Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication strategy in the development of regional tourism in Blitar using the Amazing Blitar application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method, with documentative data collection technique. The result showed that the use of STOP SIT marketing communication strategy in marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar in the use of Amazing Blitar application, namely Segmentation, Targeting, Objectives, Positioning, Sequence of Tools, Integrating, Tools. In the marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar area, the use of the Amazing Blitar application continues to be studied to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Amazing Blitar application, identifying all opportunities and obstacles or threats faced. Marketing promotion or development programs are prepared by considering various aspects and analyzing the target market, namely tourists from both within and outside Blitar. In the STOP SIT marketing communication strategy must be a planning which is an introduction to the problem, namely an analysis of the external and internal environment which produces several main problems or weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities. So that in the STOP SIT analysis, it is better if you also know the problem or obstacle or strength that the company has, both in terms of human resource capabilities, technology applications, facilities, capitals, and networks.

Abstract

Korean dramas often tell about issues that often occur in society, one of which is bullying. One of the Korean dramas that represents the phenomenon of bullying is "The Glory". This research aims to find out how bullying is represented in the Korean drama "The Glory" by analyzing scenes that display forms of bullying using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis.The results of this research found 12 scenes in 7 episodes that represent bullying behavior in the Korean drama "The Glory". The representation of bullying in the Korean drama "The Glory" shows various forms of bullying such as direct physical contact, direct verbal contact, direct non-verbal behavior, cyberbullying, and sexual harassment. The perpetrators of bullying feel they are powerful and have the power to act as they please, especially to students who appear weak and have no power. They come from rich or influential families and abuse their victims with impunity from the authorities. The perpetrators also have no sense of guilt at all, and even consider the bullying they do as entertainment.

Abstract

Kemampuan public speaking juga penting untuk dipelajari oleh santriwan santriwati di pondok pesantren, mengingat pondok pesantren sering dikenal sebagai salah satu pencetak calon pendakwah atau calon da’i dari berbagai daerah. Dakwah di era milenial ini dapat dilakukan dengan memposisikan dakwah sebagai ilmu yang dapat dikembangkan dan dievaluasi keberadaannya. Keilmuan dakwah perlu dikembangkan demnajdi ilmu islam komunikasi yang lebih compatible dengan perkembangan masyarakat dan ilmu pengetahuan. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yang meliputi pemberian materi, pelatihan, pembagian angket dan evaluasi. Pelatihan public speaking dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatus Sholihin Kuningan Kanigoro Blitar pada hari Sabtu, 05 Desember 2020. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas 34 orang yang merupakan santriwan/santriwati Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatus Sholihin Kuningan Kanigoro Blitar. Hasil evaluasi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dari 5 pernyataan yang ada di angket, presentase poin 1 dan 3 sebesar 58,8% peserta merasa Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 41,17% peserta merasa Setuju. Sedangkan pada poin 2 sebesar 50% peserta merasa Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 50% peserta merasa Setuju. Kemudian untuk poin ke 4 sebanyak 44,11% peserta Sangat Setuju, 41,17% peserta merasa Setuju, dan sisanya sebanyak 14,7% menjawab Tidak Setuju. Kemudian pada poin 5 sebanyak 55,8% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 41,17% Setuju. Sedangkan sebanyak 2,9% merasa Tidak Setuju.

Abstract

The use of speaking skills continues to develop according to the times and changes in art and models that occur in society.The ability of public speaking for women is very important, especially in understanding rhetoric and communication strategies in preaching such as speech techniques.Fatayat Nahdlatul 'Ulama is an Islamic youth organization, which is one of the autonomous institutions within the Nahdlatul 'Ulama. The objectives of this activity are (1) to increase knowledge, understanding. The place for the implementation of the community service training program at Fatayat NU in Papungan Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency. The method used includes the provision of material, including the provision of material, training, distribution of questionnaires and evaluation. The results of community service activities showed that the satisfaction of community service activities held by FISIPOL, Balitar Islamic University, the results of the questionnaire were 62.8% and 37.2% agreed. The expectations of participants from the results of the questionnaire, namely 57.7% and 42.3% agreed. Personnel/members of the community service activity team provide services according to the needs of participants with the results of the questionnaire as much as 55.9% and 44.1% agree. In every complaint/question/problem submitted, it is followed up properly by the resource persons/members involved with the results of the questionnaire as many as 60.5% and 39.5% agreeing and if this activity is held again.

