangeb village, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. Since it was built in 2014, micro-hydro power plant is expected to be used to provide electricity to the Pura Dalem within 100 meters from the power plant site, but can not function as expected because some parts of the structure were damaged, particularly on the foundation. In order for micro-hydro power plants can be used there should be analysis of the feasibility of existing structures. The research process begins with a review of the research sites, further soil sampling and ground testing in the field. The soil samples were tested in the laboratory. The test results of soil samples in the laboratory and field testing is used to calculate the carrying capacity of the land. The results of the soil bearing capacity were used to design the foundation. Analysis of the framework turbine is also conducted to determine whether the order turbines can still be used. Measurement of flow velocity is also performed to calculate the flow rate so that the electrical potential can be known. The results of the analysis of the feasibility of power plant micro-hydro in the Tangeb village obtained subgrade on the location of the turbine has a high bearing capacity that obtained the lowest allowable bearing capacity (qall) = 36.763 t/m2 based on test results in the laboratory, and the position of the hard soil in 1 meter depth. For steel frame buffer turbines, based on the results of the analysis with 9.7 ETABS program obtained that turbines are qualified or steel frame secure enough to support the movement of the turbine. The foundation of the turbine needs to be fixed with shallow foundation with a size of 0.95 m x 0.95 m, with a thickness 0.3 m and foundation depth of 1 meter. Reinforcement of foundation used for tension reinforcement φ 12 with a distance of 9 cm between the reinforcement and shrinkage reinforcement φ 12 with a distance of 18 cm. Potential electricity or power can be produced based on the calculation of the speed of the water, the water discharge resulting in low water level conditions is (W) = 3.3 kW. Abstract

Pemilahan sampah berbasis sumber yaitu di tingkat rumah tangga sangat penting untuk mengurangi volume sampah yang terbuang ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Saat ini, sampah adalah permasalahan yang kompleks di Bali . Bagi masyarakat kota, pengelolaan sampah di tingkat rumah tangga secara garis besar masih dengan pola lama yaitu ambil – angkut – buang. Untuk masyarakat di tingkat desa, pengelolaan sampah masih sangatlah kurang, karena kebanyakan masih dibuang di lahan dekat rumah tanpa dibuang ke TPA. Pada masa KKN ini kami mendapat kesempatan untuk membenahi permasalahan sampah yang terdapat di Desa Kaba-Kaba. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini, kami mengunakan metode sosialisasi terpusat dan menjadikan satu wilayah kedinasan atau banjar sebagai pilot project bagi Desa Kaba-Kaba. Sosialisasi ini menghadirkan tiga narasumber berkompeten yang bertugas untuk memicu kesadaran masyarakat akan sampah. Apabila sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik, akan menimbulkan masalah yang sangat serius di kemudian hari. Dengan adanya sosialisasi, diharapkan pola lama berubah dengan adanya pemilahan sebelum pengangkutan ke TPA. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan sampah, volume sampah, Tempat Pembuangan Akhir ABSTRACT Source-based waste segregation is very important at the household level to reduce the volume of waste that is dumped into landfills. Today, waste is a complex problem in Bali. For the urban community, solid waste management at the household level is still in the old pattern, namely take - transport – dispose. For villagers level, waste management is still lacking, because most are still disposed to the land near homes without being disposed to the landfills. During this Community Service Program we had the opportunity to fix the waste problem in Kaba-Kaba village. In carrying out this activity, we use a centralized method of socialization and make an agency area or banjar to be pilot project for Kaba-Kaba village. This socialization presented three competent speakers whose task was to trigger public awareness of waste. If the waste is not managed properly, it will cause very serious problems later on. With the socialization, it is expected that the old pattern will change with the sorting before being transported to the landfill. Keywords: Waste management, Waste volume, Landfills

