Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilakukan di Masjid Noor Al-Banjari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kelurahan Tanjung Pinang, Kecamatan Pahandut, Palangka Raya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara langsung salah seorang pengurus Masjid Noor Al-Banjari yaitu Ibu Hj. Sri Mahrina sebagai informan utama melalui teknik purpossive sampling. Hasil penelitiannya adalah (1) Kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan pada masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Pinang antara lain: Kegiatan membaca, Dalail dan pengajian yang dilaksanakan baik di masjid maupun di rumah-rumah masyarakat sekitar secara bergantian., (2) Partisipan dalam peksanaan kegiatan keagamaan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat muslim baik di dalam kelurahan ataupun di luar kelurahan., (3) Dampak dari adanya COVID-19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan baik di dalam Masjid Noor Al-Banjari maupun dalam lingkup masyarakat menjadi terbatas, karena kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan secara rutin hanya bisa dilaksanakan di dalam kelurahan saja dengan partisipan yang terbatas. Berbeda ketika sebelum adanya COVID-19 masyarakt biasanya melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan hingga keluar kelurahan Tanjung Pinang, (4) Untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Noor Al-Banjari sendiri pengurus telah menertibkan peraturan sesuai standar protokol pencegahan penularan COVID-19 seperti menyiapkan tempat cuci tangan, menjaga jarak selama di dalam masjid, dan wajib menggunakan masker. (5) Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan di Masjid Noor Al-Banjari antara lain untuk mempertahankan nulai-nilai kebudayaan Islam, menegakkan ajaran tauhid, serta membumikan akidah. Sedangkan harapannya yaitu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya bersilaturahmi dan beribadah secara sosial dan membaur dengan masyarakat lain serta segera menghilangnya virus Corona agar dapat menjalankan kegiatan keagamaan secara normal.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision-making process of Muslim parents from upper-middle economic backgrounds in selecting Islamic-based educational institutions in Palangka Raya. Hasanka Boarding School, as one of the most favored modern Islamic educational institutions, becomes the focus of this study, highlighting the need to examine the underlying reasons and motivations of parents in choosing this school. The research employed a mixed-method approach with case study, using closed-ended questionnaires for quantitative data collection and open-ended questionnaires for qualitative descriptive analysis. The study involved 55 respondents, all of whom are parents of students at Hasanka Boarding School Junior High School. The instrument items were developed based on the framework proposed by Abuddin Nata concerning the factors that influence parents in choosing Islamic education. The findings indicate that religious aspects (95%) are the dominant factor motivating parents to choose Hasanka Boarding School, followed by the quality of education and teachers (91,6%), as well as the school's role in supporting social development and future aspirations (90%). Meanwhile, the integrated curriculum and school reputation were found to be lower in the hierarchy of motivating factors. These findings were analyzed through the integration of several theoretical frameworks, including Maslow's theory of motivation, Lancaster's consumer choice theory, Islamic education theory, community-based education theory, and religious moderation theory. This study contributes to strengthening the understanding of the multidimensional factors that influence educational decisions among Muslim middle-class communities in the modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi lingkungan belajar dan sarana prasarana terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK kelas XI IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubugan lingkungan belajar dengan hasil belajar sebesar rhitung>rtabel (0,278<0,195), terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji t sebesar thitung>ttabel (2,469>1,658) sebesar 11,25%, hipotesis pertama diterima, sarana prasarana dengan hasil belajar sebesar rhitung>rtabel (0,126>0,195), terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji t sebesar thitung>ttabel (1,257>1,658) sebesar 9,94% hipotesis kedua di terima, lingkungan belajar dan sarana prasarana dengan hasil belajar secara bersama-sama sebesar rhitung>rtabel (0,242>0,195), terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji f sebesar Fhitung > FTabel (2,469>1,658) sebesar 9,80% hipotesis ketiga di terima pada mata pelajaran TIK siswa kelas XI IPS SMA PGRI 1 Padang

Abstract

The high number of drug addicts who have been successfully rehabilitated in Central Kalimantan (2,982 people) in the last 7 years always relates to the role of Dayak tribal leaders. Drug abuse is a significant threat to social cohesion and the sustainability of Dayak culture. The research aimed to analyze how Dayak Ngaju customary sanctions are applied in the rehabilitation of drug addicts and their impact on preserving cultural values. The study was a qualitative approach and used in-depth interviews and participant observations to collect the data from traditional figures and Dayak communities. The findings showed that Customary Sanctions function not only as a form of punishment but also as an effective rehabilitation tool, fostering a sense of accountability and strong social bonds. The study’s implications underscore the importance of integrating local wisdom into drug abuse prevention efforts as a means to reinforce the community’s social and cultural networks. Future research is recommended to explore the long-term effectiveness of these sanctions in preventing relapse and to compare similar practices across Indigenous communities.

Abstract

Analytical thinking is a critical cognitive skill that supports students in making rational and realistic career decisions. This study is motivated by the low level of analytical thinking ability among senior high school students, which contributes to their unpreparedness in determining career direction. The objective of this research is to analyze the level of analytical thinking ability among students at SMA Swasta Masehi Berastagi from the perspective of career guidance. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The sample consisted of 18 students selected through total sampling. The research instrument utilized a Guttman Scale comprising 18 statements based on three dimensions of analytical ability as outlined by Anderson and Krathwohl: differentiating, organizing, and attributing. The analysis revealed that students' analytical thinking ability was at a moderate level (58%). The organizing aspect achieved the highest score (62%), followed by attributing (57%) and differentiating (55%). These findings suggest that while students demonstrate a fair ability to organize information, they struggle to distinguish relevant information and relate it to career decision-making factors. The study concludes that there is a need to strengthen analytical thinking skills through career guidance services that integrate reflective strategies and self-analysis activities. The practical implication is that guidance counselors should develop counseling approaches grounded in analysis and self-reflection to better support students’ career exploration and planning in a more focused and in-depth manner.
