Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Mutu Layanan Sarana dan Prasarana Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Pusdiklat) Geologi Bandung”. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan tentang layanan sarana dan prasarana kepada peserta. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang membuat para peserta mengeluh tentang layanan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen. Misalnya beberapa alat PKL yang tidak bisa dipakai secara optimal, beberapa sarana dan prasarana yang tidak bisa dipakai dan beberapa alat perlengkapan yang tidak tepat waktu diberikan kepada peserta diklat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data secara jelas mengenai gambaran pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu layanan sarana dan prasarana diklat di Pusdiklat Geologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini adalah para peserta diklat yang sedang mengikuti beberapa diklat pada bulan Oktober Tahun 203 yaitu Diklat Mengoperasikan GPS Geodetik Untuk Penentuan Batas Wilayah, Diklat Penyusunan Database Airtanah dan Diklat Teknik Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa angket berdasarkan jumlah sample yaitu sebanyak 41 orang dengan pengolahan data melalui: Weighted Means Score (WMS), uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, uji signifikansi, dan analisis regresi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil manajemen sarana dan prasarana dirasakan sudah baik oleh para peserta diklat dengan memiliki nilai kecenderungan sebesar 3,80. Sementara mutu layanan sarana dan prasarana diklat dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan memiliki nilai sebesar 4,22. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi, menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,575 yang berarti variable X berkorelasi terhadap variable Y cukup kuat. Adapun tingkat hubungan antara manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu layanan sarana dan prasarana diklat sebesar 33,06% sisanya 66,94% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pihak lembaga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan sarana dan prasarananya dengan meningkatkan proses manajemennya sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektifitas penyelenggaraan diklat secara konsisten.Kata Kunci : manajemen sarana dan prasarana, mutu layanan

Abstract

Education of Administration programs is one of the discipline study about how to plan and develop all resources. As graduates who pursue education profession, absorption S1 graduates majoring in Educational of Administration has not fully relevant job with its competence. The aim of this study was to obtain a profile of the S1 graduates majoring in Educational of Administration of work in the office and the Department of Education Cimahi and Tutoring Center of Ganesha Operation section Elementary School Marketing Center in Bandung in Three research focus are: 1) Competency Profile S1 Department of Educational Administration in the field of work, 2) Relevance of courses, and 3) self-actualization S1 graduates majoring in Educational Administration. This is a source of research data Cimahi Secretary of Education, Staff Sub-Division and Reporting Program, Section Chief Marketing Promotion and Marketing Staff. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the findings and analysis in the field that 1) Competence S1 graduates majoring in Educational to Administration can meet the competency areas of work, 2) Subjects Administration Education S1 majoring in accordance with with the field work, and 3) self- Actualization S1 graduates majoring in Educational Administration at field work. The recommendation is based on the results of the empirical findings for: 1) Fulfillment by KKNI Competency Standards, 2) Model Profiles S1 graduates majoring in Educational Administration, 3) Development of programs majoring in Educational Administration, and 4) Optimization of Facility Development Department of Educational Administration.

Abstract

The government has now provided Bantuan Operasioanl Sekolah (BOS) program in the form of a budget allocated for teaching and learning activities in basic education units. The purpose of the BOS funding program is to improve the quality of learning and equal access to education services. BOS funding that uses the FLAT GRANT model as a Financing Model makes the equitable distribution of education services have gaps, especially in 3T (Terdepan, Terpencil dan Tertinggal) areas. Flat grants calculated based on the number of students make schools that have few students somewhat hampered in managing budgets. What's more, with difficult access to education, limited resources, the behavior of people who do not fully understand the benefits of schooling and the cost of expensive needs in the 3T area. So local governments must be more concerned about policy, planning, access, distribution, use, accountability and reporting that must be sustainable. This continuity is important in the management of education costs, so that the better the management of education costs, the better the output of schools as the productivity of a nation.

