Abstract

Students are always trying to improve the quality of their learning outcomes. One of the aspirations of the students is riyadhoh. It plans to improve the quality of learning outcomes in terms of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study was to investigate information about the potential values ​​of riyadhoh that are believed to improve the quality of student learning outcomes. This study used a systematic review of research findings related to the potential values ​​of riyadhoh to improve the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence of students. The technique of this study was riyadhoh's meta-synthesis analysis, which can improve the quality of student learning outcomes and make students successful. The results of this study show that riyadhoh can improve the academic performance of students from the perspective of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence and make them successful.

Abstract

Abstract: Stress and burnout among elementary school teachers in Indonesia are critical issues impacting not only the well-being of educators but also the quality of education delivered to students. This study identifies multiple factors contributing to teacher stress, including high workloads, administrative demands, frequent curriculum changes, and socio-economic challenges. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic further exacerbated these issues by introducing new challenges, such as the sudden transition to remote learning. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected from 175 elementary school teachers in Garut Regency through a semantic differential scale to measure stress levels. The findings revealed that the curriculum is the primary source of stress for teachers, followed by gender, age, school accreditation, employment status, and the presence of "Sekolah Penggerak" (Movement Schools). Female teachers and those in the 25-35 age range experienced the highest stress levels, particularly in schools with lower accreditation. Additionally, honorary teachers faced significant stress due to job insecurity and insufficient income, highlighting socio-economic disparities within the teaching profession. The study underscores the urgency of addressing systemic issues, including providing robust professional development programs, enhancing teacher support systems, and ensuring equitable policies for all educators. Effective strategies to manage teacher stress must adopt a holistic approach, integrating institutional and individual interventions. By improving teacher well-being, schools can foster a more supportive environment that enhances both educator satisfaction and student learning outcomes. The study's insights contribute to the broader discourse on improving teacher retention and elevating the standards of education in Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor penyebab stres guru, seperti beban kerja yang tinggi, tuntutan administratif, perubahan kurikulum yang sering terjadi, serta tantangan sosial-ekonomi. Pandemi COVID-19 memperburuk situasi dengan menambahkan tantangan baru, seperti peralihan mendadak ke pembelajaran jarak jauh. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari 175 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut menggunakan skala diferensial semantik untuk mengukur tingkat stres. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum menjadi sumber stres utama bagi guru, diikuti oleh faktor jenis kelamin, usia, akreditasi sekolah, status kepegawaian, dan status sekolah sebagai "Sekolah Penggerak." Guru perempuan dan mereka yang berada dalam rentang usia 25–35 tahun mengalami tingkat stres tertinggi, terutama di sekolah dengan akreditasi rendah. Selain itu, guru honorer menghadapi stres yang signifikan akibat ketidakpastian pekerjaan dan pendapatan yang tidak mencukupi, menyoroti kesenjangan sosial-ekonomi dalam profesi ini. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengatasi isu-isu sistemik, termasuk menyediakan program pengembangan profesional yang memadai, memperkuat sistem dukungan bagi guru, serta memastikan kebijakan yang adil bagi seluruh tenaga pendidik. Strategi efektif untuk mengelola stres guru harus mengadopsi pendekatan holistik yang mencakup intervensi institusional dan individual. Dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru, sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kepuasan pendidik dan hasil belajar siswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada wacana yang lebih luas tentang upaya mempertahankan guru dan meningkatkan standar pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

This paper examines the factors that contribute towards enhancing Labor productivity. The research method employed was quantitative, with it employing a survey-based methodology. The study’s population comprised 78 participants including principal, teachers, and staffs in Catholic private schools under Sibolga diocese. Proportional random sampling was used to select a sample of people. A questionnaire was designed in order to collect data, with this passing the validity and reliability tests and meeting the necessary characteristics for a good instrument. Smart PLS 3.0 was employed to evaluate the gathered data. Four components to consider to be human resources management practices including human resources planning, job analysis, recruitment, and selection.  The study found a positive relationship between human resources management and school productivity.

