Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the pattern of cooperation between teachers and parents in improving students 'religious character, (2) supporting factors for teachers' efforts in improving students 'religious character, (3) inhibiting factors in improving students' religious character. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive phenomenology approach. The results of this study indicate that finding the communication patterns of teachers and parents is carried out with secondary communication patterns or two-way or reciprocal communication patterns (Two way traffic communication). Besides, this study also found two things, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors that affect the cooperation of teachers and parents. Supporting factors consist of: 1) Awareness of the teacher's responsibility in teaching students, 2) Awareness of the responsibility of parents in giving and guiding their children to have a religious character, (3) a strong willingness of students to learn and change be better, (4) Between teachers and parents have attention and time to communicate, (5) Between teachers and parents of students get online media that is easy and comfortable to communicate, (6) A harmonious relationship between teachers, parents and pupils. While the inhibiting factors consist of (1) Lack of awareness of the teacher's responsibility (2) Lack of awareness of the responsibilities of parents in giving and guiding their children to have a religious character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the application model of blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, (2) various strategies for increasing student learning competence during the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) various obstacles faced in improving student learning competence. . This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, in which educators, school principals, students and parents became research informants. The results showed that blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali is a learning that combines face-to-face and online learning in its learning system. This comes as a response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The various alternatives in improving student learning competence are: (1) the application of student-centered learning strategies, (2) strengthening the role of parents as companions, (3) the application of active learning-based learning, (4) the use of multimedia-based learning media, ( 5) Time efficiency and learning atmosphere. As for the obstacles faced in improving learning competence (1) Network constraints, (2) Lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, (3) The occurrence of differences of opinion between teachers and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedures, implementation and writing of collaboration-based classroom action research reports. This research was conducted using library research-based research methods, with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that the classroom action research procedure begins with the procedure for identifying learning problems encountered in the classroom by educators, then formulating problems, planning research, determining research instruments, conducting research, analyzing data and writing reports. Implementation is carried out through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and follow-up. This implementation is carried out by teachers in collaboration with teaching teachers or involving other parties as teachers. The CAR report is basically not much different from other research, it's just that the description in the CAR research is more descriptive.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya penumbuhan moderasi beragama melalui integrasi pendidikan Islam berbasis Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar Amal Luhur Medan. Moderasi beragama merupakan pendekatan keagamaan yang menekankan keseimbangan, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, nilai-nilai moderasi perlu ditanamkan sejak dini agar peserta didik memiliki karakter religius yang sejalan dengan semangat kebangsaan dan kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dan peserta didik di SD Amal Luhur Medan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama di SD Amal Luhur Medan ditumbuhkan melalui tiga bentuk integrasi utama. Pertama, integrasi dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran PAI, dengan mengaitkan ajaran Islam pada nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti kemanusiaan, keadilan sosial, dan persatuan bangsa. Kedua, integrasi melalui kegiatan non-kurikuler dan pembiasaan karakter, seperti doa bersama, Jumat Sedekah, dan literasi Pancasila, yang membentuk perilaku sosial-religius siswa. Ketiga, integrasi melalui keteladanan dan budaya sekolah, di mana guru dan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai figur moderat yang menanamkan nilai toleransi dan cinta tanah air.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze religious moderation-based learning at Bina Taruna 1 Private Vocational School Medan. The focus of the study is on two things, namely the form of implementation and constraints in the implementation of religious moderation-based learning. The research method used is qualitative based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberan techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the form of implementation is an in-depth understanding of various religions, respect for diversity, an inclusive curriculum, interfaith dialogue, tolerance practices, collaboration with parents/guardians, training for teachers. The obstacles in implementing religious moderation-based learning are technological developments that are not used properly, intolerant behavior that seems normalized where people who commit religious harassment, for example, often do not receive punishment for their actions, the school also cannot fully supervise students. Because these students also have lives outside the school environment that teachers cannot reach.
