Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan prososial siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan informasi dengan teknik bibliotherapy di SD N Sekaran 01, Semarang. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi kelas enam di SD N Sekaran 01 berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling didasarkan atas tujuan dan pertimbangan tertentu, kemudian diambil sampel dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala prososial berjumlah 40 item. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase siswa naik dari 51% menjadi 83%, dan hasil uji thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 17.333 > 2.086. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi dengan teknik bibliotherapy efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa.   The purpose of this research is to know the prosocial ability of student before and after the given information service with the technique of bibliotherapy in SD N Sekaran 01, Semarang. This experiment uses one-group pretest and post test design. The population of this class is sixth grade in SD N Sekaran 01 amounted fourty students. Sample retneval technique used is a purposive sampling based upon the purpose and particular consideration so obtained sample amounted to twenty students. Data collection uses prosocial scale 40 items. Data analysis uses descriptive percentage and t-test. This research shows that the result increases percentage of 51% to 83% and the result is ttabel > ttabel : 17.333 > 2.086. So it can be conclution that information service with bibliotherapy technique is effective to increases behavior of prosocial students.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the SMA needs assessment in Kudus and teacher ratings of the software DCM® BK. This form of research evaluation studies software DCM® used by school counselor in SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudust by qualitative descriptive research. The study involved a school counselor as the primary data source and school personnel as a secondary data source. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of research in the field shows that school counselor SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus and already using several types of devices. In analyzing the results of DCM are already using software DCM®, but the operationalize software DCM® still experiencing difficulties, difficulties occurred due to the design of software that still has a weakness or a lack of skills in information technology owned school counselor, it can be concluded that appraisal to software DCM® school counselor are less effective for use in the programming need assessment.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in Pemalang in the used of software IKMS® for planning program. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of planning BK program and the use of softwareIKMS® in SMA Negeri Pemalang. This study used qualitative research with descriptive design. This study involved counselor as the main data source and school personnel as supporting data.  The technique of collecting data used interview, check list, and documentation. The technique validity of data used triangulation source. The analysis of the data used the data display, data reduction, triangulation and verification. The result is implementation of need assessment, determination of data interpretation, determination of priority needs, goal setting program, determination of the procedure program, and evaluation planning is good. The obstacle of the using IKMS® softwarewas complicated data processed. The advantage of the using IKMS® program was more efficient because it did not need much time to analyzing data. The deficiency of the using of IKMS® program was the counselor is uncreative in making programs. From the result and discussion can be concluded that according to the councelor to use of softwareIKMS® was less effective in the planning BK programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of BK services in Semarang whether all services can be implemented by counselor with qualitative. descriptive study is about the implementation of BK services that include direct services such as the assignment of counselor, RPLBK used as a reference implementation of the service, and indirect services such as directing students through services such as media, teachers held consultations BK, counselor and cooperation with stakeholders, samples are teachers who carry out services BK. Respondents are counselors and school personnel as supporting data sources, data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used data triangulation. Data Analysis namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Results of research tasks counselor in implementing services classical, individuals and groups are still less than the maximum hampered by the allocation of time, the structure in RPLBK not much has changed and every year almost the same, directing students through various forms of media, but in its implementation counselor still less attention to media such boards are rarely updated guidance and sharing boxes that were not appropriate in its implementation, consultations counselor not yet fully done together stakeholders

