Abstract

The obyective of this research is to study the effect of emotional intelligence,job attitudes, work motivation on performance employee. The research was conducted at the Ithaca Resources Company Jakarta. It was using causal study method. The samples of this research were 90 personel of the Ithaca Resources Company that selected randomly. The research findings are: (1) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on job attitudes (2) there is a direct effect of work motivation on job attitudes (3) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on performance employee; (4) there is a direct effect of work motivation on performance employee; (5) there is a direct effect of job attitudes on performance employee; Based on these findings, it could be concluded that performance employee is affected by emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes. And the emotional intelligence is the most dominant that effect the performance employee. On the other word, the higher emotional intelligence effects more directly on the performance employee Therefore, the emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes should be taken into consideration in determining performance employee at ithaca resouces company of jakarta

Abstract

The Influence of Empowerment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The purpose of this study are to analyze and explain the influence of empowerment and motivation on employee performance. This research is an explanatory research type. The sampling technique using census sampling as all employee to be a sampling in this research. The Research place in PT Ithaca Resources Jakarta. The methods of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Research results stated that the empowerment variable are significant influence on performance variable, motivation variable are significant influence on performance variable, empowerment variable and motivation variable have significant influence on performance variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this researched is to find out how big is the effect oforganization culture to ward motivation, job satisfaction and employee’s jobperformance, especially on the employee’s in the production area. The analyticalunit is the employee’s in production area in mining industry in East Kalimanta. Themore positive someone’s behavior will definitely effect her/his performance, this isproven when the researcher tested the hypothesis that motivation effects the jobsatisfaction and job satisfaction effects the performance. The result of the directeffect on employee’s motivation toward job satisfaction is 1.462,and towardperformance is 0.387, the direct effet job satisfaction toward job performance is0.003, the direct effect organization culture toward job performance is 0.506, thedirect effect organization culture toward motivation is 0.680, the direct effectorganization culture toward job satisfaction is 1.183. Beside, this research result isuseful for the next researchers, as research material in organitional behaviorscience or the same kind of science. Abstract

The article on the influence of coaching and discipline on managerial employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Coaching influences employee engagement; 2) Discipline influences employee engagement; 3) Coaching influences the performance of managerial employees; 4) Discipline influences the performance of managerial employees; 5) Employee engagement influences the performance of managerial employees; 6) Coaching managerial influences employee performance through employee engagement; and 7) Discipline influences managerial employee performance through employee engagement.
