Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to educate students at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran on how to avoid drug abuse. drug abuse. This community service activity used an counseling strategy; all activities were planned and conducted with 25 student representatives from each grade and level. The comparison results between pre-test and post-test showed that the PKM can improve the knowledge of participants about the dangers of drugs and drug abuse prevention efforts; the number of participants who were able to mention the types of drugs, the dangers of drugs, and efforts to prevent drug drug abuse prevention efforts increased from 30% to 95%, and the average score reached 87 out of the maximum score. reached 87 out of the maximum score.

Abstract

SMA N 1 Air Joman memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula, terutama menjelang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Serentak Tahun 2024. Sekolah melakukan upaya untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang pentingnya hak suara mereka dengan membentuk kelompok sosialisasi pemilih. Terlepas dari keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan saat ini, pendampingan pemilih pemula di SMA N 1 Air Joman bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman tentang proses pemilihan. Anggota kelompok diharapkan dapat berbagi informasi dengan teman-teman sekelas. Kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui diskusi dan ceramah. Siswa dapat memanfaatkan sepenuhnya potensi mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam pemilu, dan teman-teman mereka dapat tertarik untuk menggunakan hak suara mereka berdasarkan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh. Selain itu, pendampingan ini membantu siswa lebih memahami pentingnya berpartisipasi dalam pemilu

Abstract

Social stratification is a system in the social order that divides individuals into social classes. Finally, the social class will differentiate both the level and the rights and obligations of each individual in the class. The basis and core of a social stratification system is that there is an imbalance in the acquisition of rights and obligations, as well as responsibilities, between each individual and group in a series of social systems. The purpose of this research is to examine how law is applied at every level of society in Indonesia. This article was written using a qualitative technique, and it is designed to provide theoretical and practical usefulness to the community. According to the discussion, a social stratification system is one in which there is a distinction between one class or groups in standardized classes. Furthermore, there is evidence that there is a disparity between class stratification and law enforcement in Indonesia. As a result, law enforcement should be carried out in line with the applicable laws that have been jointly agreed upon in order to avoid creating a new long-term problems.

Abstract

To achieve peaceful dispute resolution, the Supreme Court has shifted from a court approach to a legal dispute resolution approach by utilizing electronic media in the current modern era in order to carry out the administration of justice in a simple, fast and low cost manner and as an effort to increase access to justice. has issued Supreme Court Regulation (PerMA) number 3 of 2022 concerning electronic mediation in court. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effectiveness of electronic mediation in resolving divorce cases at the Tanjungbalai Religious Court using empirical methods, namely research carried out directly or field observations. This research model comes from social science to research social problems and phenomena. This research was conducted at the Tanjungbalai Religious Court, North Sumatra Province. The conclusion of this research is that mediation of divorce cases at the Tanjungbalai Religious Court which is carried out electronically is not yet effective because it is not in accordance with the intent of the issuance of the Supreme Court Regulation concerning Mediation Procedures in court which is carried out using electronic media in accordance with PerMA number 3 of 2022.