Abstract

The sources of pesantren funding are limited either from the government, santri parents, or the community. The government has not budgeted pesantren funds in the state budget or regional budget even though there is a policy for pesantren. The search for pesantren financing sources based on the potential of the agribusiness-based social entrepreneurship environment is very desirable. This article aimed to examine the implementation of pesantren financing based on agribusiness social entrepreneurship. Data collection techniques were carried out with the study of documentation, observation, and interviews with the planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, and accountability of pesantren financing. The study found that Pesantren Al Ittifak Ciwidey in Bandung District implemented agribusiness-based social entrepreneurship financing through five steps namely planning, implementing, controlling, evaluating, and accountability. The study concluded that the implementation of pesantren financing based on agribusiness social entrepreneurship Al Ittifak Ciwidey Bandung was prepared through accounting (budgeting), namely preparing activity plans and pesantren budgets using SWOT analysis; Funding was carried out to finance underprivileged students, to pay teachers, professional development (training), and infrastructure; Supervision of education funding in PPAI Al Ittifak Ciwidey was carried out by the PPAI Management Team, Kiyai, and the board of educators by monitoring, guiding, and solving problems to the RAPBP, Cash, and Equipment; Funding evaluation was carried out at the end of each semester and the end of the school year. Funding accountability was focused on the parents of students, the community, and the Government as well as the PPAI leader, Kiyai.

Abstract

Ineffective academic supervision management in madrasahs creates significant gaps between learning standards and practices, hindering instructional leadership of madrasah principals. This study developed a digital academic supervision model based on ABDUL—Digital Guidance Application for Outstanding Academic Supervision—integrating instructional leadership theory, transformative supervision theory, and management information systems theory to enhance the effectiveness of madrasah principals' instructional leadership. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach over 12 months in three State Madrasah Aliyah in Bireuen Regency, Indonesia, involving 20 participants. Development followed six systematic stages: preliminary study, model design, expert validation, limited trial, revision, and effectiveness evaluation. Data were collected through multiple triangulation methods: semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, comprehensive documentation, expert validation instruments, and user response questionnaires. Expert validation confirmed 92.5% model feasibility (highly feasible) with 87% positive user responses (86.5% average satisfaction). Implementation demonstrated significant effectiveness, with a 27.7% increase in madrasah principals' managerial competence, a 24.6% improvement in teachers' professional competence, and a 36.5–45.8% enhancement in learning quality across five dimensions. The model transformed supervision culture from evaluative-punitive to empowering-collaborative approaches, with 85% of teachers experiencing perception change. This research presents a new conceptual framework that integrates three theoretical corpora within Islamic educational management contexts, offering both theoretical advancements and practically implementable blueprints for the digital transformation of academic supervision management in Indonesian Islamic schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic character values into the primary school curriculum in Pidie Jaya, Aceh, and to propose a conceptual framework for systematically embedding these values within educational practices. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, education officers, and students, as well as classroom and school observations, and the analysis of documents such as lesson plans, syllabi, and school programs. The findings show that Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, religiosity, cooperation, respect, and cleanliness are integrated across subjects, daily routines, and school culture. Teachers play a pivotal role through contextual teaching, role modeling, and practices like prayers and Qur’anic recitation. Strong school leadership, governance, and collaboration with parents and community institutions further support the development of character. However, challenges persist, including variations in teacher competence, limited resources in rural areas, and inconsistent reinforcement at home. The study recommends strengthening teacher professional development, enhancing parental engagement, and integrating digital moral literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perkembangan kajian kepemimpinan pelayan di perguruan tinggi tahun 2001-2021. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik, dengan tahapan: 1) pencarian bibliografi dengan aplikasi Publish or Perish dari database Scopus, 2) penyaringan bibliografi, 3) pelengkapan dan penyempurnaan bibliografi, dan 4) analisis dengan VOSviewer. Temuannya adalah: 1) penelitian bertema kepemimpinan pelayan di perguruan tinggi tahun 2001-2021 muncul sejak 2008 dan melonjak signifikan pada 2019 – 2021; 2) tidak ada penerbit jurnal yang mendominasi penerbitan artikel; 3) pemuncakan jumlah sitasi artikel per tahun terjadi empat kali, yaitu 2009, 2014, 2017, dan 2020; 4) sepuluh artikel yang paling banyak disitasi berkaitan dengan keperawatan, hospitality, kesejahteraan, keolahragaan, academic outcomes, kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan akademik, positif psikologi, kompetensi mentoring, dan pengukuran kepemimpinan pelayan; 5) kata kunci judul dan abstrak pengarang berkaitan ada 13, 3 kata muncul secara bersamaan. 6) Kolaborasi penulis terjadi di antara empat penulis. Berdasarkan temuan, penelitian model kepemimpinan pelayan akan terus meningkat.
