Abstract

International School Of Taraf International Amanatul Ummah is one of the schools that continues to produce quality students as evidenced by their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze: Strategies, results, and factors supporting and inhibiting training and development management as well as the personality of educators and education personnel. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, from the informants of the School Coordinator, Educators and Education and Students. The results showed that 1) Management training and development through the following stages: Planning, namely a School Idiom, participatory management, formation of subject teacher deliberations, internal-external training. The implementation process, through needs assessment, provides encouragement and confidence, conditions the learning environment, ensures training implementation, selects training methods, evaluates training programs. The result, through transfers of knowledge, is accomplished. Factors. Supporters; personal teachers, institutions. Blocker; teacher teaching time, teacher vacation time. Meanwhile, 2) personal management of teachers through the following stages: Planning, from the Coordinating School of International Taraf, namely annual meeting discussions, teacher selection materials, creating a culture of partnership, building a climate. As for the teacher through the institutional environment, motivation from outside. The implementation steps, from the coordinator of the International Bertaraf School, namely selecting personal teachers, holding seminars, meeting regulations, building self-confidence, establishing communication, starting from oneself, respecting time, having a social spirit. As for the teacher, namely understanding competence, maintaining dignity, instructive reprimand, students a source of inspiration, wisely admonishing coworkers, giving encouragement help, establishing good relationships with superiors, self-reflection. Factors. Supporters; environment, peer teachers, motivation. Blocker; genetic factors, saturation factors. Result. International Traffic School teachers, Amanatul Ummah, in their competence have been very helpful in terms of learning and as a good role model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat di MI Darussalam serta langkah-langkah strategis madrasah dalam menumbuhkan minat masyarakat di MI Darussalam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru, wali murid, dan masyarakat sekitar. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti menggunakan analisis SWOT mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat di MI Darussalam. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari faktor internal yang terdiri dari kelemahan dan kekuatan dan faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari ancaman dan peluang. Setelah menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut diperoleh langkah-langkah strategis yaitu: 1) Melakukan perbaikan internal tata kelola lembaga dan sumber daya manusia serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat. 2) Melakukan inovasi program kegaiatan yang berorientasi peningkatan potensi dan prestasi siswa serta mengikutkan siswa dalam kompetisi lomba antar sekolah. 3) Melalakukan inovasi pembiayaan dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan sponsor, memanfaatkan koperasi madrasah, serta menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan wali murid melalui komite madrasah. 4) Mempercepat pembangunan sarana gedung yang terpisah dengan unit lain.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze curriculum planning; (2) curriculum organization; (3) curriculum implementation; and (4) curriculum evaluation at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junwangi Sidoarjo. This article uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study are: (1) The curriculum planning of Kutubut Turost Studio in Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is based on the vision, mission, and goals of the school. (2) The organization of the Kutubut Turost Studio curriculum at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is divided into four areas that handle tasks proportionally with the aim of facilitating the implementation of the curriculum. The four fields include the Santrian Division which consists of the student council and the SKT and STE program, the Curriculum Division (7 student obligations) dealing with prayer discipline, language discipline, learning discipline, hygiene discipline, and security discipline, extra-curricular fields including tausiyah and ACEN recitations, PGPQ and reading the Qur'an, Muhadharah, Haulya qoryah, PJ Guest House and other extras and the field of pesantren economics including cooperatives, canteens & restaurants, ALBER and Wartel. (3) Implementation of the curriculum, namely the class level through the division of teaching tasks and the boarding school level through learning activities in the classroom and activities outside the classroom. (4) The evaluation of the curriculum carried out at the Kutubut Turost Studio at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School was based on several things, namely: based on needs and suitability, and based on proposals based on semester exam results and observations made by homeroom teachers and tutors. Meanwhile, there are three curriculum evaluations conducted by Sanggar Kutubut Turost at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2, evaluation in the cognitive field, evaluation in the field of character and personality, and the last evaluation in the field of discipline.