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the use of software in management IKMS® BK in SMA Semarang with descriptive research. In this thesis discusses the BK management planning, in the sphere of software IKMS® is in how the software operational IKMS® by teachers BK, obstacles encountered, IKMS® software weaknesses, advantages IKMS® software. The research location is in the district high schools in Semarang. Samples are schools that use software IKMS® as a need assessment instruments and analysis. Respondents are school counselors and school personnel as a data source support. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used in this research is data triangulation.Results of research in the field indicates that planning in the management of BK are in accordance with the procedure, there is no constraint in operationalising software IKMS® by BK teachers, except in the input data is quite long. There are some disadvantages of IKMS® as students answer is still questionable honesty, need assessment results only acquire data from students nonverbal course, use a long time and the means used quite a lot. The advantages of the software are to assist in the administration IKMS® BK teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan informasi dengan media gambar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman sex education siswa kelas VI SDN Sadeng 01. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan delapan kali pertemuan dengan subjek penelitian 18 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan tes. Wawancara dilakukan untuk pengambilan data awal, dan instrument tes untuk pengambilan data penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman sex education siswa dalam kategori sedang (51%). Setelah diberikan layanan informasi dengan media gambar menjadi meningkat dalam kategori sangat tinggi (84,78%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi dengan media gambar efektif meningkatkan pemahaman sex education siswa. The purpose of this research was to test the effectiveness of information services with media image to improve understanding of sex education grade VI SDN Sadeng 01. This type of research is a research experiment one group pre test post test design. This research is conducted eight times with 18 students of the subject. Data collection was done with interviews and tests. Interviews conducted for the initial data retrieval, and test instruments for data retrieval research. Analytical techniques descriptive analysis of the data using the percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed that understanding sex education students in the category are (51%). After being given information services by media pictures be increased within the category of very high (84.78%). It is shown that the service information with media images effectively improve understanding sex education students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMP baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi 286 siswa dan sampel 158 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,648, p = <0,05), kemudian antara dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,350, p = <0,05). Begitu pula antara konsep diri dan dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,658 , p = <0,05). Kata kunci : konsep diri; dukungan sosial; penyesuaian diri   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social support with the self-adjustment of students of class VII SMP either partially or jointly. This study uses correlational quantitative design with a population of 286 students and a sample of 158 students. the sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis techniques using multiple correlation. The results showed that between self-concept and self-adjustment had significant correlation (R = 0,648, p = <0,05), then between social support and self-adjustment also had significant correlation (R = 0,350, p = <0,05 ). Similarly, between self-concept and social support with self-adjustment also has a significant relationship (R = 0.658, p = <0.05). Keyword: self-concept, social support, social support

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi keluarga dan self acceptance terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja baik secara persial maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian expost facto. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 342 dari populasi 26.323 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kondisi keluarga terhadap kepercayaan diri (R=0,406, t=5,452 dan p=0,000<0,05). Kemudian self accepten terhadap kepercayaan diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R=0,199, t= 7,739 dan p=0,000 <0,05). Begitu pula kondisi keluarga dan self acceptance terhadap kepercayaan diri (R=0,605, F=97,661 dan p=0,000 <0,05). Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya dampak dari pemberian career planning strategy terhadap survival skills siswa kelas XII Multimedia 2 SMK Negeri 4 Semarang dalam menghadapi masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, delapan kali treatment disertai pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada siswa, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskripsi persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang didasarkan atas tujuan dan pertimbangan tertentu sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 15 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala psikologis dengan 36 item dengan empat jenjang skala yaitu sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, sangat tidak setuju Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian career planning strategy dalam layanan penguasaan konten dapat meningkatkan survival skills siswa.Kata Kunci: Survival Skills; Career Planning Strategy; Layanan Penguasaan Konten ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research to determine the impact of the provision of career planning strategy against the survival skills of students of class XII Multimedia 2 SMK Negeri 4 Semarang in the face of problems. This research is an experimental research, with eight times treatment and pre-test, post-test given to the student, then analyzed by using percentage description and wilcoxon test. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling based on the purpose and certain considerations so that the sample of 15 students. Data collection was done by using psychological scale with 36 items with four levels of scale that strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree The results showed that giving career planning strategy in content mastery service can improve survival skills of students.Keywords: Survival Skills; Career Planning Strategy; Content Mastery Service

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara internal locus of control dan  dukungan keluarga dengan perencanaan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Majenang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 151 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala internal locus of control, angket dukungan keluarga dan angket perencanaan karir. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji normalitas data, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesisi yaitu product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara internal locus of control dan dukungan keluarga dengan perencanaan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Majenang (Rhitung 0,528 ≥Rtabel 0,134; nilai signifikansi Fhitung 28,59 ≥ Ftabel 3,06). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi internal locus of control dan  dukungan keluarga maka semakin tinggi pula perencanaan karir, sebaliknya semakin rendah internal locus of control dan  dukungan keluarga, semakin rendah pula perencanaan karirnya. Kata kunci: Internal Locus of Control; Dukungan keluarga; Perencanaan Karir   ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research was to knoe relationship between internal locus of control and support families with career planning of students of xlass X SMA Negeri 1 Majenang. Type of this research is descriptive research korelasional. This research taken samples as many as 151 students. Data collectional is done using an internal locus of control csale, the now family support and career planning now. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis of the percentage of data normality, test, test and test the hypothesis of linearty, i.e. the product moment correlation and double. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between internal locus of control and support families with career planning of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Majenang (Rhitung 0,528 ≥Rtabel 0,134; significane value  Fhitung 28,59 ≥ Ftabel 3,06). It shows that the higher internal locus of control and family support the higher career planning, otherwise the lower internal locus of control and support of family, the lower the career planning anyway.   Keywords:  Internal Locus of Control; Family Support; Career Planning