Abstract

Penjadwalana proyek sangat berpengaruhcterhadap keberhasilan dan kegagalan suatu proyek. Tujuanszxdari penelitian ini adalaha menganalisa penjadwalanc zproyeka dengana menentukanu kegiatan-kegiatans kritisz dan durasinyal menggunakan metodeh Criticalz Pathz Methodq (CPM)’ dan PrecedencezxDiagram Method (PDM). Datag yangv digunakanq dalamb penelitian iniz adalahx datas sekundera zyanga diperolehac dariiy kontraktorcpelaksana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari Critical Path Method (CPM) diperoleh durasi 25 minggu atau 175 hari dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang kritisnya antara lain kegiatan pekerjaan persiapan; pekerjaan tanah dan pondasi; pekerjaan listplank beton; pekerjaan balok dan pelat lantai 2; pekerjaan ring balok atap; pekerjaan pasangan kusen, pintu, dan jendela;pekerjaan sanitair/plumbing; pekerjaan pengecatan. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dari Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) diperoleh durasi 26 minggu atau 182 hari dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang kritisnya antara lain kegiatan pekerjaan persiapan; pekerjaan’ tanah,’dan pondasi; pekerjaan pile’’cap; pekerjaan sloof; pekerjaan’’kolom lantai 1; pekerjaan tangga beton; pekerjaan balok dan pelat lantai 2; pekerjaan kolom lantai 2; pekerjaan ring balok atap; pekerjaan dinding dan plesteran; pekerjaan pasang keramikkklantaiiddan dinding; pekerjaan pasangg kusen,ddpintu dan jendela; pekerjaandggpengecatan; ddpekerjaan elektrikal. Perbandingan hasil analisa metode CPM dan PDM menunjukkan perhitungan PDM yang paling optimal karena pada proyek pembangunan SDN 5 Pecatu memiliki pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang tumpang tindih.

Abstract

Rejasa Village at Tabanan regency is the village were classified into the critical watersource especially for real water (domestic & non-domestic), including 4 (four) sub-villages : RejasaKaja, Rejasa Kelod, Pacut & Kelembang.To handle the critical water, water sources from other villages can be used such as the Bejiwater source in Pitra village of Penebel district. The expected water source discharge around 7.50 lt/s,and it’s confirmed to be able to fulfill the drinking water requirement of Rejasa village citizens until therequirement projection in the year 2040 for around 5.0 lt/s.The water flow from Beji water source in Pitra to the connection system to the reservoir withthe gravity flow system. The water availability is separated into 4 sub-systems, which are the RejasaKaja reservoir with volume design of 200 m3, the Rejasa Kelod reservoir (V = 175 m3), the Pacutreservoir (V = 100 m3), and the Kelembang reservoir (V = 100 m3).

Abstract

Settlement problems can arise in construction of across in soft soil, especially the consolidation problems to need long time, whereas the concretion time to need short time relative. One way of overcoming these problems is the installation of Vertical Jute Fibre Drain in soft soil, it is the mean in order that to be able these drains speed up the consolidation process in the sub soft soil layers. The purpose of this method is to reduce the time required by the pore water to escape from the soil which also get to abbreviate for to reach the consolidation degree 90%, so that the damage of structure and maintenance cost can be reduced.

Abstract

The jetty is an important facility for a port to support its operational activities. The construction of the jetty at the port of Dili, East Timor is to serve the crossing from Dili to Oecusse, Atauro and vice versa. This jetty has a length of 100 m and a width of 20 m which is a prestressed concrete jetty.The Section of evaluation for jetty plan at Dili Port, East Timor are: the supper structure of the jetty includes among others fender, bollard, vehicle floor plate, and prestressed beam as soon as the sub structure of the jetty there is a poer and pile foundation. Analysis in evaluation structure is based on SNI T-02-2005, SNI 1727: 2013, SNI 2052-2014 and SAP 2000 with the quality of concrete f’c 30 Mpa and the quality of steel reinforcement f’y 400 Mpa.Based on the evaluation for jetty plan at Dili Port, East Timor, is obtained on the dimension of the jetty plate are 30 cm thick with reinforcement direction pedestal x and y equal to = 0,075, while the dimension of the prestressed beam are 70 cm wide and 90 cm high reinforcement pedestal direction x and field direction x equal to ? = 0,066. Poer is planned to be a single unit (monolith) with a pile, while the dimensions of the pile are 45 cm in diameter, 1,2 cm thick and 42,50 m in length. On the berthing structure is used a rubber fender tipe seibu V with a V-300 H capacity, and the mooring structure used is a bent bollard with a capacity of 25 tons.

