Abstract

The article on the influence of coaching and discipline on managerial employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Coaching influences employee engagement; 2) Discipline influences employee engagement; 3) Coaching influences the performance of managerial employees; 4) Discipline influences the performance of managerial employees; 5) Employee engagement influences the performance of managerial employees; 6) Coaching managerial influences employee performance through employee engagement; and 7) Discipline influences managerial employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the national economy but face various challenges, such as limited innovation, market access, and less-than-optimal business strategies. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSME players through education regarding business optimization with innovative and strategic approaches. The methods used include training, mentoring, and implementing simple technology to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. The main focus of education includes product development, digital marketing, financial management, and adaptation strategies to market changes. It is hoped that the results of this activity will increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing their businesses more effectively and sustainably. With this education, MSMEs can be better prepared to face business challenges, increase productivity, and expand their market reach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses related to factors that influence employee performance, especially in aviation companies in Indonesia. The approach used in this literature review study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is a literature study or review of relevant previous articles published between 2021 and 2026. The technique used in this literature review is comparative analysis. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach came from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2-Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta 2-5 Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, and digital reference books. The results of this literature review are: 1) Organizational Culture s employee work ethics in aviation companies; 2) Organizational Commitment influences employee work ethics in aviation companies; 3) Work Behavior influences employee work ethics in aviation companies; 4) Organizational Culture influences employee performance in aviation companies; 5) Organizational Commitment influences the Performance of airline company employees; 6) Work Behavior influences the Performance of airline company employees; 7) Work Ethics influence the Performance of airline company employees; 8) Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance through the Work Ethics of airline companies; 9) Organizational Commitment influences Employee Performance through the Work Ethics of airline companies; 10) Work Behavior influences Employee Performance through the Work Ethics of airline companies.
