Abstract

  Freshwater cassava is one of the aquaculture commodities that is economically viable. Hutaimbaru is one of the villages in the Hutaimbaru sub-district where most of the residents have freshwater cassava ponds either for hobbies or additional income, therefore students are encouraged to carry out PKM activities in this village to develop freshwater cassava farming in this village. The objectives of this PKM are (1) to know what freshwater cassava farming is (2) to know how to cultivate freshwater cassava in a narrow area of ​​hutaimbaru village (3) to know the positive impact of freshwater cassava farming in the hutaimbaru village. The data collection technique used includes observation and documentation, the method used in its implementation is the Participatory Rural Appraisal method, which is an approach method that invites the community to participate in the development of activities. The results achieved from this PKM activity are increasing and developing interest and pote nsi of the community in freshwater cassava farming activities, as well as the realization of the image and development of freshwater cassava farming in improving the economy of the surrounding community.   Keywords : Managing cassava into a legit layer cake, Runding Village     Abstrak Singkong merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan manfaat yang bernilai ekonomis.Runding adalah salah satu desa di kecamatan panyabungan barat yang sebagian besar penduduknya memiliki lahan baik untuksekedar hobi atau tambahan dari penghasilan,oleh karena itu mahasiwa terdorong untuk melakukan kegiatan Pkm pada desa ini untuk mengembangkan manfaat singkong pada desa ini.Adapun Tujuan Pkm ini yaitu (1) mengetahui apa itu manfaat singkong  (2) Mengetahui bagaimana cara memanfaatkan singkong dilahan sempit desa runding (3) mengetahui dampak positif dari budidaya singkong dilahan sempit desa Runding.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan dokumentasi,metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah metode model Participatory Rural Apraissal yaitu suatu metode pendekatan yang mengajak masyarakat untuk turut berpartisipasi pada pengembangan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan.Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan Pkm ini yaitu meningkat dan berkembangnya minat dan potensi masyarakat dalam kegiatan manfaat singkong,serta terwujudnya citra dan berkembangnya memanfaatkan singkong dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.   Kata Kunci :  Mengolah Singkong menjadi kue lapis legit

Abstract

Effective management is the key for Islamic educational institutions to remain relevant in providing quality education based on Islamic values, while meeting the demands of modern professionalism. The application of organizational psychology in educational management strengthens performance, relationships between staff, and creates a conducive work environment that supports educational goals and character development of students. This study aims to examine how the application of organizational psychology in SD Alfa Centauri is implemented, how it affects management performance and effectiveness, and how this application model can be adapted by other schools. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations. This research succeeded in achieving its goal, which is to identify the application of organizational psychology in SD Alfa Centauri and develop a model that can be adapted by other Islamic educational institutions. This study succeeded in providing a clear picture of how the application of organizational psychology not only supports the welfare of educators, but also improves the quality of school management as a whole.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang urgensi pendidikan karakter, kebutuhan terus menerus untuk membangkitkan dan memperkuat kesadaran di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia bahwa masa depan yang lebih baik harus diupayakan dengan membangun dan memperkuat karakter masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya Generasi Z, orang yang lahir antara tahun 1995 sampai tahun 2010. Generasi ini sering disebut sebagai generasi internet. Mereka selalu terhubung dengan dunia maya dan dapat melakukan segala sesuatu dengan teknologi canggih yang ada. Karena kecanggihan teknologi ini, Gen Z dapat dengan mudah mencari sumber berita atau budaya dari luar tanpa tersaring. Gen Z mudah terjerumus ke dalam hal-hal negatif jika tidak pernah diajarkan pendidikan karakter yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

This study examines educators’ perceptions of AI, particularly ChatGPT, focusing on comfort, ethical considerations, and teaching readiness within teacher education. The study responds to the rapid integration of AI in education and the need for its responsible and pedagogically meaningful use. An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design was employed. Quantitative data were collected through an online survey of 120 in-service educators from various educational levels in Indonesia, measuring technology comfort, perceived benefits and risks of AI, personal readiness, and institutional support. To deepen the findings, qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with 20 purposively selected participants. Quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, and correlation analysis, while qualitative data were analysed thematically with support from LDA topic modelling. The results show that most educators hold positive attitudes toward AI and perceive ChatGPT as useful for instructional planning, writing assistance, and feedback provision. Nevertheless, ethical concerns, particularly related to plagiarism, fairness, and student dependency, remain significant. Although educators report moderate to high personal readiness to adopt AI, institutional support in terms of clear policies, ethical guidelines, and professional development is still limited. This study underscores the importance of strengthening AI literacy, developing ethical frameworks, and enhancing institutional support to ensure the sustainable and responsible integration of AI in teacher education.
