Abstract

AbtrakFungsi utama pajak adalah sebagai sumber keuangan Negara (Budgetair) dan alat pengatur Negara (Reguler). Terdapat perbedaan prinsip antara system perpajakan sebelum taxreform dengan system perpajakan sekarang. Hal tersebut disebabkan diubahnya Sistem Offisial Assessment dengan Sistem Self Assessment. Melalui pelaksanaan system Self Assessment diharapkan administasi perpajak dapat dilaksanakan dengan lebih rapi,terkendali,sederhana dan mudah dipahami oleh anggota masyarakat wajib pajak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi Wajib Pajak dan Pelaksanaan system Self Assessment dengan tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak perseorangan pada Kantor Pelayanan pajak Semarang Barat.Populasi yang dijadikan obyek adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak Perseorangan yaitu sebesar 11.139 Orang (per Maret 2012).Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebesar 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah cara undian. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas korelasi Rank Spearman,korelasi Kendall W dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan masalah yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut :1. Terdapat hubungan yang positip antara Persepsi Wajib Pajak (X1) dengan tingkat kepatuhanWajib Pajak Perseorangan (Y) 2. Terdapat hubungan yang positip antara Pelaksanaan Sistem Self Assessment (X2) dengantingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Perseorangan (Y)3. Terdapat hubungan yang positip antara Persepsi Wajib Pajak (X1) dan Pelaksanaan Sistem Self Assessment (X2) dengan tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Perseorangan (Y)Kata Kunci : Persepsi Wajib Pajak, System Self Assessment,Kepatuhan AbstractThe main function is as a source of finance tax state (budgetair) and State regulating device (Regular). Samples are taken by 100 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The method used for sampling is a way of lottery. Analysis tools used in this research is to test the validity of the Spearman rank correlation, correlation Kendall W and hypothesis testingBased on the research and discussion of issues that have been done can be summed up as follows: 1. There is a positive relationship between the perception of the taxpayer (X1) with an Individual Taxpayer compliance rate (Y)2. Abstract

Abstract Accounting Information Systems is a group of subsystems that process financial and non financial transactions that directly affect the processing of financial transactions. Subsystem consists of processing System Transaction Reporting System General Ledger / Financial and Management Reporting systems. REA is a conceptual modeling tool specifically designed to complement the structure in the design database. This type of entity in the REA model is divided into three categories, namely Resource, Events and Agents. REA diagram is used as supplementary documentation, which is useful for documenting the formation of advanced AIS. After the REA diagram is completed, REA diagram can be used to design a good relational  database structure. To implement the REA diagram into a relational database required three steps: making a table for each entity and relationship N:M, define attributes for each table, and implement Relationship 1:1 and 1:N Key words: accounting information systems, internal control

Abstract

This research is to examine the factors that affect the performance marketing excellence as efforts to build sustainable compete in a craftsman wingko babat  in semarang city .We explained the purpose of research done by craftsmen wingko babat  in efforts to improve the performance marketing ?Explained how large of tripe by a craftsman wingko compete to build sustained excellence among fellow craftsman wingko babat  in semarang city explain what factors causing a craftsman wingko babat  able to compete .In this study population as an object of research is all a craftsman wingko babat in semarang city , while the sample is used as a number of respondents who mingisi kuesioner.yaitu 116 respondents craftsman wingko babat  . The method chosen to analyze data should conform to variable patterns research and will diteliti.the structural equation modelling ( SEM ) of software packages statistic amos used in model and the testing of hypotheses.Mostly educated, senior / respondents master most respondents the female sex .pada the regression coefficient variable variable positip, influential latent all Likewise to the regression coefficient konstruk each variable indicate the dimensions has the highest value. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian sistem sosial perdagangan, sebagai upaya memahami kondisi yang melatarbelakangi sistem perdagangan yang berjalan. Usaha kecil berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional terutama penyerapan tenaga.  Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengetahui  bagaimana pengrajin wingko babat mampu berkompetensi secara social untuk menjadi wirausaha yang berjiwa sosial.  Untuk mengetahui   apa    yang   mempengaruhi    pengrajin    wingko    babat   bisa bertahan   dalam    melaksanakan usaha agar berkelanjutan (sustainable).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen, Kepercayaan, Jejaring terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Populasi dan Sampel  dalam   penelitian   ini      adalah   seluruh   pengrajin   Wingko babat yang ada di Kota Semarang  sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda Hasil  Penelitian membuktikan bahwa keseluruhan variabel bebas ( Komitmen, Kepercayaan, Jejaring ) mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Bersaing,Komitmen,Kepercayaan,JejaringThis research is a study of the social system of trade , in an effort to understand the underlying conditions that run trading systems . Small businesses play an important role in the national economy , especially the absorption of energy . The problem of this study are : To find out how craftsmen wingko tripe able to be socially competent social minded entrepreneurs . To find out what affects craftsmen wingko tripe can survive in implementing business continuity plans (sustainable ) ? The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Commitment,  Trust,ExcellenceNetworktoCompete . Population and samples in this study were all craftsmen Wingko tripe in the city of Semarang were 86 respondents . Analysis of the data used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Research results prove that the overall independent variables ( Commitment , Trust , Network ) has a significant positive effect on Competitive Advantage