Abstract

Di era persaingan dan kemajuan global saat ini bahwa keberadaan profesi (termasuk anggota profesi) sangat membutuhkan eksistensi diri untuk dikenal masyarakat. Supaya dikenal maka diperlukan usaha-usaha untuk memperkenalkan diri dengan cara yang sistematis dan berlanjut. Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan membangun citra diri yang baik tentang profesi dan anggota profesi tersebut. Pencitraan selalu berkaitan dengan personal branding yang digunakan untuk mengangkat nama orang atau profesi agar menjadi populer dan dikenal banyak orang. Di era teknologi digital seperti sekarang, banyak orang sukses dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Seseorang yang awalnya biasa-biasa saja, bisa menjadi terkenal karena melakukan personal branding yang tepat. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan citra diri ibu-ibu kader PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar dengan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang peningkatan citra diri melalui personal branding dengan mengenali kelemahan dan kelebihan yang ada pada dirinya sehingga akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri serta citra positif bagi ibu-ibu kader PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar. Adanya permasalah di PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar pada setiap kadernya karena kurang percaya diri dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat desa maka sangat penting untuk diberikan pelatihan personal branding sehingga mereka akan dapat memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dari personal branding untuk membangun citra diri bagi ibu-ibu kader PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan dan profesionalitas dalam praktik personal branding untuk membangun citra diri. Tempat pelaksanaan program pelatihan membangun citra diri dengan personal branding bagi ibu-ibu kader PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar dihadiri 60 peserta anggota PKK Desa Kaliboto Kecamatan Wonodadi Kabupaten Blitar. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu meliputi pemberian materi, pelatihan, pembagian angket dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bahwa kepuasan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan melalui peningkatan citra diri dengan personal branding bersama FISIPOL Universitas Islam Balitar hasil angketnya sebanyak 61, 8 % sangat setuju dan sebesar 38,2%. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan melalui pelatihan peningkatan citra diri dengan personal branding bersama Universitas Islam Balitar sesuai dengan harapan peserta hasil angketnya sebanyak 56.7% sangat setuju dan sebesar 43.3%. Personil/anggota tim kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan hasil angketnya sebanyak 54.7% sangat setuju dan sebesar 45.3%. Dalam setiap keluhan/ pertanyaan/ permasalahan yang saya ajukan ditindaklanjuti dengan baik oleh narasumber/anggota yang terlibat hasil angketnya sebanyak 69.5% sangat setuju dan sebesar 40.5% dan jika kegiatan ini diselenggarakan kembali, saya bersedia untuk berpartisipasi/terlibat hasil angketnya sebanyak 51.8% sangat setuju dan sebesar 47.2%.

Abstract

Pentingnya keterampilan public speaking bagi remaja dan dengan dimilikinya keterampilan public speaking oleh remaja Desa Sumberingin Kecamatan Sanan Kulon Kabupaten Blitar ini, maka tidak akan ada lagi suasana saling tunjuk-menunjuk untuk menjadi pembicara maupun pembawa acara dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Selain itu juga tidak ada kesulitan dalam mencari pembicara/pembawa acara/MC (Master of Ceremony) untuk mensukseskan acara yang diagendakan. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas, peneliti merasa perlu mengadakan pelatihan tentang bagaimana cara seseorang berbicara kepada forum dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik public speaking yang baik dan benar untuk remaja dan bagaimana cara untuk berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan menarik. Kebersihan dan kerapian diri, mengucapkan salam, sikap ramah, berbicara yang sopan. Pelatihan public speaking dan grooming dilakukan di Desa Sumberingin Kecamatan Sanan Kulon Kabupaten Blitar pada hari Minggu, 15 Januari 2023. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas 50 orang yang merupakan remaja Desa Sumberingin Kecamatan Sanan Kulon Kabupaten Blitar. Hasil evaluasi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dari 5 pernyataan yang ada di angket, presentase poin 1 sebanyak 58,8% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 41,17% Setuju. Sedangkan pada point 2 sebanyak 54.11% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 45.17% Setuju. Pada poin 3 sebanyak 50.00% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 50.00% Setuju. Pada poin 4 sebanyak 44,11% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 41,17% Setuju. Akan tetapi sebanyak 14,7% menjawab Tidak Setuju. Sedangkan pada poin 5 sebanyak 55,8% Sangat Setuju dan sebesar 41,15% Setuju. The importance of public speaking skills for teenagers and with them public speaking skills by the youth of Sumberingin Village, Sanan Kulon District, Blitar Regency, there will no longer be an atmosphere of pointing fingers at each other to be speakers or presenters in every activity carried out. Apart from that, there was also no difficulty in finding a speaker/host/MC (Master Of Ceremony) to make the event that was scheduled a success. Based on the explanation above, the researcher feels the need to hold training on how someone speaks to forums using good and correct public speaking techniques for teenagers and how to look neat, clean, and attractive. Cleanliness and grooming, greeting, friendly attitude, speaking politely. Public speaking and grooming training was conducted in Sumberingin Village, Sanan Kulon District, Blitar Regency on Sunday, January 15, 2023. The training participants consisted of 50 people who were teenagers from Sumberingin Village, Sanan Kulon District, Blitar Regency. The results of the evaluation of this community service are that of the 5 statements in the questionnaire, the percentage of point 1 is 58.8% Strongly Agree and 41.17% Agree. While at point 2 as much as 54.11% Strongly Agree and 45.17% Agree. At point 3 as much as 50.00% Strongly Agree and 50.00% Agree. At point 4 as much as 44.11% Strongly Agree and 41.17% Agree. However, as much as 14.7% answered Disagree. Whereas in point 5 as much as 55.8% Strongly Agree and 41.15% Agree.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi dengan moderasi kemajuan teknologi pada generasi Z. Penelitian quantitative approach, populasinya seluruh investor saham di Blitar Raya. Sampling teknik dengan purposive random sampling pada generasi Z instrumen menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi 47.957 SID sesuai data OJK tahun 2023 sampel yang diambil adalah 227 responden generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi, kemajuan teknoloi juga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi, kemajuan teknologi mampu memberikan dorongan positif pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi generasi z. Abstract