Abstract

Digitalization is growing rapidly at this time, especially digital platforms used in education. The use of the internet and social media in Indonesia is very massive. Therefore, it is necessary to increase digital skills, especially for students in developing their interests and talents in digital literacy. Digital skills in this activity are carried out by holding digital content creation seminars using the Canva platform as an attractive and easy-to-access digital content creation application. The seminar was held at YAS Sindangkerta High School by involving West Java ICT Volunteers and Student STAI Darul Falah Bandung Barat. This digital content can change students' habits to use the internet wisely and turn negative habits into more productive ones to create digital content of images, music and videos through a variety of digital products to be used in everyday learning life.

Abstract

Activities to conduct community service in Citapen Village, Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency, went smoothly. The planning process begins by creating a work program in the fields of religion, health and education designed according to the needs of the surrounding community. The process of community service is carried out in emergency PPKM so that it pays attention to strict health protocols, this becomes an obstacle because there are several programs that are effective due to limited resources. The evaluation process of community service implementation runs smoothly, judging by the enthusiasm of the community who want to participate and the LPPM who provides a good category in the process of organizing community service in Citapen Village, Cihampelas District of West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Nationally, early age marriage is increasing significantly. This leads to a need for outreach to teenagers regarding the negative impacts of early marriage. Early age generally comes from promiscuity, customs and economic factors. Therefore, community service activities from academic circles are needed to provide understanding to teenagers who are starting to face puberty. Community service regarding counseling on the negative impacts of early marriage was held at MTs Al Ikhwan West Bandung in collaboration with STAI Darul Falah students asagent of changein the world of education. This research is Community Service which was carried out by impelementing Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR is a research approach that involves active participation from the community being studied. Community service is carried out in 3 stages, the first is mapping potential and problems, the second is the implementation of early marriage socialization and the third is evaluating the implementation of early marriage socialization. This early marriage socialization program brings about social change in teenagers by creating new awareness towards better social transformation based on a strong foundation of religious character.

Abstract

Abstract: Stress and burnout among elementary school teachers in Indonesia are critical issues impacting not only the well-being of educators but also the quality of education delivered to students. This study identifies multiple factors contributing to teacher stress, including high workloads, administrative demands, frequent curriculum changes, and socio-economic challenges. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic further exacerbated these issues by introducing new challenges, such as the sudden transition to remote learning. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected from 175 elementary school teachers in Garut Regency through a semantic differential scale to measure stress levels. The findings revealed that the curriculum is the primary source of stress for teachers, followed by gender, age, school accreditation, employment status, and the presence of "Sekolah Penggerak" (Movement Schools). Female teachers and those in the 25-35 age range experienced the highest stress levels, particularly in schools with lower accreditation. Additionally, honorary teachers faced significant stress due to job insecurity and insufficient income, highlighting socio-economic disparities within the teaching profession. The study underscores the urgency of addressing systemic issues, including providing robust professional development programs, enhancing teacher support systems, and ensuring equitable policies for all educators. Effective strategies to manage teacher stress must adopt a holistic approach, integrating institutional and individual interventions. By improving teacher well-being, schools can foster a more supportive environment that enhances both educator satisfaction and student learning outcomes. The study's insights contribute to the broader discourse on improving teacher retention and elevating the standards of education in Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor penyebab stres guru, seperti beban kerja yang tinggi, tuntutan administratif, perubahan kurikulum yang sering terjadi, serta tantangan sosial-ekonomi. Pandemi COVID-19 memperburuk situasi dengan menambahkan tantangan baru, seperti peralihan mendadak ke pembelajaran jarak jauh. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari 175 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut menggunakan skala diferensial semantik untuk mengukur tingkat stres. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the School Literacy Movement on reading ability at the beginning of grade 1 at MI Karanganyar. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey research design and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 35 students. The results of the research show that there is no significant correlation between familiarization with school literacy movements and initial reading ability, with PTS data correlation test values ??of 0.217 and 0.225 and PAS data correlation test values ??of 0.102 and 0.570. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between these two variables. Thus, to increase the effectiveness of literacy programs and early reading skills, more systematic and targeted efforts are needed in implementation, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure that program objectives can be achieved well. Addressing irregularities in implementation, increasing resources and supports, and reducing variability in individual responses can help strengthen the relationship between early reading skills and school literacy movement practices.
