Abstract

Desa Susukan memiliki potensi ekonomi dari sumber alam, yaitu lahan pertanian yang luas untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi lahan-lahan produktif oleh masyarakat. Selama ini pengembangan lahan pertanian hanya di kembangkan oleh para laki-laki, karena para perempuan desa melakukan kegiatan pertanian hanya sebagai hobi dan hanya sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk dikonsumsi sendiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini dalam untuk mengetahui potensi masyarakat secara maksimal di bidang pertanian (khususnya kaum perempuan) sehingga hasilnya untuk dapat ditindak lanjut oleh pemangku kepentingan sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi desa. Analisis SWOT adalah penilaian terhadap hasil identifikasi situasi, untuk menentukan apakah suatu kondisi dikategorikan sebagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang atau ancaman. Analisis SWOT merupakan bagian dari proses perencanaan. Hal utama yang ditekankan adalah bahwa dalam proses perencanaan tersebut, membutuhkan penilaian mengenai kondisi saat ini dan gambaran ke depan yang mempengaruhi proses pencapaian tujuan.

Abstract

The textile and agriculture industries are sectors that have a large impact on the environment. Chemicals used in the printing and dyeing processes of cloth and in fertilization can contaminate water and soil, and affect human health. Therefore, the emergence of eco print technology and eco enzymes is an attractive alternative to reduce this negative impact. This community service aims to study the potential use of eco print and eco enzymes in producing multi-functional environmentally friendly products in Delik Sari Village, Semarang. The research method used is training by presenting resource persons in accordance with the fields: eco print and eco enzymes Meanwhile, making eco prints aims to increase better product results and more diverse product diversification. Eco-enzymes produced by bacteria and fungi are used as basic ingredients for making environmentally friendly soaps and household cleaners. The results of community service show that the use of eco print and eco enzyme technology can produce quality fabric products with attractive and durable colors. In addition, the waste products from the eco print and eco enzyme processes can be used as organic fertilizer which is useful for agriculture in Delik Sari Village. Thus, eco print and eco enzyme technologies have great potential to produce multi-functional environmentally friendly products that can improve the welfare of the people of Kampung Delik Sari, Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang City.

Abstract

This community service aims to help improve the sustainability of food and beverage Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Pemalang Regency through the effective application of financial management. Pemalang Regency, like many regions in Indonesia, has a thriving UMKM sector in the food and beverage industry. However, many of them face various issues, including a lack of understanding of good financial management. This community service includes training and mentoring for UMKM owners in the effective implementation of financial management. Business owners are provided with an understanding of the importance of proper financial record-keeping, budget planning, cash management, and wise investment. They are also given access to simple accounting software to assist them in recording financial transactions. The impact of this community service is highly positive. Owners of food and beverage UMKM in Pemalang Regency can optimize the use of their financial resources, improve operational efficiency, and generate higher profits. They are also better equipped to handle financial risks and have improved access to sources of financing. Furthermore, this activity contributes to increased employment opportunities in the region, supports the local economy, and enhances the quality of life for the surrounding community. More competitive UMKM also enhances the competitiveness of Pemalang Regency in the regional market. In conclusion, this community service has successfully enhanced the sustainability of food and beverage UMKM in Pemalang Regency through the effective implementation of financial management. With improved understanding and skills in financial management, UMKM can better address financial challenges and contribute to local economic growth.
