Abstract

Madrasas should be able to become the front line in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), marked by economic movements at high speeds and free moves without control. The swirl of the power of economic movement will crush every country that is unable to survive it, and every country must be ready to mingle and compete if they want to survive. The world of education has become the main and solid foundation to continue to stand up to it, and for madrasas to be the main challenge the management is no longer conventional but must have adaptive management to the pace of economic change. The development of this adaptability model is a pathway and guide for madrasah managers to have global competitiveness while continuing to develop superior religious values that are world-oriented and world-oriented and hereafter.Madrasah seharusnya mampu menjadi barisan terdepan dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), ditandai dengan pergerakan ekonomi dalam kecepatan tinggi dan bergerak bebas tak terkendali. Pusaran kekuatan pergerakkan ekonomi kan melumatkan setiap negara yang tidak mampu bertahan menghadapinya, dan setiap negara harus siap untuk berbaur dan berkompetisi jika ingin bertahan. Dunia pendidikan menjadi pondasi utama dan kokoh untuk tetap berdiri menghadapinya,  dan bagi  madrasah menjadi tantangan utama pengelolaannya tidak lagi bersifat konvensional akan tetapi harus memiliki manajemen yang adaftif terhadap kecepatan perubahan ekonomi. Pengembangan model adaftabilitas ini menjadi alur dan panduan bagi pengelola madrasah untuk memiliki daya saing global dengan tetap mengembangkan nilai diri yang religius unggul dan berorientasi dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Several previous research have described transformational leadership as successful leadership that led higher education to implement changes for the better. However, a more comprehensive survey on the implementation of transformational leadership in higher education has not been conducted. This research aims at observing a transformational leadership style with the model 4I, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and inspirational motivation, which is applied to higher education comprehensively. A survey method with questionnaires taken from lecturers working at higher education in Indonesia was used in this research. The findings revealed that attention given to individuals and reducing penalty towards any mistakes by subordinates must be given more attention so that the application of complete combination between one dimension and other dimensions and each indicator of transformational leadership must be carried out. This research is expected to have implications for the effectiveness of higher education leadership, and be used as a reference by higher education leaders in choosing a leadership style.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 28 kepala sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah se-DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kepala sekolah dapat mengelola sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dengan model dan strategi yang dibangun dalam rangkan mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. dimensi atau indikator kepemimpinan instruksional yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru adalah mengembangkan misi dan tujuan peningkatan kurikulum sekolah, pengembangan komunitas belajar profesional, mengembangkan lingkungan kerja dan mempromosikan iklim pembelajaran akademik.

Abstract

Kepmendiknas No. 044/U/2002, the government provides a forum for the community to participate and channel their aspirations in supporting education through the Board of Education at the district level and the School Committee in each education unit or group of education units (schools). With the existence of the Education Council and school committee, the level of concern and participation of the community in helping the government realize quality education is expected to be better and increase to realize community-based education. Implementation of Kepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002 there are several problems that need to be resolved immediately, including: (1) Not all communities and education stakeholders in the regions understand Kepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002 concerning Education Councils and School Committees; (2) Not all districts and schools have implemented Kepmendiknas No. 044/U/2002 as appropriate; (3) There are still many people who do not understand the School Committee, and consider the School Committee to be the same as the Education Organizing Auxiliary Board (BP3); and (4) The impact of the Board of Education and the School Committee has not had much effect on improving the quality of educational services and learning outcomes. With the decentralization model of education, schools as educational units that have been a very passively empowered need to be encouraged to become strong, independent, professional institutions in providing optimal services to students and the community. This is the core of school-based management (SBM) which is applied especially in primary and secondary education in the country. One of the most important elements in this management is the role of society represented through boards of education and school committees.

Abstract

The teaching self-efficacy is an important aspect in improving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of efficacy of teaching early childhood teachers. This study used a survey approach to 27 preschool teachers in three sub-districts of Cihampelas through saturated sample techniques. The results of the study obtained an idea that the level of efficacy of teaching PAUD on the aspect of personal teaching efficacy including at the moderate level, and in general teaching efficacy included at a good level. To improve the efficacy of teaching, it can be done by developing competencies (seminars, workshops,training, etc.) or by carrying out lesson studies in schools.

Abstract

This community service generally aims to improve the ability of teachers to write articles on the results of classroom action research which is expected to have a positive impact on position certification and promotion of teacher ranks/classes as well as increasing teacher professional competence. where the service implementers provide training and direct assistance to the trainees with a certain closeness and emotional bond, of course, by following the health protocols, including: wearing masks and/or face shields, washing hands before entering the room, checking temperature, maintaining a good distance between participants and others. participants and participants with resource persons. As for the results and discussion, this community service with the theme of Article Writing Training on Classroom Action Research Based on the 4cs Strategy in Increasing Teacher Professional Competence was carried out at SMPN 2 Padaherang, Padaherang sub-district, Padalarang Regency with a total of 115 participants. In addition, the work on the articles of the training participants in Writing Articles of Classroom Action Research Based on the 4cs Strategy in Improving Teacher Professional Competence will be published in the PAKAR GURU journal, a national-level journal that has a credit score of 2. So that this can help participants to be submitted in promotion.

Abstract

The quality of work life influences performance, meaning that the higher the quality of work life can improve performance. Performance is the basis for achieving the goals of an organization. This research aims to look at the influence of quality of work life, organizational culture and workload on teacher performance. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach where quantitative data relies on a population and withdrawal techniques, and uses questionnaires for data collection. The method used in the research is the regression analysis method. The research population was all teachers at SDN schools in Kertasari District, represented by teachers with ASN and PNS status. Number of teachers in 41 schools. So if we describe the total number of teachers, there are 135 who will become population and sample data or will become respondents in further research. When conducting this research, when collecting data, you can use field studies to come directly to the research object. Then by distributing and giving questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis used to determine the influence of independent variables and dependent variables is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, followed by a significant test, namely the t test. This research explains the influence of Quality of work life, organizational culture, workload on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kertasari District. From the problem formulation presented in chapter 1 and the results of data testing that has been carried out as well as the discussion presented in chapter IV previously, the following conclusions can be drawn. Simultaneously, the calculated F-value is 2.967 and the F-table value is 3.18, so that the F-count value (8.945) < F-table (2.67) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then, H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. It can be concluded that Quality of work life, work culture and workload together have a significant influence on the performance of SDN teachers in Kertasari District.
