Abstract

ABSTRACTThe merari ’traditional sasak tribe, is considered a product of local culture and is also considered to be an original ritual that has been practiced by the sasak tribe community for the past year years ago. Unwittingly, the noble values of all aspects of life are regulated by customary law norms. From the current background, the formulation of the problem from this research. What are the reasons for the Sasak people to marry Merari? What are the procedures for the Merari traditional marriage to the Sasak tribe? Are there customary sanctions imposed by the customary head if there are customary members who do not do the Merari customary marriage? This research uses sociological juridical methods. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that Merari's conclusion is a symbol of the brave attitude and self-esteem of a Sasak man. And on the other hand, the parents of Sasak tribes who were run away were also opposed, or could be given by the parents of this girl could be rejected if necessary. The procedures for merari's marriage Sasak not only carry the eyes of one's girl, there are some sacred procedures. Merari 'customary marriage does not bind the community to carry out marriage by merari, and therefore the transition of people who do not do merari marriage, then no sanctions are given.Keywords: Merari’ Customary Marriage, Sasak Tribe, CustomABSTRAKPerkawinan adat Merari’ suku sasak,dianggap sebagai budaya produk lokal dan juga dianggap menjadi ritual asli yang sudah dipraktekkan oleh masyarakat suku sasak secara turun temurun selama puluhan tahun bahkan ratusan tahun. Tanpa disadari banwa nilai-nilai luhur dari semua aspek kehidupan telah diatur dengan norma-norma hukum adat. Dari latar belakang tersebut rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini Apa yang menjadi alasan masyarakat Suku Sasak melakukan perkawinan Merari’? Bagaimana tata cara perkawinan adat Merari’ pada masyarakat adat Suku Sasak? Adakah sanksi adat yang dijatuhkan oleh kepala adat jika ada anggota adat yang tidak melakukan perkawinan adat Merari’? penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian maka bisa dutarik kesimpulan Merari’ sebagai salah satu simbol sikap pemberani dan harga diri seorang laik-laki Suku Sasak. Dan pada sisi lain, bagi orang tua gadis Suku Sasak yang dilarikan juga cenderung resisten, atau bisa dikatakan orang tua gadis tersebut bisa menolak jika anaknya diminta secara biasa begitu saja. Tata cara perkawinan merari’ Suku Sasak tidak semata-mata membawa lari anak gadis seseorang, ada beberapa tata cara yang sacral. Perkawinan adat merari’ ini tidak mengikat masyarakat untuk melakukan perkawinan dengan cara merari, maka dari itu apabila ada masyarakat yang tidak melakukan perkawinan merari, maka tidak ada sanksi yang diberikan.Kata Kunci: Perkawinan Adat Merari’, Adat Suku Sasak

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competitiveness of the UMKM Kopi Kuda Berkait in Sebong Pereh Village through packaging innovation and digital marketing education for local UMKM. The innovation involved designing modern, hygienic, and functional packaging to enhance the product's appeal and strengthen its brand identity. Digital marketing education was provided to the UMKMs in Sebong Pereh Village, including the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The implementation methods included interviews, observations, documentation, participation, and socialization. As a result, the packaging innovation successfully enhanced the branding of Kopi Kuda Berkait, while the digital marketing education helped local UMKMs understand digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach

Abstract

The Krame Desa tradition as an alternative solution to criminal acts of theft in the Sasak tribal community in Central Lombok. The background to the choice of this theme was the existence of a mechanism for resolving criminal acts of theft among the Sasak Traditional Law community in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village, called Krame Desa. Krame Desa is an activity carried out by two or more people and a group of people to determine who is wrong and right in terms of defending the property rights of one person or many people by drinking the ground water from the grave of the guardian of Nyatuk. Based on the above, this paper raises the formulation Problem: How is the implementation of the "Krame Desa" Customary Law in resolving criminal acts of theft among the Sasak tribe community in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village, Central Lombok Regency? What is the Strength of the Decision to Settle the Crime of Theft Through the Village Temple in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village, Central Lombok Regency? Then this paper was written using empirical research using a sociological juridical approach and a case approach. The research location is in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok. The data obtained by the author consisting of primary and secondary data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the meaning of Krame Desa is a mechanism for resolving disputes in the Sasak Customary Law community, especially in criminal acts of theft, where the philosophical basis is to restore magical and spiritual balance in society, in the process using oaths.