Abstract

Time and cost greatly affect the success and failure of a project. The benchmark of project success is seen from a short turnaround time with minimal cost without leaving the quality of the work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the length of time of project implementation, bill of quantity, and percentage of cost plan after accelerated to normal project cost plan using the method of adding labor and overtime hours. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from contractor implementing. Data analysis using the Microsoft Project 2016 program with the results obtained is the critical path, the duration per item of work, the time of project implementation as well as the total cost after the addition of labor and overtime hours. As a result of additional labor obtained 172 days with a total cost of Rp 6,611,384,715.00, get the difference of Rp 14,547,555 with percentage 0.22%, for additional hours of overtime work 1 hour obtained project time 154.39 days with total cost of Rp 6,638,980,929.00 get the difference of Rp 13,048,659.00 with percentage 0.20%, for the addition of 2 hours overtime was obtained at 116.06 days for a total cost of Rp 6,687,179,465.00 to get the difference of Rp 61,247,195.00 with 0.92% percentage, for the combination of additional labor and 1 hour overtime for 151 days with total cost of Rp 6,632,253,923 get difference of Rp 6,321,653.00 with percentage 0,10%, for combination of addition of labor and overtime hours 2 hours got time 114,54 day with total cost equal to Rp 6,682,351,473 get difference of Rp 56,419,203.00 with percentage 0,85 %.From the comparison of the addition of manpower, overtime and combination of additional labor and overtime hours, the time and cost of implementation are more efficient with no more than the duration and the normal cost budget plan that is to use the addition of manpower, with the result of 172 days and bill of quantityto Rp 6,611,384,715 from normal time of 210 days and normal budget plan of Rp 6,627,273,374.80.

Abstract

Abstract: The increasing cases of covid-19 have an impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). local communities who during this pandemic experienced a decline in income. Shoppers are starting to rarely come to the market and shop in person because of their fear of contracting Covid-19 and avoiding crowds that have been advised by the government. The digitalization of traditional people's markets is needed to improve the economy and reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus. The results of interviews with traders show the lack of sales at Rare Angon Market because few people know about the market. the method used by distributing questionnaires to find out in detail the existing problems. From these problems, a solution is needed to bridge between traders and buyers, this solution is in the form of digitizing the Rare Angon market by developing an application called "Rare Angon App" where the application is used for buying and selling interactions by traders and buyers. So that sales in the Rare Angon market can increase.Keywords: E-commerce; traditional market; information technology Abstrak: Meningkatnya kasus covid-19 berdampak pada perekonomian di Indonesia terutama pada usaha mikro kecil meneengah (UMKM) hal ini dapat dilihat dari pasar-pasar rakyat di Bali yaitu Pasar Rare Angon yang berlokasi di desa Gunaksa, kecamatan Dawan kabupaten Klungkung dengan mayoritas pedangannya adalah warga didaerah setempat yang dimasa pandemi ini mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Para pembeli mulai jarang datang ke pasar dan berlanja  secara langsung karena ketakutan mereka tertular covid-19 dan menghindari kerumunan yang sudah dihimbau oleh pemerintah. Diperlukannya digitalisasi pasar rakyat yang bersifat tradisional untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Hasil wawancara dengan pedagang menunjukkan minimnya penjualan di Pasar Rare Angon karena masih sedikit masyarakat yang tau pasar tersebut. metode yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui secara detail permasalahan yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukannya solusi untuk untuk menjembatanni antara pedagang dan pembeli, solusi ini berupa digitalisasi pasar Rare Angon ini dengan membuatkan aplikasi yang diberi nama “Rare Angon App” dimana aplikasi tersebut digunakan untuk interakasi jual beli oleh pedagang dan pembeli. Sehingga penjualan dipasar Rare Angon bisa mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci: E-commerce; pasar tradisional; teknologi informasi

Abstract

On October 5, 2020 the Job Creation Act (UU Ciptaker) was passed and removed the requirements for a building permit (IMB) to obtain a development, structuring, and building construction permit. This is due to the complexity of the investment licensing process in Indonesia. Badung Regency is an attraction for investors to invest as well as apply for an IMB because it is a tourism area. This results in a lot of development and will indirectly increase the number of applications for IMB management. The process of obtaining IMB in Badung Regency is carried out by the Badung Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP). This study describes the constraints on the service of making IMB in Badung Regency. Collecting data using mixed research methods, quantitative descriptive analysis, and thematic analysis, in order to obtain 14 obstacles faced in IMB services in Badung Regency. These constraints can be grouped based on the processes that must be passed in the IMB service in Badung Regency. All of these obstacles were obtained based on literature studies, interviews with expert staff, as well as guided by regulations, time baselines, and criteria contained in the applicable SOPs.