Abstract

Stocks of property are sector having high sensitivity to the chage of macro economic condition and having different stock return volatility. The aim of this research are to analyze the influence of economic macro indicator such as inflation, rate of interest and exchange rate of Rupiah / US Dollar.             This research used analyzing statistic method. Independent variables are inflation, rate of interest and exchange rate of Rupiah /US Dollar Dependent variables are stock return of property. Technique sample used sensus method with listed criteria in Indonesian Stock Exchange which have a complete financial statement. Sample of research are consist of 25 property companies. Data technique analysis used in this research is double linier regression anylysis. The result of this research indicates that by parsial analysis with alpha (a) 0,05 find that inflation does have a significant effect to stock return of property but rate of interest. does have a significant effect to stock return of property, and exchange rate of Rupiah / US Dollar  does have a significant effect to stock return of property.Keywords : inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, stock return

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Small businesses play an important role in the national economy, especially the absorption of workers. The problems of this study are: To find out how wingko babat entrepreneurs are able to be have social competentences of entrepreneurs. To find out what affects that can make wingko babat enrtrepreneurs survive in implementing sustainable business plans.             The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Commitment, Trust, and Network toward Competetitive advantage. Population and samples in this study was all Wingko babat entrepreneur in the city of Semarang, namely 86 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.              Research results proved that the overall independent variables (Commitment, Trust, and Network) had a significant and positively effect on Competitive Advantage. Abstract

Desa Susukan memiliki potensi ekonomi dari sumber alam, yaitu lahan pertanian yang luas untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi lahan-lahan produktif oleh masyarakat. Selama ini pengembangan lahan pertanian hanya di kembangkan oleh para laki-laki, karena para perempuan desa melakukan kegiatan pertanian hanya sebagai hobi dan hanya sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk dikonsumsi sendiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini dalam untuk mengetahui potensi masyarakat secara maksimal di bidang pertanian (khususnya kaum perempuan) sehingga hasilnya untuk dapat ditindak lanjut oleh pemangku kepentingan sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi desa. Analisis SWOT adalah penilaian terhadap hasil identifikasi situasi, untuk menentukan apakah suatu kondisi dikategorikan sebagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang atau ancaman. Analisis SWOT merupakan bagian dari proses perencanaan. Hal utama yang ditekankan adalah bahwa dalam proses perencanaan tersebut, membutuhkan penilaian mengenai kondisi saat ini dan gambaran ke depan yang mempengaruhi proses pencapaian tujuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang penurunan kualitas laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga sektor publik. Fakultas Kedokteran sebagai salah satu institusi sektor publik yang menghasilkan tenaga kesehatan perlu memiliki laporan keuangan yang berkualitas agar operasional institusi dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai staf fakultas kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro. Variabel yang diteliti adalah komitmen kepemimpinan, kompetensi SDM dan sistem informasi sebagai variabel independen, kemudian kualitas laporan keuangan sebagai variabel dependen dan manajemen aset sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompetensi SDM, dan sistem informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen aset. Selain itu, kepemimpinan, kompetensi SDM, sistem informasi, dan manajemen aset terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Uji mediasi telah membuktikan bahwa manajemen aset dapat menjadi mediator pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi SDM dan sistem informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Stock Prices Fluctuation affected by market conditions indicates that the company is not doing well. Fluctuations in the share price of Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia are influenced by unstable market conditions. The aim of this study is to find out whether the stocks which have been recommended by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia 2021 is superior or inferior. The data used in this study were in the form of secondary data contained in the Market Outlook published by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia, which consisted of 33 stocks during the research period. Moreover, this type of research used case studies. The result of the study shows that the value of the regression constant is negative with a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia's stock portfolio for the January–December 2021 period is inferior which shows that the performance of the portfolio with the index has bad performance. In addition, companies whose shares have good performance are expected to maintain their company's performance, while companies that have bad performance can improve their company's performance.
