Abstract

The most appropriate method chosen by the company must be in line with the needs and condition of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the inventory management at Adli Pharmacy Banjarmasin using the FIFO-Perpetual method. The problem addressed in this study is that the inventory purchased and sold has not been managed well and consistently in terms of recording, valuation, and presentation in financial statements. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that by implementing inventory management, the inventory amount can be known in real-time without performing physical counts first. The implication of this research is that the company can implement inventory management that consists of consistent recording, measurement, and presentation of the inventory, thus facilitating business decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of health program budget realization on community satisfaction with Posyandu services in Pantai Linuh Village, Tanah Laut Regency. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed involving 70 Posyandu service users selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed based on the nine dimensions of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) regulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017, supported by observations, interviews, and documentation of the 2022–2024 budget realization reports. The findings indicate that the realization of the health program budget exceeded 95% in both 2023 and 2024. However, community satisfaction was not evenly distributed across all service dimensions. The dimensions of service requirements, procedures, and service costs were rated as satisfactory, while service timeliness, service output, staff competence, staff behavior, facilities and infrastructure, and complaint handling were rated as moderately satisfactory. The novelty of this study lies in integrating village budget realization evaluation with service quality assessment through the Community Satisfaction Index in community-based health services. This study contributes to the public sector accounting and public service literature by demonstrating that the effectiveness of village health programs should be assessed not only through budget absorption but also through the quality of services perceived by beneficiaries

Abstract

This study investigates how environmental science integration, value, pro-environmental behavior, and technology integration contribute to English language competence. The researchers used PLS-SEM with 5,000 bootstrap resamples for the data analysis of 624 senior high school students in South Kalimantan through a questionnaire containing 21 items. The measurement model showed satisfactory reliability and validity, while the structural model revealed some significant relationships. The findings demonstrated that ESI significantly enhances TI (β = 0.258, p < 0.001), and VPB also significantly enhances TI (β = 0.383, p < 0.001). This supports that environmental interaction and values are important drivers for the willingness of students to use digital technology in learning. At the same time, TI significantly predicts LC (β = 0.440, p < 0.001), showing that technology is a pathway to improving language competence within an ESD-oriented framework. These findings have implications for theorizing the integration of ESD and technology-enhanced language learning by showing how environmental engagement and digital practices intersect in support of language development. The study also has practical implications for teachers and policymakers in incorporating environmental themes and digital tools in the teaching of English in order to simultaneously foster sustainability awareness and strengthen language competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMK Darussalam Martapura selama periode 2021–2024 berdasarkan perspektif akuntansi sektor publik, khususnya dari aspek efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran. Data penelitian bersumber dari dokumen Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) serta Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Dana BOS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rasio efektivitas dan rasio efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan Dana BOS berada pada rentang 97,18%–99,9%, sehingga dapat dikategorikan efektif karena realisasi belanja mendekati anggaran yang direncanakan. Namun, dari aspek efisiensi, pengelolaan Dana BOS menunjukkan hasil yang berfluktuasi, dengan kategori kurang efisien pada tahun 2021, cukup efisien pada tahun 2023, serta efisien pada tahun 2022 dan 2024. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun Dana BOS telah dikelola secara efektif, konsistensi efisiensi penggunaan anggaran masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola sekolah dalam memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengendalian anggaran guna meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan kinerja keuangan sekolah

Abstract

A teacher has a crucial role in motivating the students, especially in EFL. There should be a way that can make gamification as popular an activity as learning a language nowadays. Many students feel pressure to learn something new or even hard for them, especially in a monotonous way. Therefore, a teacher can create games as a kind of media in EFL teaching and learning activity. Games offer students a fun-filled and relaxing learning atmosphere and encourage, entertain, teach, and promote fluency and communicative skills. This research is descriptive qualitative research that the subjects are 30 students of the Intermediate Speaking Class at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Lambung Mangkurat University. The result shows that there is a positive impact on students' motivation toward some games. They could speak more in a casual atmosphere in the speaking class and have better cooperation among the students during the reading class. The use of games that can motivate the students has been widely accepted as one of the critical factors influencing EFL learning success.

Abstract

This community service training aimed to strengthen senior high school English teachers' competencies in South Kalimantan by integrating local Sasirangan culture, augmented reality (AR) technology, and critical thinking skills into innovative instruction. Teachers had been facing several persistent challenges: reliance on conventional teaching methods, students' low English literacy, underdeveloped critical thinking skills, minimal use of local culture as a learning resource, and limited adoption of educational technologies like AR. To address these issues, the team designed and delivered a training program centered on integrating Sasirangan, AR, and critical thinking into grade XII English instruction. The program engaged 15 participants: 6 core workshop attendees, 7 community service team members, and 2 teaching assistants. Implementation followed seven stages, namely situational analysis, problem identification, goal setting, solution planning, social approach, activity implementation, and evaluation. During implementation, the team administered a pre-test, presented instructional content, led discussions and Q&A sessions, guided participants in designing learning activities, demonstrated the SasiVision AR application, and conducted a post-test to measure outcomes. Results demonstrated clear gains across three key indicators. Teachers showed a 50% increase in understanding and readiness to use Sasirangan as a contextual learning resource, a 40.7% increase in applying Android-based AR technology in English lessons, and a 14.1% increase in their ability to design activities that foster students' critical thinking. These findings indicate that the training successfully equipped teachers to integrate Sasirangan fabric as a meaningful, contextual resource in English language teaching, supported by the SasiVision AR application, offering a promising model for culturally grounded, technology-enhanced language instruction.
