Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media gambar di SD Negeri 1 Poigar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yakni peneliti mengambarkan bagaimana meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV Pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media gambar di SD Negeri 1 Poigar melalui wawancara yang mendalam pada informasi penelitian yang didukung dengan proses pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas IV dan 4 orang siswa kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru dalam penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV pembelajaran IPS dengan mengunakan media gambar di SD Negeri 1 Poigar yakni; menyesuaikan materi dengan gambar yang akan digunakan, merancang media gambar yang akan digunakan mengingat keterbatasan media, menyusun langkah-langkah dalam menggunakan media gambar, menyesuaikan langkah-lagkah pembelajaran berdasarkan RPP, referensi dan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah disusun sebelumnya.

Abstract

This type of research is classified as qualitative with the approach used is the empowerment approach. The data sources of this research are officers of the food crops, horticulture, plantation and food security offices of Soppeng Regency, agricultural extension workers, village heads and members of KWT Lompulle Village. The data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. Then, data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the form of implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) program in Lompulle Village consists of: a) optimizing the role of farm women groups, b) mentoring farm women groups and c) plant breeding. The results of the implementation of the sustainable food yard program in Lompulle Village consist of: a) meeting some of the needs of the community, b) saving household costs, c) utilizing vacant land, d) increasing the community's planting ethos and e) empowering housewives. The implications of this research are: 1) From the Office of Food Crops, Horticulture, Plantations and Food Security of Soppeng Regency to pay more attention to every development of the program and support the implementation of the program by providing assistance to P2L beneficiaries so that the results obtained are optimal and KWT mothers to continue to maintain and maintain plants by continuing to innovate so that they become real examples to the community which can foster community interest in being actively involved in the P2L program, 2). It is hoped that the community will have a place / container that can become a center for selling plant production so that excess crops can be of selling value so that the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) program can also be a source of additional income to increase community income.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMA IBA Palembang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, kepala sekolah, guru, serta staf tata usaha. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer yang berasal dari para informan, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui berbagai dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMA IBA Palembang telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, berdasarkan beberapa indikator, antara lain: terdapat koordinasi dalam proses penerimaan peserta didik baru, pelaksanaan orientasi peserta didik baru, penyusunan program pengembangan diri siswa, serta pembuatan laporan kemajuan belajar siswa. Selain itu, kegiatan administrasi kesiswaan juga didukung oleh komunikasi yang efektif, pengarahan yang tepat, serta motivasi dalam mendukung penerimaan peserta didik baru, orientasi siswa, pengembangan diri siswa, dan penyusunan laporan akademik siswa

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the utilization of Google Maps as a business promotion medium. The activity was carried out at the birdcage MSME “Setia Sangkar,” located in Dukuh Dayakan, Wagir Lor Village, Ngebel Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, on July 31–August 1, 2025. The method applied was *Participatory Action Research (PAR)*, which included site surveys, observations, interviews, and hands-on training on creating Gmail accounts, adding business locations, and completing business profiles on Google Maps. The results showed an increase in digital literacy and enthusiasm among MSME owners in utilizing technology to expand their market reach. MSME products became more accessible to consumers through geotagging features and complete business information. This training also highlights that simple digital literacy efforts can have a significant impact on the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. Further assistance is required to ensure sustainable and optimal use of Google Maps.

Abstract

Study of the role of school principals begins with school/madrasah principals standards contained in Permendiknas No. 13 of 2007. There are two aspects, qualification and competence as initial capital as principal. Capital owned by the school principal should be encouraged to five role as an effective leader. The fifth role is as a catalyst for an exciting, visionary motivator, link control, implementing a firm and wise experts. This role serves to grow the value of the character at the school, where there are eighteen value character implemented in all learning activities in schools. The purpose of this study was to explore how the principal should work at school. Six efforts can be implemented by school principal in enhancing the teacher’s performance including (1) to focus seriously on the improvement of teacher competencies, (2) to provide sufficient funding for improving teacher professionalism, (3) to supervise and guide teachers professionally, (4) to create a organizational culture of school that are comfortable for teachers, (5) to create innovation and advancement at school, and (6) to provide various rewards for each achievement that are done by teacher. Hence, it is recommended that school principal must more actively and creatively collaborate with teachers and educational stakeholder to conduct the improvement of teachers’ performance.