Communication in the family should be understood and controlled by a mother or woman, the importance of a mother's role in a family makes the ability to educate through communication very important.Based on the explanation above, the author feels it is necessary to hold training on the role of family communication in creating a sense of mutual understanding and being a means of family harmony. Family communication training in creating a sense of mutual understanding and becoming a means of family harmony is carried out in service training carried out at the secretariat Blitar Women's Hands Up (TDA) community group, Pakunden Village, Blitar Cityon Friday, July 7 2024. The training participants consisted of 100 people who were women Blitar women's Hands Up (TDA) community group.There are several methods used in this training activity, including situation analysis, providing material, training, distributing questionnaires and evaluation. The objectives of this trial are: 1). To improve interpersonal communication skills, 2). To improve effective communication skills, 3) To improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills. The results of community service activities show that satisfaction with community service activities held by Blitar Islamic University is the result of the questionnaire, namelyability in family communicationBlitar women's Hands Up (TDA) communityplays a very important role in improving their self-quality, self-confidence and educational spirit. Service participants were satisfied with the community service activities held through training on the role of family communication with FISIPOL, Blitar Islamic University. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire, namely 62.4% and 37.6% agreed. Community service activities held through training on the role of family communication with Blitar Islamic University met the participants' expectations with the results of the questionnaire being 57.7% and 42.3% agreeing. Personnel/members of the community service activity team provide services according to participants' needs with the results of the questionnaire being 55.7% and 44.3% agreeing. Every complaint/question/problem raised was followed up well by the resource persons/members involved with the results of the questionnaire being 60.6% and 39.4% agreeing. If this activity is held again, I am willing to participate/involve with the results of the questionnaire being 51.5% and 48.5% agreeing.

Abstract

Javanese is a regional language commonly used by the Javanese people for interactions. The minimal use of Javanese Krama, this language is still in use today. The media company Jawa Pos Radar Blitar combines Indonesian and Javanese languages to disseminate information. This study aims to examine the use of Javanese in the main news articles of Jawa Pos Radar Blitar, focusing on the types and meanings. Researchers use qualitative research method to uncover data facts. The analysis results of using Semiotic Roland Barthes theory indicate there are three types of Javanese language in the January-February 2024 edition, namely ngoko, madya, and krama. Javanese Krama is not in Jawa Pos Radar Blitar. Ngoko is the most frequently used, with 13 words have positive meanings, while madya has only 3 words with negative. Positive meanings are defined as clear and singular, whilenegative meanings are ambiguous and have multiple interpretations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form and impact of interpersonal communication, self-disclosure, the use of second account on Instagram, a study on Communication Science Students Class of 2020 at Balitar Islamic University Blitar. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and uses purposive sampling techniques in collecting informants. Data collection using techniques: Interview, Observation, Documentation. The results of this study are forms of interpersonal communication self-disclosure (self-disclosure) on second Instagram accounts, Communication Science Students Class of 2020 photos, videos and meaningful words (quotes) on Instagram stories and feeds. The positive impact encountered, students can get to know themselves, the effectiveness of communication between informants and second account followers, avoid stress, feelings of relief, the emergence of emotional feelings such as empathy and mutual support, and maintain privacy. The negative impact obtained by informants is unpleasant comments, a sense of concern about the perspective of others, and dependence on second account.
