Abstract

In this era, many organizations are increasingly using the PDCA model to enhance performance management, and one example is Kimia Farma in KM 9 Tanjungpinang. Despite the implementation of the PDCA model, there are still challenges in performance management at Kimia Farma KM 9 Tanjungpinang. The objective of this research is to understand how performance management is implemented at Kimia Farma KM 9 Tanjungpinang. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing interviews and direct observations with the pharmacy manager and assistant pharmacist at Kimia Farma KM 9 Tanjungpinang. The findings of this research indicate that Kimia Farma has implemented the PDCA model, including monthly planning sessions. Although challenges persist in the implementation, Kimia Farma conducts weekly evaluations and takes corrective actions to enhance performance management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tingkat kemiskinan Serta Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Kepulauan Riau apabila pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat maka akan berpihak pada kemiskinan atau pengangguran. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang berasal dari BPS provinsi Kepulauan Riau selama periode 2011-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Kepulauan Riau. Sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Kepulauan Riau. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpihak kepada Tingkat Peangangguran Terbuka (TPT).

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competitiveness of the UMKM Kopi Kuda Berkait in Sebong Pereh Village through packaging innovation and digital marketing education for local UMKM. The innovation involved designing modern, hygienic, and functional packaging to enhance the product's appeal and strengthen its brand identity. Digital marketing education was provided to the UMKMs in Sebong Pereh Village, including the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The implementation methods included interviews, observations, documentation, participation, and socialization. As a result, the packaging innovation successfully enhanced the branding of Kopi Kuda Berkait, while the digital marketing education helped local UMKMs understand digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach
